As we fell down into nothing, I could feel the barriers I had set around our bodies rapidly deteriorating.
I looked around and saw Stella near me, I teleported to her and grabbed her hand.
"MAKE SOMETHING!!! SOMETHING TO STOP THE VOID!!!" I shouted desperately.
She nodded and I focused my powers together with her.
There was a flash of light as a solid field of gray ground appeared below all of us. We landed on it and breathed deep.
Both Stella and I had made an environment to survive in...
The Void beyond our platform continued to eat away at the air and matter contained within it, however.
"Master! I will maintain this! You focus on the battle at hand!" Stella said.
I nodded and stood up.
"Is everyone okay!?"
"I'm...alive!? I'm alive!" Isabella said.
"I...I'm alive..." Cassandra said shakily.
"I'm here... My arm is back too," Aldaril said.
"Thank goodness... We're all alive..." Nasuria said.
"You arrived just in time..." Vakra said.
"Vakra!?" I said in surprise.
"Yes...I'm still here. I lost a hundred lives, but I'm fine now... By the gods..."
It was fortunate that we were alive...but I wondered how we would manage to defeat Valtheim now.
Regardless, that question was answered very quickly as we felt a presence appear nearby.
We looked and saw Valtheim in her true form hovering in the air above our platform.
"You survived? That shouldn't be possible. I will purge you immediately..." Valtheim said.
She spoke more clearly than ever before.
Valtheim landed on the ground and lunged at our group. Her hand changed into a lance as she attempted to pierce me.
Isabella instinctively moved in front of me to defend and...
There was a loud clang. Sparks flew from Isabella's shield.
"Wait...she's...solid!? MIZIK!!! SHE'S SOLID!!!" Isabella shouted.
"THAT'S ALL I NEED TO HEAR!!!"
I teleported to her side and struck Valtheim with my claws.
She dodged back and an eye appeared over her shoulder. It opened into a maw full of teeth and fired a black laser at me.
I narrowly managed to avoid it as it erased the matter near my head.
But then I smiled.
"You aren't so tough now, are you?" I asked.
I scanned her again with my magic.

What the...? THESE NUMBERS ARE INSANE!!!! A HUNDRED AND NINETY TRILLION HP!?!? NO WONDER SHE'S INVINCIBLE!!! SHE'S A GODS DAMNED MONSTER!!!
I shuddered as I tried to think.
By comparison, my own stats were only just below a hundred million at most.
Still...we didn't have a choice. We would have to make it work.
I was certain that we could still win.
We had come too far to give up now.
"She's tough, everyone...but don't give in. We can do this! ALDARIL, NASURIA, VAKRA! Protect Stella! Me and the twins will fight her up close!" I said.
"Consider it done," Vakra said.
"Yes sir, will do," Aldaril said.
"We'll keep her safe," Nasuria said.
"You will all die here. Nothing can survive in the Void!" Valtheim said.
"Say that again after you've taken a good look at us. Isabella! Cassandra! Let's do this!" I said.
"Right!"
The two of them got to my side.
"PERISH IN NOTHINGNESS!!! I'LL MAKE YOU PAY FOR HURTING MY BELOVED MASTER!!!" Valtheim roared.
Valtheim changed her other arm into a mouth full of teeth and tried to chomp down on me again. Isabella blocked the attack with a smile.
Her armor flashed as a long cloak and a beautiful crown appeared on her head.
"YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR CRIMES, ABOMINATION!!!" Isabella shouted.
She slashed Valtheim with her sword, causing her to stumble back.
Cassandra appeared at her side wearing the cloak of the mastermind and bound her in wires.
"DIE!!! IN UNCEASING AGONY!!!" Cassandra hissed.
Blue streams of magic covered Valtheim as numerous daggers punctured her body.
Black energy swirled around her body as the wires snapped. An explosion pushed us all back and Valtheim glared at our group.
It was then that I saw the crystal in her chest again.
I quickly scanned it with my magic and found it to be a central point of her power.
And it already had a crack in it from when Stella awakened.
"I will not tolerate such behavior in my domain. Be consumed in nothingness...VOID FIELD!!!" Valtheim said.
She raised one of her hands and the sky shifted.
What was once a calm black veil opened into numerous gigantic eyes. Each of them locked onto Stella immediately.
"ISABELLA!!!" I shouted.
She nodded and teleported to Stella's side.
Aldaril cloaked Stella with his lantern and created a shield just a Isabella did the same with her magic.
The eyes fired numerous black lasers at Stella to destroy her, but failed to break the barriers.
Stella smiled as they ceased.
"Creation magic...can also be used for defense! Ha!" She said.
"No matter. I will simply deal with your allies and erase you last. Come to me...all who have perished in nothingness...VOID SUMMONING!' Valtheim said.
Out of the darkness on the sides of our platform, numerous figures emerged and began lunberound towards us.
An entire army of...Void zombies...?
That's all I could think of to describe them...
Each looked like a rotted skeletal corpse. But they were completely black. Their eyes glowed with a strange light that resembled dark pink. They had strange lines and markings on their bodies of the same color.
"Aldaril, Isabella, Cassandra! Summon something to fight those things off!"
"Right!" They all said.
Numerous portals opened around our group as our Avatar armies began to march against the Void army.
And as this was happening...I began to suspect something...
Was Valtheim...an Avatar from Tanavol...?
I shook my head.
It didnt matter if she was. It was always possible that Difar somehow made one of them himself...
I began summoning my own soldiers as Cassandra stood st my side.
Our armies clashed with the Void zombies and successfully held them off.
Valtheim hovered into the air and looked down at us.
"You cannot last forever in this place. Eventually, you will fall just as everyone on the surface world has."
"Go ahead and try me. It'll be the last thing you ever do!"
"Hm..."
Valtheim aimed several of the gigantic eyes at me and they fired.
Cassandra and I moved out of the way before leaping into the air at Valtheim from two separate directions.
Valtheim moved just before we could land our attacks and fired several blasts of black energy at us.
Isabella deflected them with a barrier and we quickly recovered.
"Alright then...I'm going to get serious," I said.
I awakened the power of Perfect Vengeance and assumed my full power. My hair turned white as I flew into the air to meet Valtheim in battle.
I summoned Eris and threw her at Valtheim. She slammed into the Void abomination and slashed her over and over with her claws. Meanwhile, I began summoned floating weapons by the thousands, tens of thousands, and finally hundreds of thousands.
I pointed over half of them at Valtheim and changed them into turrets. I fired them using every ability contained within [Redemption] and used the rest to strike at her body relentlessly.
Valtheim simply covered herself in a Void barrier, causing nearly all of my attacks to fall into nothingness.
I blasted her with a beam of creation magic and dispersed her field. As I did this, Eris and Cassandra both attacked her in unison.
There was a loud clash as a large portion of Valtheim's health disappeared.
She was down to nearly half of her health now...but we couldn't just stop.
"ANNOYING ANTS!!! INCREASE POWER!!!" Valtheim shouted.
She moved higher onto the air and clenched her hands.
The entire field around our platform cracked violently as the pressure continued to build from the Void. Massive tentacles broke in and reached at Stella from above, stopping in the sky.
It was...truly horrifying...
At the same time, more Void zombies began flooding into the area. If this kept up, we would be overwhelmed in no time.
I could already see Stella struggling to keep the platform from disintegrating.
"Please...Master... Please finish her off! I'm not sure how much longer I can hold everything together!" Stella said.
"I'm working on it! Hold it together just a bit longer!"
I looked at Valtheim and summoned a magic gear behind my body. Using the power of the Artificer, I began imbuing all of my attacks with powerful creation magic.
I slashed at Valtheim with my claws as quickly as I could. Cassandra supported me by throwing magical daggers and wires at Valtheim to wound and restrain her.
Eris began attacking from afar with flames from Vengeance.
Valtheim quickly covered the crystal on her chest, but I managed to slam my fist onto her arm, breaking it in pieces.
Her arm shattered as if it were made of glass.
"NO! MY PRECIOUS BODY!!!! MY GIFT FROM MASTER!!!!!"
I changed my claw into a lance and impaled the crystal in her chest. It cracked and an explosion sent me back.
Taking pieces of the crystal off of her core seemed to drastically reduce her health by massive margins... I would keep that in mind.
"Bastard hero... Ruining everything...I'LL KILL YOU!!!" Valtheim screamed.
The pressure on our safe zone became even greater as Valtheim's power flooded into the Void.
"DAMN IT ALL!!! JUST DIE ALREADY!!!" I roared.
I imbued myself with every form of offensive magic I could find and struck at Valtheim with everything I could.
My claws tore into her body and shattered her other arm to pieces. I managed to break part of the crystal in her chest off. Her eyes went wide and she disappeared.
"YOU WILL NOT HAVE ME, MIZIK!!! MY MASTER WILL BE AVENGED!!!" Her voice said.
The ground below began to shake violently...
Suddenly, I heard Stella scream.
"AAAHHHHHH!!! THE PAIN!!!!"
The sides of the safe area began to violently tear open as a creature clawed its way through. A massive abomination of teeth and eyes whose body stretched all around our platform.
Its head stuck into the area farther than the rest.
And I saw a crystal in its mouth...the same fractured gem on Valtheim's chest.
I flew quickly to the monster and slammed my fist into its teeth, causing its head to violently twitch. It hit the barrier and turned back to me.
"KRRAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!!"
"YOU AND ME!!! LET'S GO!!!" I shouted.
Massive tentacles slammed onto my body, sending me back. Cassandra shot forward and bound the appendages in place before severing them with her wires. Multiple shadows moved from her body and formed into clones.
Her clones quickly began binding the tentacles and launching daggers into Valtheim's eyes.
The massive Void eyes in the sky pushed further and fired more of their black lasers at Stella. Once again, they were blocked...but just barely this time.
Some of them fired at me, but I simply shrugged them off.
After all, Void energies couldn't harm me anymore. The Eye of Destruction made me immune to it.
I summoned a massive spear in my hand and struck at the gigantic beast's teeth. I managed to shatter the front teeth and jumped onto its mouth.
It tried to clamp down on me, but I used the spear as a measure against that. Once it was lodged in place, Valtheim's mouth was stuck.
I summoned as much destructive energy into my fist as I could and punched the fractured crystal with everything I could.
I saw Valtheim's health start to drop rapidly as I continued pounding the gem with every ounce of my power.
Over and over, I punched it until finally...it shattered into pieces.
"KRRRAAAAAAGH!!!! KRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAGHHH!!!!!"
The monster violently flailed around as black energy formed all around and inside its body.
I leaped out of its mouth and grabbed Cassandra with my magic. I roughly threw her over my shoulder as I put distance between us and the monster...
And finally...it exploded. Sending a massive shockwave out and knocking us to the ground.
As everything went quiet, Valtheim manifested in front of us, ready to strike. She formed her hand into a lance and...
Fell to the ground.
"No...I...must...gah....why...?" She whimpered.
I stood up and summoned my sword. I aimed it at her throat.
"Any last words?" I said.
"Please...spare me... Please..."
"Spare you? I never thought I would hear Valtheim beg for mercy."
Suddenly, she sat up and looked desperately at me. Her eyes seemed to have changed quite a bit.
"Spare me! My name is Valsiel!!! Please! Please help me stop Cain!!!" She cried.
Tears were treaming down her face as she spoke.
I was confused now...
And after she spoke, she looked around, saw the gigantic eyes attempting to break into our safe zone, and dispersed them.
"Please...with your permission... Can I take you back to Delvandal?" Valsiel said.
I looked up and saw Stella collapse from exhaustion. Everyone else seemed ready to fall over after exerting so much power fighting the unending army of Void zombies.
"Uh...yeah. I guess...?" I managed.
"Darling?" Cassandra said curiously.
She hadn't stood up, but was holding onto my leg while sitting.
"It'll be fine...I think?"
"Thank you, Mizik... Give me one moment and...aha!"
All of us were cloaked in Void eyes as we were pulled from the realm.
