Chapter 251 - Chapter  251

Alpha planned to show these aristocratic tourists that their way of thinking and upbringing is not tolerated in the kingdom of Arcane, so the only way to prove they were wrong was to challenge them to a battle of wits and skills. Alpha knew that actions spoke louder than words, and by defeating them in this impugn, they would demonstrate the strength and intelligence of the people of Arcane. This would not only humble the aristocrats but also showcase who they were, and their social status is not something to brag about.

So Alpha wants them to see that without those paid bodyguards, they were useless and helpless in front of the true power of the people. Alpha believed that this battle would expose the aristocrats' vulnerability and reveal the stark contrast between their privileged lives and the resilience of the common folk. It was a chance for Alpha to level the playing field and show that true strength lies in unity and resourcefulness, rather than relying on external forces for protection.

So one by one, they pluck those guards like ripe fruit from a tree, leaving the aristocrats exposed and defenseless. With each guard removed, Alpha's confidence grew, knowing that their actions were not only dismantling the physical protection of the aristocrats but also eroding their sense of invincibility. The common folk watched in awe as Alpha's strategy unfolded, realizing that they too possessed the power to challenge and overcome the oppressive forces that had held them back for so long.

Each guard was gracefully incapacitated, as each guard fell to the ground or just vanished into thin air. The trio's agility and precision were unmatched, leaving the aristocrats in a state of disbelief and vulnerability. As they saw that each of their hired personnel just disappeared without a trace among the thousands of people outside the grand opening of the multi-level shopping center, the aristocrats, who had always relied on their hired guards for protection, now found themselves defenseless and exposed. It was a turning point that shattered their illusion of invincibility and left them questioning their own power and authority.

As soon as they turned around, those who were planning to inflict pain on the three were no longer theirs. As the main shopping center opened its doors and everybody started to enter the luxurious building, the nine aristocrats were left by themselves, and nobody from their personnel or staff remained to accompany them, leaving them feeling vulnerable and isolated. The once bustling surroundings now seemed eerily empty, amplifying their sense of abandonment and insecurity.

A few minutes had passed, but the nine were left outside standing because they were unable to grasp the situation, they were left without any means to establish their authority because now they were left without money and staff to tend to their needs. They exchanged worried glances, realizing that their privileged status no longer held any weight in this unfamiliar and desolate place. The harsh reality sank in as they contemplated their next move with a growing sense of desperation.

Many onlookers were staring at them with a mixture of curiosity and pity, as the once-powerful individuals now appeared vulnerable and lost. The realization that they were now completely dependent on the goodwill of others for survival filled them with a sense of humility they had never experienced before. Echo saw their faces, and this made her happy. She never expected that the Alpha plan would be so simple but truly effective, as fear was already consuming their heart and soul. Beta was also amazed at the impact of their strategy.

The power dynamics had shifted so drastically that even the most confident and arrogant individuals were now trembling with uncertainty. It was a humbling reminder of the unpredictable nature of life and how quickly fortunes could change. Echo couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction, knowing that their plan had brought about such a profound transformation. Beta, on the other hand, was in awe of the sheer brilliance behind Alpha's seemingly straightforward approach.

To top this act, Alpha approached the nine teen aristocrats and openly said something that made the two of them gasp in disbelief. "We must remember that true power lies not in wealth or status but in the ability to inspire and uplift others," Alpha declared, their words resonating with the aristocrats. They fell silent as they saw that the person they were about to hurt was not an ordinary person.

They shift into their job attire and change clothes in an instant. All of the Homunculus Imperial enforcers around thought they were acting in an official role as soon as they claimed their official title again, and they instantly gathered and stood at attention a few feet behind them.

Now that they knew the three's true identity, the aristocrats regretted their original plans and felt guilty, they started to doubt their own principles and goals after realizing that empathy and compassion, not social position, are what really give one power.

As two dozen Arcanian level 250 enforcers were all lined up behind the trio in the open landscape, the tension in the air was palpable. Each enforcer exuded an aura of power and purpose; their eyes locked on their targets with unwavering focus. The trio, aware of the formidable force behind them, felt a surge of adrenaline coursing through their veins as the nine aristocrats prepared for the worst possible outcome.

The atmosphere shifted as the aristocrats realized the consequences of their actions and the potential backlash they could face from such a powerful individual and their loyal enforcers. But the nine aristocrats were treated with respect and kindness, Alpha extended her hand and greeted them with a smile and told them that arrogance and ego are just poison that pollutes one's moral code, and their social title means nothing without those in power protecting them they were no different from those who lack riches that they always used to look down upon.

She emphasized the importance of humility and compassion, urging the aristocrats to use their privilege for the betterment of society rather than exploiting it for personal gain. The aristocrats, humbled by Alpha's words, among the nine four pledged to change their ways and work towards creating a more equitable society for all. the remaining five just turned around and swore they would take this matter toward their parents and demand that they use their influence and resources to address what just happened,

Alpha, Beta, and Echo welcome the four aristocrats, as they sense they are not that bad in the first place; they are just following the remaining five out of fear and uncertainty. The three leaders assured the four aristocrats that together they could make a significant impact and encouraged them to actively participate in the efforts to gain their honor.

As the five aristocrats walked away from them with a huge amount of disgust and anger toward them, Alpha was hoping that they too could open their minds to the possibility of change, but she felt those five were a lost cause, so Alpha looked at Echo and Beta and affirmed the situation. Echo smiled with a twisted sense of satisfaction while Beta nodded in agreement. They knew that winning over the five aristocrats would now be impossible, so it was Echo's turn to personally persuade them.

and just like that, Echo turned around and smiled and her aura resonated slightly as her peaking room would have visitors once again,

Beta reminded her not to kill those five aristocrats and just teach them an important lesson about humility and respect. As Echo looked back with a reassuring smile toward them, Beta knew that those five would end up broken beyond repair. As Beta contemplated the situation, she realized that teaching humility and respect might not be enough to truly change these aristocrats. She understood that sometimes drastic measures were necessary to drive home the importance of empathy and understanding. With a heavy heart, Beta decided to devise a plan that would challenge their core beliefs and force them to confront their own privilege in a way they had never experienced before.

Echo was born in a small, remote town that was known for creating potions for many illnesses and ailments. Growing up, Echo, or by her real name, Hirnésa Edhelreth was fascinated by the power of these potions and spent hours watching the town's healers concoct them. As she grew older, Echo's passion for potion-making only intensified, and she became determined to learn the craft herself. She sought out every opportunity to study under the town's healers, eagerly absorbing their knowledge and techniques. Eventually, Echo became a skilled potion-maker in her own right at the young age of twelve, earning a reputation for her ability to create remedies that were both effective.

But tragedy struck when her parents and two older siblings were murdered while travelling toward another city to sell their products. by reported Lycan bandits that were freely roaming the outer routes of their secluded town, leaving Echo devastated and alone. Fueled by grief and a burning desire for justice, she locked herself in and started to create potions that inflict pain and suffering and prolong agonizing death. Seeing her family's gruesome remains was too much for her to comprehend, as her father and older sister were torn to pieces while her mother and older sister were brutally tortured and raped.

as their bodies were found accidentally by another travelling merchant the stench of their rooting corpse, overwhelmed by the horrific scene, his father's eyes gouged out, his tongue cut and even his manly part was a crush, while her older brother was cut in half and some parts of his body were eaten, both his hand were cut and his chest was crushed, leaving behind a gruesome sight, while her lovely mother and elegant sister were raped, investigators of the crime confirmed that their private parts were mercilessly tortured and mutilated object was shoved inside their private parts and they estimated they were suffered this pain more than five days because this was the same amount of time they disappeared,

and reported by the shop owner, who was her father's main buyer. The investigation team also discovered evidence of extreme physical trauma inflicted on the victims, indicating a prolonged period of torture. Additionally, the authorities are actively pursuing leads to identify and apprehend the so-called bandits, with the help of the shop owner who reported their disappearance, as he may hold crucial information regarding this heinous crime, but as days of investigation have passed, the chances of finding the bandits grow slimmer.

Meanwhile, Echo's mind was consumed by a mix of anger and despair. Determined to avenge her family's brutal fate,

She channeled her grief into perfecting her dark craft of potion-making, specializing in concoctions that brought torment and prolonged agony to those who crossed her path. With each vial she created, Echo sought solace in the thought that she could inflict on others even a fraction of the pain she had endured.

As she dove deeper into the dark underbelly of their town secretly, Hirnésa Edhelreth, age twelve, discovered a web of corruption and organized crime that extended far beyond her family's tragedy. With each new revelation, she found out that greed and jealousy were the reasons why her family got brutally killed. Her own uncle and a few of the townspeople orchestrated the murder, as he hated his own older brother for being successful in life and marrying the woman he desired.

The plan was straightforward: her uncle was aware that the family would travel to the closest city once a month to spend a day there selling their goods and then return. However, on that particular day, Hirnésa or Echo opted to conduct some research instead of leaving to travel to the city because she was worried about a particular flower that would only bloom right before they had to depart.

The weight of this knowledge fueled Hirnésa's determination to carry out the plan flawlessly. She knew that timing was crucial, as any delay or deviation from their routine could jeopardize their chances of success. With a resolute mind, she meticulously prepared for the day, ensuring that everything was in place for their execution.

A few days before her entire family was killed, on that faithful evening, she casually entered their town hall, where most of her target was, including those who were not on her list and gathered to listen to their town mayor. Nearly two hundred people were at the venue, as they usually do this, even meeting twice a month. As she discreetly observed the crowd, she couldn't help but feel a sense of urgency and anger as she carried out her plan without remorse. With each passing moment, she knew and thought that any hesitation could have dire consequences for her twisted mission.

in her mind, they were as guilty as those who killed her entire family. She believed that eliminating anyone remotely associated with her uncle should also die in a slow manner young and old she didn't care anymore until her family would finally gain some peace. Echo's heart raced with adrenaline as she prepared to execute her plan, as the town mayor ended his report he asked the townspeople if they wished to say something, as he always did this to gain a certain amount of understanding considering they were just a middle size town with just a population four hundred.

Echo's mind raced with thoughts of revenge and justice for her family. She knew that eliminating anyone remotely associated with her uncle would send a strong message, one that would ensure her family's long-awaited peace. As the town mayor finished his report, Echo's determination grew stronger. She couldn't help but wonder if anyone in the crowd shared her sentiments and if they were willing to join her cause.

But her body consciously stood up, walked toward the stage, and just stared at everybody. She raised her left hand and cast a spell that closed the town hall main door, and after casting another spell that restrained everybody from moving, her spells were simple but specific in their purpose. Echo's voice echoed through the hall as she angrily spoke about the suffering of her family at the hands of those who planned their deaths.

Everybody was outraged, as they had no idea why they were being implicated in her family's death, and murmurs of confusion and disbelief filled the air. Some even began to question whether the accusations were true, while others grew fearful of the consequences they might face. The atmosphere in the town hall shifted from curiosity to tension as everyone anxiously awaited an explanation for their unexpected involvement in such a tragic event.

Her uncle shouted at her and became angry, pointing out that her action was reckless and irresponsible. He demanded an explanation for her actions, demanding to know why she thought they were the ones that brought such devastation upon her family. The hall fell silent as all eyes turned to her, waiting for her response, while the weight of hate and anger settled heavily on her shoulders.

As he took out a sound recording crystal and activated it, the conversation that was recorded on the magical device resonated in the entire town hall, amplifying the tension in the room. The voices of those involved in the conversation echoed through the hall, exposing the truth and leaving no room for denial. But many started to cry and scream; they had nothing to do with her family's death. All of the noise from those who were begging, shouting, and screaming, with all manners of emotion, filled her head.

She tried to make sense of the chaotic scene unfolding before her, struggling to filter out the genuine pleas from the desperate attempts to divert blame. The weight of the accusations and conflicting emotions overwhelmed her, making it difficult to distinguish truth from lies. As she listened intently, a glimmer of hope flickered within her, realizing that this recording held the key to unravelling the mystery surrounding her family's tragic demise.

The sound of those outside the town hall was not helping her concentrate either, as their angry shouts and cries pierced through the walls, adding to the chaos in her mind. Despite the distractions, she knew she had to remain focused until something snapped in her mind and she couldn't bear the weight of the anger. Overwhelmed by the intensity of her emotions, she made a decision—to confront those responsible for her family's tragedy, no matter the consequences.

She took out a dark potion and just threw it near her uncle's feet. and with both hands, she cast a Tier 3 curse spell that nobody had ever heard before. Her mind was no longer accepting their reasons; she was now going to kill everybody inside the town hall.

As her spell activated, the gruesome and ear-shattering screams of pain filled the air, and she felt a twisted sense of satisfaction. The chaos and destruction she had unleashed were manifestations of her pent-up rage and grief. At that moment, the spell was so potent that it slowly corroded everybody's sin as it slowly filled with boils and oozing sores. The cursed victims writhed in agony, their bodies contorting in unnatural ways as the spell continued to ravage them. Some vomited their own intestines while others clawed at their own skin, desperate to escape the excruciating torment. eyes bleeding until they burst and pooped out of their eye sockets; their bones were twisted and snapped, leaving them mangled and disfigured.

as their internal organs melted and were reduced to a grotesque sludge. The town hall became a macabre scene of agony and despair, with no hope of escape for those trapped inside. Those outside who saw this from the close and enchanted windows were shocked and horrified by what they saw. They could hardly believe their eyes as they witnessed the horrifying spectacle unfolding before them. The screams of the victims echoed through the air, haunting the onlookers and leaving them paralyzed with fear.
