Everyone quietly left the room, leaving Miss Havishma and Madeline alone. They both stayed silent, just staring out the window.
"Are you happy?" Miss Havishma questioned.
Madeline turned her head to face Miss Havishma "Not quite, you are still in Department H."
Miss Havishma chuckled softly. "All these years and you still haven't let it go. You haven't changed, at all."
"But you have."
Miss Havishma shook her head and sighed. "I don't want to talk about this, but you of all people should have known that I'll do anything to get into the D.H."
Madeline nods understandably. "Well then, I hope you still remember how much I hold onto past events and grudges."
"Is that a threat? It sure sounds like one."
Agent Gurley shrugged. "Just be careful whatever you do from now on. One wrong step will lead to your fall, Havishma."
Miss Havishma sighed and folded her hands around her chest. "You are pathetic. I remembered why I did what I did. Just so you know, I'll do it again if I have to."
An officer rushed into the room where Miss Havishma and Agent Gurley were, breathing heavily. "Miss Havishma, it's urgent!"
The duo hurried after the officer who led them outside the Prime Hall. The People and every other individual that was in the meeting were there.
"This is all your fault," Galliard, the puffy man among the people barked. "None of you sided with me when I said we should throw Miss Havishma out of Winter Weir…"
"Calm down, Galliard," Rowan chipped. "This isn't Miss Havishma's fault. We knew this was going to happen when we agreed to let the Storm troopers attack Moonfour."
"What is going on?" Agent Gurley queried.
Chief tapped his watch and it projected a video. A light-skinned bald man with pointy ears and thin eyes stood with his hand behind his back. "Good day, fellow citizens of this Galaxy. I am Venture, general of Tzeria's army and Commander of the united army force. We have raised this special army to put an end to the threat you Weirs have been causing to this Galaxy. We have no desire to negotiate or have any diplomatic talks, we all have come to this agreement that ending you is what is best. We sent warning messages, yet you didn't heed, now you'll pay the price you deserve to. Good-bye."
Chief switched off the video and turned to face Miss Havishma who stood with her hand in the pocket of her oversuit entirely unbothered. Madeline also stole a glance at her before speaking.
"How large is the force?" She questioned.
"Our satellite team reported that nothing less than fifty hundred battle spaceships are what we are up against," Electro 28 answered.
"Did you hear that?!" Galliard yelled. "We are all gonna die, there's no way we'll be able to raise an army matching that size…"
"We don't need an army." Everyone there turned to face Miss Havishma confused. "You all just sit tight and let Department H handle this, like it always has," she added before walking away.

*D.H.'s HQ*
"You don't have to get up, lay back…" Storm 01 tried to get Ishary to lie back on her bed but the arctic-blue-haired girl was resistant.
"Relax, it's just cold, nothing the Weirs haven't faced before. This Weir here even stayed a whole month on Star 4, I don't feel anything." The arctic blue-haired girl groaned as she leaned back on the headboard.
Storm 01 raised his brows at her. "Just cold is kicking your ass right now," he said before pulling the blanket over Ishary.
Ishary rolled her eyes. "Tell you what, if you get me outta here, I'll show you something…"
"No no no dear Ishary. Remember when it use to be me sitting over there? Did you ever listen to my plea?"
Ishary let out a soft chuckle. "Come on, that's different. I'm different. I swear if I stay one more second on this bed I'm gonna die for real."
"And we don't want that."
"We do not. So…" she drawled.
Storm 01 sighed and extended his hand to Ishary. She placed her hand on his, letting a smile slip off her lips as Storm 01 gently pulled her to her feet. Ishary sighed and snaked her arms around Storm 01. "This is so much better."
The duo walked out the door and into the Blue section's hallway. "It's quiet," Ishary mumbled.
"Most of the agents are down on Winter Weir."
"Oh yeah, that. And Asuncion? Was she captured?"
"Not sure. I'm trying not to think about anything that happened in that detention house, especially Asuncion," Storm 01 stated.
Ishary was silent for a few seconds before speaking again. "I'm sorry."
"Huh?"
Ishary rest her head on the agent's shoulder and exhaled loudly. "Nothing."
Storm 01 looked at her through his peripheral vision and smiled. "I met Sox earlier."
"She's awake?"
Storm 01 nodded. "Yeah, and Rory… Ada too. Couldn't stop running her mouth about how I almost killed her," he said. "I'm just shocked that they survived."
Ishary stopped and turned to face Storm 01. "The truth is, I've been seeing the stimulation in your body. We knew something like that was going to happen even before you guys left for Moonfour. That was why we kept giving you shots, to suppress the process."
"Oh…"
Ishary leaned back on the wall and rubbed her upper arm with her palm. "We managed to give the storm agents a shield that'll at least keep them alive when it happens, but the shield wasn't strong enough and so most of the agents… died. I'm sorry…"
"It's fine. I understand, Ishary." Storm 01 placed his left hand on her shoulder and his right on her cheek.
Ishary smiled sweetly. "Did I mention that I love the long hair?" She whispered.
"Hey, dumb head." A voice chipped in, causing the duo to break apart. They both turned to see Ace standing with his brows crooked and his hands in his pocket. "You're with me," he added before walking away.
"I think you should go with him," Ishary stated.
"Right. I'll come by later to get that something you were gonna show me." He waved before following the electro- trooper's direction.
Ace led him into the briefing room where they met Chief, Miss Havishma, Electro 28, and some other agents.
"Is everything okay?" Storm 01 asked, realizing the stern look on everyone's face.
"We don't have any time to waste." Miss Havishma waved her hand in the air and the video of the united force spaceship flying towards Winter Weir appeared. "In about 28 minutes, Winter Weir is going to be attacked by the greatest force we've ever faced."
"Our little expedition on Moonfour is what brought about this," Miss Havishma explained. "Tzeria, Minando, Clave-Ar, and Arigotria. These planets have gathered an army to take us down. But we don't need any preparation. All we need is you."
.
.
.
"Will he be able to do it again? You said the last time was a mistake," Chief asked Miss Havishma as Storm 01 prepared for takeoff.
Miss Havishma turned to look at Chief. "You didn't trust me when I said you should. What do you have now Chief?" She mumbled before walking towards Storm 01.
Miss Havishma take a chip from a White agent and stopped in front of Storm 01.
Storm 01 raised his head. "I think I'll take a dagger and an Er1, just in case it doesn't work," the agent said as he slipped a dagger and a small gun into his belt.
"You don't need that. If it doesn't work, they'll blast you to atom."
"Right. So how does it happen? How do I activate the explosion?"
Miss Havishma places her hand on Storm 01's shoulder and stuck the chip she took onto his chest. It became a little bigger with the D.H. logo on it. "Agent, that's for you to figure out. But remember that the fate of the entire planet depends on this one mission. No pressure"
"Of course, zero pressure." He pressed a button behind his ear and a mask covered his face before he hopped into his spaceship.
Now inside the spaceship, Storm 01 glanced out and noticed Jesselyn standing behind Chief. She smiled and waved at him.
Storm 01 inhaled and exhaled before facing the door as it opened. He looked down at his hand as sparks of electricity flickered around it. "Alright." He controlled his ship out of the base and into space.
Miss Havishma turned to a White agent. "Connect me to those invaders."
*Somewhere in space*
Venture stood near the pilot with his hands behind his back, staring straight ahead.
"Sir," one of his soldiers called from behind. "What is it?" He barked, still not shifting his eyes.
"This is urgent sir."
Venture cussed before turning to the soldier. "I told you, we might have outnumbered them, but we have to be careful. These Weirs are very cunning."
"It's a message from them, sir."
"Oh." The commander collected the tablet from the soldier. He clicked on it and Miss Havishma appeared on his screen.
"Good day, fellow citizens of this galaxy. I am Havishma, the last face you'll ever see, goodbye." The screen went dark again, leaving the commander with his jaw on the ground.
"Commander, we've got something," the pilots alerted.
The commander walked forward and looked out through the window. He narrowed his eyes at the spaceship as it swiftly flew past his ship. "shoot it down. Shoot down that ship…"
Storm 01 took his hands off the ship's control. He felt the atmosphere suddenly heat up as steam emit from his body, causing the spaceship to start to melt down. He jolts and lets out a scream which got censored by the thunderous explosion from his body, destroying the hundreds of ships that were attacking Winter Weir.

A rescue team's spaceship slowly landed in Department H. The hangar was filled with Department H agents all standing on their feet. Chief and Miss Havishma stood on an elevated area, watching as the door slid open and two men exit the ship with Storm 01 holding onto their shoulders. He was wearing simple sweatpants and a shirt.
The men tapped his shoulder and strode back into their ship before the agents gathered around began to clap. The sound reverberated through the place, making cold chills run down the agent's spine. He couldn't help but smile as he looked at everyone there.
It was all for him. They were all there for him. Some of the agents rushed over and picked Storm 01 up on their shoulders as the claps became even louder.
Miss Havishma cleared her throat and turned to face Chief. "This looks like a great time to announce the revival of the Storm squad, don't you think, Chief."
Everyone went silent and turned to face Chief, all piercing their eyes into his skin.
"I never said I was going…" he let his words trail off as Miss Havishma raised her brows. He then looked down at the hundreds of agents all waiting to hear what he was going to say.
"Very well," he started. "The Storm squad and operations on the Moonfour can officially begin..."
The crowd began cheering 'Storm 01' and the side of Miss Havishma's lips curled up into a grin.
"But… Storm 01 has been transferred, and will now work as a Rain agent."
"What?"
"Welcome to the team, Rain X!"
