Lucifer sat quietly in the chair as he looked out the window at the beautiful night lights of New York City. A glass filled with bourbon in his hand as he just spun it around lightly without taking a sip from it.
"It'll take about three days to summon the inferno sisters." Xanton said as she came upstairs.
"That's too long." Azrael said as he was laying on his back at the bed looking up. Zafael was lying beside him. "She can't survive for much longer there. It's already been two days since she went missing."
Xanton let out a frustrated sigh as she turned to look at him. "Why are you here again?" She asked
"Moral support." He replied.
"Can I kill him?" She asked Lucifer who seemed to be lost in his own thoughts but actually he was just ignoring those two.
"Fun Fact, Demons can't kill Celestials." Azrael said as he sat up. "Aren't you a teacher at that demon school of hell? Shouldn't you know that already?"
"It's not a demon school. It's mandatory demon training and I'm not a teacher, I'm their mentor."
Azrael scoffed as he rolled his eyes. "To-may-to To-maa-to."
"Shut up." Lucifer finally said as he placed the glass on the table and sat up, buttoning up his jacket he turned to look at them. "I want inferno sisters here in 24 hours." He turned to Azrael. "And I'm not showing you the contract, so go away."
"Oh, you're such a stick in the mud." Azrael remarked as he narrowed his eyes on Lucifer.
"If you want I can kick his ass." Xanton volunteered but Lucifer shook his head in a 'no'.
"I have Zafael who can summon the inferno sisters in a matter of minutes." Azrael said and Xanton seemed interested in his proposal.
"I'm not showing you the contract." Lucifer said.
"Lucifer, mate, pal, buddy, Fiona hasn't triggered her angel side yet she's still human and the other side is definitely not for humans."
"Angel what?" Xanton asked.
Azrael looked in between Lucifer and Xanton and then chuckled. "You didn't tell your favourite lapdog about it?"
Xanton looked at him as she narrowed her eyes at him and he held his ears clumsily.
"Sorry, I forgot you're not a lapdog."
She turned her eyes up at Lucifer as if questioning him.
"We'll talk about this after we have her back." Lucifer said and although Xanton didn't like it she agreed anyway and went downstairs.
Lucifer turned to Azrael who was sitting with a huge grin on his face looking at him with a glimmer of tease in his eyes.
"What did she wish for, Lucifer?" Azrael asked.
"I'm not telling you." He said as he moved towards the table and picked up the car keys. "You can hang around as long as you want, just don't come in my way."
"Oh… what happened to us? We used to be so close." Azrael said and Lucifer smiled mockingly at him.
"We were never close." Lucifer said as he moved to the staircase.
"You're right. You almost killed me during your big huge rebellion."
"And I regret I couldn't." Lucifer smiled at him and then left.
Azrael sighed as he lay back on the bed. He could sense Zafael's protest against being in Lucifer's house but Azrael was still interested in what Fiona had wished.
He had realized that Lucifer hadn't completed the contract yet, if he had there was no way Asmodeus would have taken Fiona and if the contract hadn't been completed then that meant Fiona can still be saved from hell.
What Azrael wanted to understand was why did God nullify the order to eradicate Fiona? For Azrael he believed the answer was in the wish signed by Fiona.

Faith cursed under her breath as she wrestled with the documents to be done in her computer. It was almost midnight and she was still stuck in the office.
"Ugh.. I swear once I get rid of that debt I'm going to dump this stupid job so hard." She gritted her teeth as her eyes hurt because she had been staring at the screen constantly for hours.
She sighed as she rubbed her eyes. "Stupid Malık, dropping all of his stupid responsibilities on me. He is the president of this company shouldn't he be a bit compassionate to work? But no, he has to drop it all on poor old Faith." She closed her eyes as she leaned back in her seat and rested her eyes a bit.
"Faith?" She heard the familiar bulky voice as she opened her eyes and looked straight at the person.
"Wow, now I'm having nightmares about that asshole." She blurted out as soon as her eyes recognised the figure standing by her desk as Malık Yalamaz, her boss.
He let out a chuckle. "Do you even have a filter?" He said, crossing his arms on his chest looking down at her.
She leaned forward as she looked up at him completely confused. "You're actually here?" She asked.
"Yup."
"Did you finally get an epiphany of your responsibilities as President?"
"Definitely no." He said as he walked around the table and held his hand towards her. "Come on, I want to talk to you."
"Oh no! I'm not going anywhere with you. I have to get this work done tonight."
"I'm the boss and I'm ordering you to come with me." He demanded and cringed her face up.
"Malık, look-"
"Nah." He interrupted her.
"Oka-"
"Nah. Nah."
"Are you se-"
"Nah. Nah. Nah. Nah. Nah."
"Oh my God! You're so childish!" She screamed, making his nonsense mimicking stop.
"I am. That's why it's better to just nod and come along rather than being completely annoyed and still follow me." He said and she huffed as she took her black plastic rimmed glasses off and placed them up on her head, holding her red hair behind her ears.
"Fine." She said,
He smiled and held out his arm for her to hold onto it. She had her suspicions but then just clung her arm onto his as they both made their way towards the elevator.
"Where are we going?" She asked.
"My office's balcony." He pressed the button and the door opened. He let her step in first and then followed her in.
"You're not going to throw me off the roof, are you?" She asked and he let out a calm chuckle.
"That's not a bad idea." He said and she rolled her eyes at him. "But I have something much more deadly in mind." He said as she turned her head to him and he smiled softly letting her know it was a joke.
The elevator door dinged open as they stepped out on the top floor where Yaseen's or Malik Yılmaz's office was.
He held her hand and led her towards the tall designer door made with oak. He typed the passcode as the door automatically clicked open.
There was complete darkness as they entered. Yaseen was still holding her hand as she saw lights entering the office from the glass door to the balcony.
"What is this? A big romantic gesture?" She let out a little chuckle.
"Remember, when I ruined your date by calling you incessantly and telling you that it was an emergency but it wasn't really."
"You've ruined thirty-two dates. Which one are you talking about?"
"The one after which you cried like a baby and slapped about ten times right on my beautiful face. You were also a little tipsy and so pissed off, you yelled at me that it was a dream date and I ruined it. Does that ring any bells?"
"I slapped you ten times? You never told me that. Maybe, I should stay tipsy all the time."
He laughed as he took her hand with a clumsy hold as if he was trying not to clench it too hard. He pressed his lips against the back of her hand.
She felt a little clench in her heart but tried to stay her talkative-sarcastic self.
"Is this supposed to be a make-up date? Because I don't really need it." She said and he smiled.
His dark eyes gleamed with something, it was a confusing alloy of emotions that Faith has never seen in his eyes. A hint of melancholy mixed with a bit of euphoria. He looked right at her as if something he wanted and he finally got her but at the same time he didn't.
"Come on." He said, leading her out to the balcony which was decorated with fairy lights. They were stuck at the edge of the balcony as the view looked down at the beautiful city of New York.
"Okay what are we doing? Explain now!" She urged.
"Oh my God, just shut up and play along."
"Play along with what?" She asked and pulled her softly and had her stand by the balcony's concrete railing.
"Just stand here and enjoy the view."
She rolled her eyes as she looked down at the night lights of the city, some were blinking, others were still and glowing bright. A little chuckle left her mouth as she realised how this was her dream date. He had tried to mimic it in a city setting but had failed miserably.
Faith's idea of a perfect romantic date was to go on a hike and sit at the top looking down at the city, the sky lit up with stars. He had tried to mimic stars with the fairy lights, the balcony was supposed to be the top of the mountain and the view in front of her was supposed to be from the mountains.
She felt the cold breezes pass by her bare arms as her whole body shuddered. It was then she felt a heaviness on her shoulders as she realized it was a jacket on her shoulders.
"You hate the cold, don't you?" He asked and she smiled and nodded her head softly.
He leaned his back against the concrete railing beside her. "I know this isn't your dream date but this is what I can do with the time I have."
"What do you mean, the time you have?" She asked.
"I'm leaving." He replied after taking a considerable time to think of an answer.
Yaseen knew she'd understand the situation once he died and he knew what would be the first thing she would do after remembering everything. That was why he wanted to see her one last time before Lucifer took over his body and he ended up in hell.
"What?" She seemed confused and he smiled.
"Just listen to me and don't ask any questions."
"But-"
He gave her a look and she sighed as she nodded.
"I'm leaving for good and once I'm gone I can't come back." He sighed as he tried to gather the words in his mouth. He stood up straight and held her hands in his. "You have to promise me, you won't go after him."
"After who?" She asked, utterly confused.
"You'll know. This is your last life and I want you to live it like you always wanted to." Tears were burning at the edge of his eyes which confused her even more.
"Are you high?" She asked, trying to make sense of his words.
He let out a laugh as he shook his head, softly wiping his tears away. He reached out and held her face with clumsy hands.
"Just promise me you'll live and not spend the rest of your life trying to find me or get me back."
"Why would I-"
"Just promise me." He interrupted her and looked right into his eyes realizing the sincerity in them she nodded.
"I promise." She said and he smiled.
"Σε φιλώ." He said as he pushed back the strands of blood red hair from her face.
Faith didn't know what the word meant but the familiarity of it made her heart skip a beat as she felt nostalgia creeping in her body.
"Just make the most of your life, okay?" He said as he leaned in closer to her lips.
His lips grazed against hers as he said, "My Aelia." He said as he connected his lips with her softly pulling her in.
She froze in the moment and for some reason the name Aelia made her eyes filled with tears. She didn't know what it meant or if it was a name, but it felt like one, like it was her own, a name she hadn't heard someone call her in years. She held his hands softly and kissed him back with the same affection.
Yaseen pulled away as he looked down at her, her eyes were still closed and he saw she was trying not to show the tears flooding her eyes by closing them. He wanted to laugh at her naivety like he had always done but chose not to.
"I never stopped loving you." As soon as she heard the words, she opened her eyes to the empty balcony. The whole place was empty. There were no fairy lights or any other decorations. He was not in her sight and she felt a pang in her heart.
"Was that a dream? I was sleepwalking?" She asked herself but the warmth of the jacket on her shoulders told her she wasn't.
"Malık?" She called out softly but there was no answer.
She felt stupid and confused as she looked around trying to find a clue to what had happened but didn't find anything.
Just then she felt a pain in her chest. It was so painful that she couldn't even stand still. She slowly sat down on the floor with one hand on her chest and another one on the floor supporting her body.
She let out a groan as tears fell down on the floor. Her eyes grew wide when she saw the tear drops, they had a crimson shade to them. She realized soon it was blood that was coming out of her eyes. She tried to scream but the pain was too much and it constricted her windpipe, leaving no space for her scream or breath normally.
She kept on crying, the bloodied tears sliding down her face as she looked up at the sky as if asking for help from the power up above. The emptiness of the sky made her feel even more helpless as the pain grew more hurtful in her chest. She lost the grip of her composure as she tore her blouse with her bare hands squirming in pain, the blood was still leaving her eyes as she tried to stop it using the fabric from her torn white blouse pieces but all it did was turn crimson causing more panic in her mind.
She finally felt the constrict on her windpipe loosen up as she let out a piercing wailing up at the sky as if complaining. Her sound was piercing and dreadful as if she was announcing the death of someone like how a banshee would do.
The blood from her eyes was now flooding out in a huge amount drenching her in the color red as the red from her hair started to fade away into complete darkness.
Her wailing finally stopped as she panted looking down at the pool of blood. Tears flood out as she said the word in grief,
"Yaseen."
