I scanned Difar with my magic to get an idea of what I was dealing with.

I was surprised that the description appeared as well... It seemed like I was able to gather data more efficiently from enemies that weren't...Void aligned.
Regardless, I manifested the sword [Hope] in my hand.
Then I tossed it to Difar.
He caught it and eyed me quizzically.
"What's this for?" He asked.
"To make it a fair fight. I won't kill you unless we have a fair battle. Besides...I'll be taking it back here in a moment anyway," I said.
He smiled sinisterly.
The sword was cloaked in darkness and fell to the ground...yet passed through it.
Moments later, the sword rose from the ground and Difar grabbed it by the hilt.
"Ahh...Extnction. How I've missed you... You'll regret giving me my sword back, Mizik..."
"We'll see about that..."
Difar began to exert his monstrous full power and I did the same along with the twins. Valsiel disappeared and the remaining succubi and other monsters in the room fled through a doorway behind the throne.
"DIE, YOU SHITTY ORPHAN!!!" Difar roared.
He shot forward with extreme speed and Isabella caught his blade on her shield.
Holy flames began to blaze forth like an inferno on her shield and sword as the Crown of the Hero appeared atop her head.
"You'll pay for killing me so many times...HOW DO YOU LIKE IT!?!?" Isabella shouted.
She brought her sword down on Difar just as her shield erupted into an explosion of light...and obliterated miles of structure in front of her.
Difar narrowly dodged the blast and went straight for my throat...but his blade was deflected by Cassandra.
"Everytime darling looks at my eyes...he sees Corruption. It reminds him of what you did to me. GIVE ME MY EYES BACK, DAMMIT!!! DIE, YOU SICK MONSTER FOR THE HELL YOU PUT ME THROUGH!!!!" Cassandra screamed.
The cloak appeared on her head as multiple clones rose up to strike him all at once. She enclosed him with wires, but Difar melted into Corruption...appearing next to me and bringing his sword down with extreme fury.
My claws blazed with holy flames as I caught his blade in one hand and glared at him.
"I showed honor by giving you a fair fight...now let me demonstrate exactly what I plan to do to you..." I said.
The Eye of Destruction flared out of my left eye socket as I used my claws to shatter his sword.
I slashed him several times with my claws before channeling an explosive attack at the center of his body.
When I set it off, the environment all around us changed...
...Because I obliterated most of his gigantic castle in the process.
Difar slowly got up after the blast and looked at his shattered sword.
It fell to pieces and I pulled the power gem to myself. I stored it away and Difar scowled.
"Give me a sword just to show me how useless it is against you...and take it away. Wow. We really aren't that different. I mean that honestly," he said.
"Thanks for the insult. You ready to die?" I said.
"Like hell."
Difar manifested two swords out of Corruption and once again flew towards me with extreme speed.
He seemed to be ignoring the twins...but that didn't matter anymore.
As the remains of the castle burned around us, Isabella appeared in front of me to strike him with her shield.
She stunned him and slashed him deep with her sword.
Difar returned it by moving behind her to strike at her back...
But he was blocked once again.
"I'm a little stronger than the last time we fought!" She said.
"Grrr..."
"Forgetting someone!?" Cassandra said.
Several wires appeared while burning with holy flames and nearly sliced Difar to pieces.
He barely managed to avoid it and began exerting more power. Seven heads appeared on his back as Corrupted energy flared from his body.
"I WILL DEVOUR YOU WHOLE!!!!"
Four of the heads fired black lasers at the girls as the remaining three extended and tried to bite onto them.
I moved in and slammed my fist into the side of his head...grabbing one of the heads to swing Difar around before bringing him back to the ground.
After the impact, I blasted him with a condensed ether strike from my hand charged with holy flames.
"GRRRAAAAAAHHHGGG!!!! IT BURNS!!! GET THE HELL AWAY FROM ME!!!" He roared.
I instinctively dodged back as several dragon heads fired lasers at me from their mouths.
He got to his feet and followed after me...slashing wildly to try and wound me. He threw both of his swords at me and summoned a claymore.
The blades bounced harmlessly off of a barrier made by Isabella. Then he brought his claymore down and shattered the barrier before attacking me assaulting me with his new sword.
"Nice try, idiot!" I said.
"SHUT UP!!! SHUT UP AND DIE FOR ME!!!!" He yelled.
I deflected some of his blows with my claws and dodged the rest while the girls got into position.
Isabella fired several streams of light at Difar and cloaked him in holy flames.
As he screamed in agony, Cassandra appeared and bound him in wires just before darting around him and slashing wildly.
There was a massive explosion as the light dispersed and the wires snapped.
From it, emerged Difar's third form. The hulking monstrosity with arms like tree trunks.
"I'M SO SICK OF YOU TWO!!!! DIE SCREAMING!!!"
He turned and tried to punch Cassandra, but was blocked by Isabella's shield. There was a loud clang from the impact.
She winced slightly from the attack and I scanned him again.
I was surprised to see that every stat except his hp had nearly doubled in his third form.
He was gaining ridiculous amounts of power just from shifting his forms...
And to top it off, according to his stat sheet, he had at least two more forms after this...
Wait...I thought the dragon form was his last one...? Is he really stronger here in the...
I recalled our battle on Tanavol as the realization hit me.
He meant to use his full power on Tanavol, but never got the chance. He was far stronger here than anywhere else.
"WATCH OUT!!! HE HAS MORE POWER HERE THAN IN THE ABOVE REALMS!!!" I shouted.
"Noted!!!" Isabella said.
"All the more reason for his Majesty to boast when he dies!!!" Cassandra said.
She continued to dart around him, slashing wildly as Isabella kept his attention.
I began to channel more power as well... I brought out the fourth form of Vengeance and imbued my claws with more destructive power.
I could see in the surrounding area that our armies still continued to fight against the Corrupted Abyssal forces...
But it seemed like the Cursebreaker was damaged, somehow...
"Damn it all..."
"THIS IS MY DOMAIN, YOU WHELPS!!! MY ABYSS!!! MY KINGDOM!!! I WILL NOT TOLERATE INVADERS!!! I WILL MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF YOU!!!"
Difar slammed his fist into Isabella's shield again and sent her flying through several piles of debris. He caught Cassandra and threw her straight up into the sky.
"Wha-!? WAAAHHHHHHH!!!" Cassandra screamed.
I nearly had a heart attack as she passed into the Void...and reappeared by my side.
"Ah...I thought I was going to die..." She said fearfully.
"It's alright. Valsiel has us covered," I said as I reached my hand out to her.
She took it and stood back up. Isabella appeared at my side as well and shook the dust and debris it of her hair.
"He has a strong punch..." Isabella said.
"I'm glad you're okay, Isabella. We need to hurry this up or the ship won't last long enough to get us out of here," I said.
She nodded and prepared for battle again.
Difar stood ready to attack again when suddenly, he smiled.
"IT SEEMS POINTLESS TO FIGHT YOU WITH ANYTHING LESS THAN MY FULL POWER. MY APPLOGIES...BUT MY TRUE FINAL FORM TAKES A WHILE TO BRING OUT. ALLOW ME TO ENTERTAIN YOU IN THE MEANTIME!!! GAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!"
He melted into the ground and moments later, his body began to reform as a massive, seven-headed dragon.
"GRRRROOOOOOAAAAAARRR!!!!"
"Every time I see that piece of shit, it just pisses me off. You two, support me with everything you have. I'll take the lead from here, okay?"
"Right!" they said in unison.
I felt Cassandra channel her magic into me as Isabella began buffing my offensive and defensive status.
I could feel the power coursing through my body...
As the dragon heads looked down at me, I decreased the size of my armored gauntlets to allow me to wield my swords. The twin scimitars of Vengeance.
"You and me...you piece of shit. Let's do this," I said.
