"You want us to fight that beast?" Qingyuan wanted to complain. She knew Xuan Yuan could deal with the Boss himself without any problem so why was he making them do the hard work?
"Yeah! You guys need to train after all!" Xuan Yuan replied.
Qingyuan rolled her eyes at Xuan Yuan. 'With a boyfriend like you, why do I need to train? Does this guy not know how to pamper his woman?'
"Don't worry, My Lady. With me here, nothing bad can happen to you" Xuan Yuan assured but Qingyuan only pouted before turning away.
Xuan Yuan smiled wryly before turning to the Boss too...
"Fuck! Why are they so shameless? Flirting with each other so openly! Are they ignoring us single ladies then?" Yue Ying whispered to the others.
"I didn't know Qingyuan was also this willful. What an eye opener!" Shen Rou said.
"Just a few hours from confession and she's already so spoiled. I want to be Xuan Yuan's girlfriend too!" Xingyao said.
"Little girl, you're still so young. You should be facing your studies and not thinking of romantic stuffs!" Yue Ying said.
"Hey! You guys are only a few months older!" Xingyao cried.
"That's precisely why you're the youngest!" Yue Ying retorted. "You should wait for a few months before speaking about those stuffs!"...

Following their Chief's angered roar, the seven other wolves also growled before lunging towards at the Team.
Xuan Yuan stepped and used a Shield warrior
The girls took a deep breath before stepping towards the Boss. Shen Rou used her taunt skill and the Boss's aggro gathered on her. The Boss growled angrily before charging her with a frightening speed. In an instant, Shen Rou's view was blocked as a four metre tall Wolf appeared in front of her with its claws which were radiating a black glow that threatened to kill on contact.
Shen Rou raised her shield to block but suddenly Xuan Yuan shouted;
"Don't block, dodge!" He shouted.
'What a reckless one!' Xuan Yuan muttered.
They were confronting a Tier 2 Boss, yet she wanted to block with her shield as a Tier 1 player. Even if she's a Shield warrior, the class with the best defense in game, she will still lose a good size of her HP should she get hit.
If it's a normal Tier 2 Boss, there might not be a problem. But this was the Boss of a Hell mode dungeon. It's power even rivals that of Level 70+ Tier 2 Lord monsters. Such an existence was not one which players can defend against even if the person is a shield warrior.
Luckily, Shen Rou now possessed a fast reaction speed so she could dodge in time.
But in the next moment, Xuan Yuan revealed a surprised expression on his face as he scrunitized Shen Rou.
"You broke through?" He asked Shen Rou
"Yes Brother Xuan Yuan" She replied with an ecstatic look on her face. Among the girls she was the first to break through to the Body refinement realm!
"Congratulations Shen Rou!" The other girls said sincerely before returning their focus to the Boss before them. They still had work to do, congratulations can wait for later.
"Don't try to block the Boss's attacks fully. Try to deflect them a bit" Xuan Yuan advised.
"OK Shen Rou said as she raised her Shield to prepare for combat"
