In the center of the Exosphere, there lay a supermassive black hole, where the metaworld of the crowned ethernal, Her Majesty Vanaheimr, resided. Within it, the Queen pondered about what to do next, while sitting on her throne made of sorrow.
In the meanwhile, an extradimensional portal is opened, from where the secondborn of the triumvirate came. The thirdborn was not present, for he did not need to. His true body was already across all of the Exosphere. His manifestation within the Material Substrate that confronted the accursed one was simply that, a mere manifestation.
The secondborn approaches the throne of the Queen and bows in front of her.
"Mother, I retreated as you asked. Do you perchance have a plan in mind?"
The Queen does not respond. To be more exact, she isn't even looking at her daughter in the first place. As if her mind was thinking about something else.
[Did she not hear me?] Walkure thinks.
However, to ask that to Venus likely meant death, so she had no choice but to simply wait for Venus to address her, whenever she was up to.
After a whole minute, Venus finally looks at her and speaks.
"Ah, my mistake. I was focused on something else and ended up forgetting you were there. But let me answer your question with another question."
Venus raises her right arm and opens her right hand. An immense gravitational pull, strong enough to crush an entire plane of existence, pulls Walkure's body directly to her palm.
"!!!"
She then catches Walkure by the neck and starts to strangle her, but not enough to kill her yet.
"What were you thinking, wasting our troops on trash like those?"
Walkure tries to open Venus' hand by force instinctively but to no avail.
"However, that in itself isn't really the problem. It is the fact you not only hid Antrax's fall from me but failed to kill those miserable lifeforms that consider themselves the protectors of the multiverse, and almost died to them."
Venus tights her grip on Walkure a little more
"So ironic. Where were those "protectors" when the evil machines attacked my universe, my planet, and my family? They are nothing more than lies and self-glorifiers, all of them!"
Venus tights her grip further
"Maybe I should simply exterminate all of them. And after that, all lifeforms, in every universe, in a way that is swift and painless, so that they don't have to suffer what I did. And in the end, the patterns will have nothing else to conquer if not me, when then I will finally crush them all."
When Walkure was about to collapse, an entity manifests a few meters away from Venus. He was the thirdborn.
"Mother, I believe you are going too far. Your issue is extending beyond what Walkure deserves it."
Venus gives a serious and intimidating look towards her son for a few seconds.
She then opens her hand and lets her go.
"True, I suppose I was unfair for a moment."
As she says that, Penumbra's body is attacked by something incomprehensible, leading him to lose balance and fall to his knees. He felt part of his nature had simply faded away.
"However, you still dared to interrupt my discipline without permission."
Even the dark, who was of a nature that defied all kinds of logical and illogical explanations, could not understand what had happened to him. In fact, Penumbra has never been able to decipher Venus in her entirety. He, who had managed to prove hypotheses that could not be proven, and make formulas that could not be made, still could not find a conclusional path in regards to the crowned one.
"Ahh...as expected of Your Majesty...", says Penumbra, admiring her mother even in pain.
"I apologize for our incompetence, my queen.", says Walkure, who quickly recovered herself.
Venus stands up from her throne and walks past her two children.
"As we speak, the wanderers are trying to open their way into this place. They will do so in no time. But it's no matter. We will crush them into dust for good this time, and use their technology to our favor. They have something that interests me. The flying patterns are closer than we think."
