The sound of electricity filled the entire training section of the Storm troopers. It's been more than a week since Storm 01 shot his first wave of electricity that almost destroyed the place. Miss Havishma ordered him to keep practicing until he gets the hang of it.

He's been working his butt off trying to perfect his ability and he barely gets any sleep. But thanks to his healing abilities that he doesn't know about, he could keep going without passing out from exhaustion or injuring himself.

"Shouldn't you take a break?" Sox's voice slammed his ears through the many zapping noises from his electricity.

He turned to look at her but his eyes involuntarily flickered down to what she was wearing. It wasn't the uniform worn by the Storm troopers. Sharp-looking, and well-fitted. Exactly the sort of thing every guy would pick out for a formal event. She wore a brown suit with a plain white shirt underneath. A black tie rested on her chest. She also wore brown pants which she folded up a bit. He could tell that she wasn't used to that type of clothing because she looked nervous in it. Still, it fits well. Her bangs were held up this time with two strands falling on each side, it made her look even more beautiful. And when she smiled, it was a little bit magical. She held a suitcase in her hand.

"I, uhh..." he stuttered, barely managing to take his eyes off the dress. "You'll be shocked to hear that I still have a lot of energy in me," he finally answered. "I could just..." he shoots a bolt of electricity at the target.

She smiled. "Then these past weeks were productive."

He nods yes. "They were." His eyes flickered down at her clothes again.

"What's the occasion?" he questioned.

"Oh." She looked down at her garb with an embarrassed smile. Her face turned completely red out of embarrassment, her pale skin did her no good. "It's..."

"It fits you perfectly, like it was made solely for you." He noticed her embarrassment and tried to cheer her up. But he meant what he said.

"Thanks." she tucked the strand of hair behind her ear. "I thought I looked terrible in this. That made me feel better."

She then extended her hands with the suitcase. He froze for a second before collecting the suitcase.

"We are heading down to Winter Weir to the Prime hall, all Storm troopers are to wear that." She pointed at the suitcase.

He moved to a nearby table and dropped the suitcase on it before unlocking it. It was the same thing Sox was wearing. A disappointed look poured all over his face as he looked at the clothes. "Must I wear the top?"

"I don't give the orders. Can't wait to see what you'll look like in it," she pointed out before striding out.

Back in his pad, Storm 01 struggled to fix his necktie. He stood in front of a mirror, turning it endlessly in different ways but got nothing out of any. Sure he has seen people wear those types of clothing in movies when he was younger or on the street but he had never worn it. He had no idea how it was done.

He folded the necktie and slipped it into his shirt's pocket. He then picked up the suit top and put it on. He forced his hands through the hole. It was evident that it wasn't his size but he continued to force his hands through. It was just a matter of time before he heard the inevitable sound, the shirt had torn. He sighed, took it off, and toss it on the bed. He then folded his hands and fixed the collar. He glanced at himself in the mirror one more time before running out of the room.

He made his way to the hangar where others were waiting. He stopped at the door and looked down at what he was wearing. As he looked up, he locked eyes with Ishary who stood among some other Blue agents, they seem to be talking but she wasn't paying any attention to them. Ishary was also wearing the same type of outfit as he was, but where his was brown, it was sky-blue on hers. After what felt like hours, she looked away.

The White squad went in and out of a huge ship, prepping it before the outing. The ship was big enough to contain everyone there and more.

Storm 01 strode up to where the Storm troopers were gathered. There weren't many of the agents there, the only ones there were Percy, Sox, Rory, and four others he was only acquainted with.

"How'd I look?" He questioned, immediately approaching them.

The trio turned to him. "You didn't wear the top," Sox examined.

"You don't give the orders."

"Looks like the Percy influence is already getting to him," Rory cracked up mischievously.

Percy walked over to Storm 01 and took out the necktie from his pocket. "There's no such thing as 'Percy influence'..." He started. "Only a boy growing to become a man." He inched backward, taking in his handiwork. "Perfect."

"T-Thanks," Storm 01 mumbled.

They all turned to the rapid footsteps that just entered the hangar. It was Chief and his entourage. Chief was short, even shorter than Rory. But he was firm. Light-skinned and blonde hair that showered down the side of the black hat he had on. He wore a black overcoat over an ash suit with a red scarf tied around his neck. Since the experiment, he hadn't seen Chief until now. It made Storm 01 wonder how big exactly the D.H. is.

Behind Chief were four members of the Rain squad. They didn't wear any formal wear like the others there. Instead, they wore their regular uniform. Clothing that looks like a tracksuit with body armor where necessary. The uniform had stripes of dark blue that fell down the shoulder from the collar. It traced down their hands and round the cuffs of the shirt. Another stripe went down the front top of the shirt and aligned with that of the pants which went down the front then turned to the side at the knee region and completed down to the feet. It was like that for all of the D.H. squads, only that the stripes had different colors for different teams.

Among the four agents behind Chief was Jesselyn who walked boldly, her face utterly stoic. A handsome young man walked next to her. He had a neatly kept short silver ponytail. His silver eyebrows were thick and stayed neutral. He was light skin and wore large frame glasses over grey eyes that looked like that of a walking corpse. A handsome walking corpse.

"Don't you just love them," Percy's voice slid through from the back of his ear. "The Rain troopers I mean. While we all wear this like some bunch of losers, they dress like men at war. I wish I was one of them."

Miss Havishma walked in with two members of the Electro squad. They wore their full uniform like the Rain squad. They both had pistol size laser guns in their belts.

"They are going to?" Storm 01 asked.

"They can't decline the call of duty, can they?"
