Ariella's movements were getting sluggish as the battle with the beast nearly lasted twenty minutes and she was still seven years old, her physical capabilities were still limited, but seeing her situation many will admire her skill and resilience, fighting in a martial arts tournament were bound with rules that were different in a real battle, running dodging was exhausting and draining her strength,
she was now focusing on defending rather than attacking, she could see the best was still agile and maintained its stamina, she could feel the air she was inhaling was thin and was making her nauseous, Guan Yu and Amelia were watching carefully via long-distance surveillance high definition cameras,
Amelia was still sitting beside Ramiel's sleeping body and for some unnatural way his connection toward his real body was getting stronger the energy that engulfed the dreaming realm was not aligned with his emotion he could see what his mother was seeing as if he was temporarily reconnected with his body, Guan Yn was standing behind his seating wife and was also watching his daughter fight from the handheld device in her hand,
Ramiel's sleeping eyes were now open and was looking at the device, his heart was beating properly and there were no indications her was finally awake, Ramiel was still sleeping and his secondary body was still in the comfort of his bed. Besides him were Irles Filri and Hilas, but the dreaming realm law was slowly bending to his unconscious mind and will, his soul was sipping through the gap in dimensional space that no one could explain.
Ramiel was in a state of dreaming awake; this is a mental activity, usually in the form of an imagined series of events, occurring during certain phases of sleep such as REM sleep. In this state, Ramiel's mind was creating vivid and immersive experiences that felt just as real as waking life. As for now, he could only see what was happening around him. he tried to utter a word and see if he could cast any spell in this particular situation, but he was still trying to wrap around what was happening. but, after entering a world where magic and supernatural phenomena were possible with enough training and knowledge, seeing his sister made him want to try.
despite his confusion. He focused his thoughts, attempting to tap into any ability of powers within his human body, Hoping to protect his sister from any more danger, he summoned all his determination to make it work. He moved his throat, and lucky for him, he was still stiff and not a single muscle of nerve would allow him to do more. He moved his facial muscles and used his mouth and tongue to whisper a spell he created himself and pushed the limit of his determination to make it work.
He moved his throat and bed. he was not connected to an Endotracheal Tube, he was literally just sleeping. The only difference was that many medical IV bag drips and & infusion serums were attached to his forearm. As he focused on the spell, his mind blocked out the discomfort and the weight of the medical equipment. The room seemed to fade away, leaving only his unwavering commitment and the power of his self-created incantation.
"thought transference"
Ariella was gasping for air. The hungry, smaller offspring were seeing her tired body and her sluggish movements as all four slowly surrounded her. A voice entered her mind, and the voice was familiar. A certain feeling entered her body, she shed a tear and uttered the word
"Older brother, please guide me."
Guan Yu and Amelia were shocked to the core when they heard her say this. They had no idea that Ariella had a connection to her older brother Ramiel, let alone one who could guide her through thought transference. The revelation added a new layer of mystery, Guan Yu was out of words when he accidentally turned and saw Ramiel awake and staring at the handheld device in Amelia's hand, a device that had been emitting a faint glow. Ramiel's eyes met Guan Yu's, filled with a mix of surprise and understanding. It became clear that there was more to Ariella's abilities than they had ever imagined, and the significance of her connection to her older brother began to unravel before their eyes.
At the same time, Ramiel told her young sibling that he would protect her by giving her a simple spell that she could use, but first, he needed to protect her from the beast,
"Controlled Arcane Barrier,"
Ramiel told her sister that he now has many questions, but as for now, because of his limited time, she needs to sit down on the ground in a meditation posture and clear her mind. , she never hesitated and just followed her brother's advice as soon her body was relaxed, the beasts were already attacking her but something was blocking the creatures from hurting her.
Amelia was still unaware that her son was watching right beside her, Guan Yu looked at Ramiel, and as their eyes met, a certain feeling was transmitted to him as if Ramiel was delighted to see Guan Yu again. he was now looking at his stepson with happiness as he gave out a similar feeling, a feeling of familiarity and connection. It was as if they shared a special bond that went beyond their roles as stepfather and stepson. At that moment, Ramiel whispered the word
"Exploitation of Knowledge,"
Her sister's meridian veins were opened, and a small mana core started to manifest in her small body, glowing with a soft, ethereal light. Ramiel knew that this was the beginning of her journey to harness her innate magical abilities. He couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and excitement for what lay ahead for his little sister.
"My young sister, you are now an awakened ethereal. Here is my simple gift for you: just use your hands and focus on the warm feeling in your body until it reaches the tips of your fingers and mention the word,
"Flame Scorn Storm,"
Small sparks started to manifest as the air became flammable, like the flickering of burning embers in her hands that were floating and swirling a few inches above her hands. The tiny sparks danced and twirled, casting an eerie glow on the surroundings. Ramiel was pleased that her younger sister was finally able to awaken and slightly control her pyrokinetic abilities to defend herself against any potential threats. Ramiel watched with pride as her sister's confidence grew, knowing that she was now capable of harnessing the power within her to keep herself safe. With each flicker of the flames, Ramiel could see a newfound delight in her sister's eyes, a sign that she was ready to embrace her role as a protector.
Ariella was twirling her hand as the flame followed her movement, and soon it was hovering around her body as if it had a mind of its own. The flames were fueled with her imagination and will, but the flame was still weary and could only last a few minutes, as Ramiel explained to her sister through mental telepathy. Ramiel told her to visualize that the flame was part of her body and throw the flames as if they were projectiles. toward the enemy as he removed the barrier protecting her,
Ariella nodded in aggravation, and as soon as she was ready, she mentally told her brother as the barrier dissipated. She saw the hungry and mad beast lunge toward her as she rolled backwards, released her grip, and just openly followed what her brother told her to do. A multiple baseball-size compressed ball of fire burst out of her hand and flew straight directly toward the creature, engulfing it in a fiery explosion. The intense heat and force of the flames sent the enemy staggering backwards, momentarily stunned. Ariella seized the opportunity to swiftly maneuver herself into a better position, ready to continue the fight, knowing it wasn't enough to kill all four of them
.she wanted to ask her brother but the beast were hurt enough to make it more agile and targeted her as a treat to its offspring's, so the mother violently attacked her. Ariella's heart raced as she deftly dodged the mother's savage onslaught, narrowly avoiding its razor-sharp claws. With each calculated move, she strategized her next attack, determined to protect herself and ultimately defeat the formidable creature, but her mana was still insufficient to bring the mother beast down so she could only used her stamina to evade until she was able to stop a old tool shed that was located inside a shop backyard; it was big enough to hold the beast down for a few seconds,
She was running and rolling, jumping, and dodging the beast with all her might, using every ounce of strength and agility she possessed. As she reached the tool shed, she quickly scanned her surroundings for any potential weapons or tools that could aid her in this battle for survival. until she was able to grab hold of a shovel that has a broken handle and used it to gain the upper hand as soon the mother beast rush inside the tool shed , Ariella lean down in a sprinting posture and waited for the beast widen its mouth to bite her head off , when she shove the shovel into its mount and cast a single flame bullet into its open mouth and dash under its legs toward the tool shed opening Ariella's heart raced as she executed her plan flawlessly, narrowly escaping the beast's deadly jaws. With adrenaline coursing through her veins, she sprinted towards the tool shed opening, leaving the wounded mother beast behind.
and just hope it was enough to kill it, Ariella's mind raced with uncertainty as she wondered if her attack had been enough to bring down the beast. She knew she had to keep moving, not daring to look back and risk seeing the creature still in pursuit. the three smaller creatures were hurt and saw that the enemy was strong enough to wound them ran back inside the old abandon shop and just seek shelter inside its damp and decaying structure,
Ariella was not about to drop her guard. Even if she was participating in a light-weight martial arts tournament around her age division, her victory wasn't still guaranteed until the enemy was completely defeated. So she waited and watched the tool shed get burned. So just to be sure, she grabbed the 3-foot-long pipe on the floor, stood her ground, and planted it as a spear as her right hand was holding to it firmly in an angle while her legs were mounted to the concrete pavement and her left hand was concentrating for her final attack.
And after a few minutes, her waiting never went in vain, as the beast was able to survive, and even if it was still burning and in pain, I was focused on killing her right where she stood. With each running step the beast took towards her, its fiery eyes locked onto her determined gaze. Adrenaline coursed through her veins as she prepared to strike with all her might, knowing that this battle would determine her fate.
As the beast leapt on top of her, Ariella adjusted the pipe she was holding until it was vertically aligned with the beast's vulnerable spot. With a swift and calculated motion, she swung the pipe with all her strength, aiming to deliver a fatal blow that would finally end the creature's torment, and in fact, she gave the beast the concentrated flame attack as soon as the pipe touched the fur in its belly. The impact reverberated through her arms as the force blew upward, causing the beast to let out a deafening roar of pain as her focused attack punched through the stomach and burned its body. The intense heat from the concentrated flame attack seared through the beast's flesh, leaving a trail of charred fur and smoldering wounds. The creature writhed in agony, desperately trying to extinguish the flames that engulfed its body. but it was too late. The huge wound it gained was enough to kill it.
She felt a surge of satisfaction, knowing that she had successfully defended herself against the relentless beast. The adrenaline coursing through her veins began to subside, allowing her to catch her breath and take in the aftermath of the battle. The charred remains of the creature lay before her as a grim reminder of the danger she had faced. The stench of burnt fur and flesh filled the air, mingling with the acrid scent of smoke.
