Chapter 16 - Illusion Crystal /-10/

She took off her "Let the maids serve you" clothes and left the room, not even realizing that the boy's eyes were red.

His room was rather quiet as Huajin went to the bathroom to wash and clean himself.

He muttered as he silently wiped the tears that were flowing slowly. "I'm at this age still crying..."

"Still so cruel and blind" he laughed bitterly.

Wiping tears on her sleeve, she got up and left with the maid. There was a simple tub in the bathroom, the maids had prepared everything including water.

"I can wash myself"

His voice was low and sweet.

After some hesitation, the maid nodded and decided to stand guard outside the door.

The boy who closed the door was silent for a while.

He was immersed.

He was small in size, his body was rather small and he couldn't get used to it. He approached the water. He saw his reflection. Long black hair and green eyes.

This was not him.

And his master too...

He had changed too.

He slowly entered the water. The warm water gave him a feeling of comfort he had never tasted before.

What happened?

He does not know. Since when did he open his eyes in this body? He does not know.

He lived in a trance. Long time. At random...

Dead, soulless.

What else could be the reason?

He was powerless. His master was killed before his eyes. Because of him... because of him...

But was he delusional today? opposite him. He is alive.

He could guess what it was. It must be because of his enemies. They imprisoned him in the hallucination crystal, which was deceiving him with his greatest desires.

The safest way to override the illusion is to let it flow and not believe it. Or destroying the object of desire that caused you to fall into illusion.

He buried his head under the water and tried to calm down. His ears reminded him of those days with the muffled sound of the water.

Very tired.

He wants to see his master. He was willing to accept this illusion, knowing it wasn't real...

***

He left the bathroom refreshed. He sighed as he put on the children's clothes given to him, what a realistic illusion.

He was watching the palace with interest as he followed after the servant.

This is the emerald palace in the legend.

Thousands of years ago, legend has it that Amoli was on the verge of collapse with its system and people on the verge of decay.

However, the most ridiculous person in the empire seizes the throne in a single day and the rise of the legend begins. In fact, the little prince, known as mute and incompetent, was one of the most talented and powerful. His name goes down in history and is known as the arch magician.

The reason he was known as a legend was not because of his reign of a kingdom that was about to collapse, but because of his way of government and ideas.

He had a different mindset and behavior than everyone else. Although he was portrayed as an old, white-bearded grandfather in history, he was stunned to see him with gold hair.

And...

Also, why was his master the emperor?

He couldn't understand.

Contrary to popular belief, crystals, especially illusion crystals, do not simply benefit from one's desire. It is also based on facts. That's why it's so rare, dangerous and frightening.

So these are not lies...

He was surprised. Could such a crystal exist?

After the maid brought him to the emperor's chamber, he left.

He was alone in the room again. He had no master, but his scent was still here. How could it be so realistic?

He closed the door and went inside. Without thinking, he jumped onto the bed and buried his head in his pillow. His scent was getting stronger.

It's just an illusion anyway...

He rubbed his face against the pillow without thinking.

The door opened and he was captured in this way by the emperor.

As his body stiffens...

And as he looked at the expression of surprise on the emperor's face, his face was burning like fire, illusion...

Who cares that he was so realistic that even in illusion he couldn't be too brave. But...

The problem was not his. He was in the emperor. He was in his master. Because she was just so afraid of him.

"Hahaha" he chuckled and said "don't look at me, keep sleeping" and walked inside.

He sat down at the table and began to write.

He glanced at the emperor out of the corner of his eye, still the same. She had her clothes loosely on, her hair let loose, and still a lazy smile.

His eyes were red again.

How could it be so realistic?
