(after 10 years)
10 years have passed and many things have happened. I graduated from my middle school as the number 1 student in school. Of course in studies. And am about to enter Asterisk Academy which is the best academy for awakened in the world. No, not the awakeners batch but a separate batch for people who are genius with their brain. As humanity developed many new inventions came which revolutionised the modern world to sci fi world.
When I went out of the gate to go to the academy for my entrance somebody called out to me.
"hey Alan" I turned towards the voice and greeted the person who called out to me.
"Good morning grandpa and grandma"
I greet the old man who was about 60 years old and a woman who looked to be in her 40s.
"Are you ready to go Alan" he asked.
"Yeah, i will be going there with Rose".
"Then take care of yourself okay little Alan"
"Thanks grandma and bye, I will visit you when I have holidays."After saying this I left my house and ran towards the bus stop.
Those two are my neighbours after I came to this house 10 years ago. At first when I was having a hard time, i did not know where I should start and how to live they came to me and introduced themselves as his neighbours. When they asked me about my parents I did not say anything and said that I live alone. After hearing me they offerred me to have food in their house for which I was sceptical at first but agreed with them as I needed food.
With time I grew closer to them and told them about myself for which they were not disgusted by me rather they were very sad after hearing my story. As I grew I treated them as my real granparents and was very close to them. They were also the ones who gave me a seat in Asterisk tech department. Although I don't know how.
As I was thinking while going to the bus stop a voice called out to me.
"Hey Alan,wait for me." It was a voice of a girl who was in her mid teens.
"Morning rose"
"yeah, morning Alan"
Her name is Rose. she is a very beautiful girl with long pink hair and a body which is growing and developing in certain parts. By this we can say that she will be a very beautiful woman in the future.She has also been selected to join the academy but in the awakened department. she awakened a year ago but even though she is a late awakener she is one of the most talented students among the new batch.She is also my childhood friend and my GF. We both met when we were 7 years old. We both grew close very quickly. she has supported me even when I was being bullied in my class for not being awakened . she is the only one who cares about me other than my granparents at present.We started dating one year ago after she awakened. Even though I don't have my parents I am still happy with what I have right now and now I can even see my parents which makes me even happier.
"Let's go I can't wait to reach the academy"
"yeah, and Alan you don't have to worry because I will become stron enoughto protect you"
"okay okay you have already said this to me a hundred times and thank you"
After which we both took the bus to the academy.
