Players, Guilds and Adventurer teams are now shifting their Base of operations to Jade spear city. This was because, developing in an Holy city was a major advantage over others. The Hotels, training facilities, high quality equipments and others are essential for players development. And if they manage to acquire ruling rights of the city, developing would be piece of cake...
Among the sea of people waiting in front of Jade spear city, four level 50 Tier 1 female players stood in a corner patiently waiting for the promotion to be completed.
"Xuanyuan has caused another commotion now. Can't he be low key for once?" Yueying cried.
"Who ask you not to be strong enough to cause a tremor in the land?" Xingyao snapped.
"Who are the Great Saints of Humanity exactly?" Qingyuan asked.
"No one knows either. But according to the NPCs, the Great Saints are the symbol of the strongest figures in the Human race. There used to be eight of such figures but now they added Xuanyuan who's the Ninth Saint" Shenrou explained.
"I had no idea one could have dealings with the Temple. There are many players waiting to discover what lies in the Temple but they've been denied entry. But now Xuanyuan already made an achievement. That guy is always a step ahead of others" Yueying commented.
"And now, Jade spear city is also getting promoted to a Holy city. We need to find a Guild or Adventurer team to join so we can have a place in the Holy city. Things won't be so easy later" Qingyuan suggested.
"It's better to consult Xuanyuan for this. He might have a better plan" Shenrou said.
"What about our promotion quest?" Xingyao asked. "We need to hasten our promotion to Tier 2 otherwise we're going to lag behind other players"
"We could have completed the promotion if those bastards hadn't forced us out when the promotion began" Yueying complained.

Those kind of items are more powerful than Epic items hence they are called Inferior legendary items. Sometimes, some powerful Legendary items damaged during Great wars and terrific battles end up as Inferior legendary items. But such items can regain their original powers if they were repaired by special items mainly God crystals and Divine sources...
But this robe is not a damaged legendary item. It was of Inferior legendary item originally but it could be said to be of high quality even among other items of the same rank.

"Yes. But the Temple won't participate if the city is attacking instead unless you use your authority as the Ninth Saint" The Third Saint explained.
"Now I have an easier time with the quest..." Xuanyuan muttered to himself
