According to the introduction of the Divine Crystal, it possessed four Divine seals and each seal probably corresponded to tier 3 up to tier 6. He calmly condensed a fraction of his mental energy and entered the legacy crystal. Inside the crystal, a giant Magic array appeared before his eyes. To others, it's a complicated Magic array that require a Master Magician to unlock but it was not even worth Xuanyuan's attention. In less than a minute, the crystal released dazzling beams of light as a notification appeared in front of him.
Once he accepted, he suddenly felt the Mana in the whole room drain completely. Even the Mana in the endless void weren't spared and even the magic barrier covering the room dimmed as it ran out of Mana reserves. Xuanyuan promptly stimulated the Mana in 100000 Magic crystals and injected them into the Magic array forming before him. The Magic array was incredibly complex and complicated that Xuanyuan suspected that it was a true tier 6 Magic array.
The process went on for about a minute or more until a gate radiating an incredibly ancient aura floated in the room. In the presence of this gate, spatial cracks appeared as even the surrounding space couldn't handle the might of this gate.
"Wait! where's the Mana body?" Xuanyuan exclaimed in astonishment.
For tier 2 players when creating their Mana bodies, they will only need to expend at most 20000 Magic crystals. It's logical that his is special due to his Apex bloodline but now the 100000 Magic crystals enough to poke a hole in the wealth of experts was only used to condense this gate before him. He didn't even know whether to cry at this point.
As if to add to his unhappiness, the system sent another notification.
Left with no choice, Xuanyuan could only curse silently as he entered the gate. Once he entered the gate closed and disappeared leaving behind a special training room thoroughly drained of Mana. The Mana density of the training room was so high initially but now it couldn't even compare to the ambient Mana in the wilderness...
Meanwhile, after entering the ancient gate, Xuanyuan appeared in a spatial portal that's incredible unstable, it's as if he'd it'll break apart at any moment and he'd fall within the turbulences of space and time. But even within the unstable portal, he still felt as if he was covering large distances that would have taken years.
"As expected of a divine portal" Xuanyuan nodded in acknowledgement.
But the look of awe in his eyes soon faded and replaced with curiousness. Usually teleportation is mostly instantaneous and only intercontinental portals will take up to ten seconds but he'd been standing for nearly a minute and there's no sign that he'd reach his destination. This made him wonder where exactly he was heading that'd require such a long time to arrive at.
"No wonder, it took such a huge amount of Magic crystals to start. It appears this is not a simple portal" Xuanyuan muttered and simply waited to see where this ancient portal would lead him to...
Two forces composed only of NPCs faced off against one another on a road in the wilderness. One of the forces had a carriage behind them and it appeared as if they were defending the carriage from the offensive force.
If Xuanyuan was here, he'd have been dumbstruck in astonishment. This was because the Mana density in this wilderness wasn't any inferior to that of Jade spear city even after the Magic tower was completed and this was only in the wilderness. What's even more baffling was that the quality of the equipments of these NPCs was incredibly high as the item of lowest quality on them was of Golden rank. They were mostly geared in Epic items and some even radiated the glow unique to Inferior legendary items. Xuanyuan couldn't even begin to imagine how valuable the carriage was that experts with such items were sent to guard it's safety.
As both parties stood against one another it seemed that a battle of high proportions will blow off soon and it seemed the defensive party will lose since they have been defending the carriage from several parties before this and they've sustained multiple injuries and their HP isn't as full compared to that of the offensive party brimming with energy.
"Friends from Myriad storm sect, I think you should leave this carriage for us. You don't have the strength to continue defending this carriage any longer" A level 115 tier 3 NPC said from the offensive force.
"Nether king, we acquired the treasure with our own power, why should we surrender it to your Dominion sect?" another tier 3 NPC from the defensive unit stepped forward and retorted.
"You got the treasure so you should protect it. But don't think you can bring it to the Myriad storm sect safely" the tier 3 youth called the Nether king said.
"Since you want to seize the treasure, you can try. But many had already tried the same thing, do you think you can do better?"
"You've been battling for so long and defending up to this point shows your exceptional abilities. But you're not currently a match for me" said Nether king.
"How do we know if we don't try?"
"Silver king, you're currently injured and far from your peak state, you can't fight me" Nether king said to Silver king who's defending the carriage. "I advise you to surrender the carriage or the consequences will be disastrous, you might even lose your life" he added.
"I'm either going to defend this carriage or die trying" Silver king said firmly.
"I wish you well" Nether king said...
