Third POV:
Kamiya and Haruki were sitting in a restaurant. Kamiya's face was red and Haruki smiled at his cuteness.
"What is that you wanted to talk about, Haruki-san," Kamiya said while looking away from him.
"Kamiya, the reason why I was with your brother is that he threatened to lock you away forever. I didn't want to see you in a cage, that's why I followed his orders. I hated doing it okay, it was because I was in love with you."
Kamiya looked at Haruki.
"Haruki-san, why me?"
"I fell in love with you after we became closer. When I first met you, I thought you were cool, and that you stood up for the weak. After a while, I began seeing how cute you were. I began seeing you smile, and show happiness. But then my brother and your brother found out about my feelings. They wanted to use me as a way to combine our families. I don't want to do anything you are against, that's why I couldn't tell you how I felt before."
Kamiya began blushing even more.
"I'm not cute, but your feelings towards me are real, aren't they, " he asked.
"Yeah, they are?"
"What exactly did you want me to do?"
"I want you to fall for me, but I can't force you to. It wouldn't be fair to you, Kamiya-chan."
"Haruki-san."
"I love you, Kamiya."
"I hear you, but you're going to have to win back my trust. You really did a number on it. When I saw you get out of that carriage and my brother was smiling, I felt very betrayed. You didn't understand how it felt. My best friend who was close to me more than anyone else betrayed my trust."
"I understand that, Kamiya. I know that I took a large piece of trust and shattered it. I knew that you'd have some resentment towards me after what happened, that's why I came to talk to you."
"Haruki, join the blood guild, " Kamiya said while looking serious.
Haruki's eyes widened.
"The blood guild?"
"Prove your trust to me by joining and staying at my side. If you can't I understand, " Kamiya said.
"Don't worry I'll join, Kamiya, " he said with a smile.
"Haruki."
"To earn your trust, I'll do it, no worries."
"Really?"
"Yeah."
Kamiya smiled.
"Thanks, I just don't want to lose trust in you."
Haruki blushed and smack his head against the table.
"You're too cute, " Haruki mumbled.
Kamiya looked confused as Haruki's ears turned red.
"Haruki?"
"Sorry Kamiya, give me a quick second."
"Haruki are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm okay?"
Haruki let out a huge breath and sat up to look at Kamiya.
"Don't worry I'm fine."
He smiled at Kamiya.
"Let's order something while we are here, " Haruki said while looking at his menu.
"Wait is this a date, " Kamiya asked.
"No, it's just two friends having a meal together. So I don't believe it is unless you want it to be?"
"Waiter, " Kamiya shouted.
A waiter came over and Kamiya glance over his menu.
"I'll have the cheeseburger with a side of fries with extra mayo, and a large rootbeer, " Kamiya shouted while blushing.
Haruki chuckled, he scanned his menu. The waiter wrote it down and he looked at Haruki.
"Sir, what would you like to eat?"
"I'll have a salad with blue cheese dressing and topped with cheddar and garlic croutons, and a tall glass of orange juice."
He wrote it down. Then he walked away. Haruki smiled.
"I really love you, Kamiya, " he thought.
Meanwhile...
"Shou-chan."
Shou looked at Zetsu, who was blushing and looking at him.
"For that date, would you want to go to the fairgrounds with me?"
"Fairgrounds?"
"Yeah."
"Sure, but is there a reason?"
"The city fair is happening today, I want to enjoy it with you, Shou-chan, " Zetsu said while blushing even more.
Shou began blushing as well.
"I don't mind, are we heading there now?"
"If you want, let's go have some fun."
"Okay."
Zetsu regained his composure and his blush turned into excitement for his date with Shou.
"I can't believe Shou-chan is going on a date with me, " he thought.
Cebris seemed to stay quiet as they walked to the fair. People were flying into the air and the children were very excited while watching. Shou smiled.
"Wow, " he said.
"Shou, " a familiar voice shouted.
It was Shina, the beastling Shou helped the other day.
"Ah, Shina-chan, " Shou said.
She hugged him.
"Shou, thank you, " She said while blushing.
Shou smiled, he kneeled to the ground. He patted her head.
"No problem, I don't like seeing someone kind being hurt."
Shina smiled.
"Shina, " a girl yelled.
She ran over with her other friends to see Shou. Their faces turned red and their eyes widened.
"Shina, who is he?"
"My name is Moriyama Shou, nice to meet you, " Shou said with a smile.
"He's too cool, " they thought.
"S-Shina how come you know someone so beautiful, " the girl shouted.
"He saved my life, " she said.
"Eh?"
Shou stopped kneeling and stood back to up. The girls began blushing even more and Zetsu smiled.
"Looks like your really popular, Shou-chan, " Zetsu said.
"Shut up, I'm not, " Shou said while blushing.
"So cute, " Zetsu thought.
"Bye, Shou-san, "Shina said while waving.
"Let's go play, Shina, "a girl said.
They ran away. As Zetsu and Shou walked around, people were starting at Shou.
"Shou is getting lots of attention, Zetsu better be careful before Shou is stolen from him, " Cebris thought.
"Shou, would you like something to eat?"
"Can it be something sweet?"
"Yeah."
Zetsu grabbed his hand and pulled him to the crepes stand. Shou blushed as Zetsu held his hand.
"What kind of crepe would you like?"
"The strawberry banana one."
"One strawberry banana and one coco vanilla cream peach please."
"Coming up, " the crepes guy said.
"Are you sure you're going to be able to eat all of that, Zetsu?"
"Yeah, I'll be fine, don't worry, " Zetsu said with a smile.
"I love sweets, but I thought you might not enjoy them because of the sweetness," Shou said with a smile.
"You're way too cute."
"Eh, cute?"
"Yeah."
Shou began blushing as he nibbled on his crepes.
"Zetsu is too much of a flirt."
"Eh, how so?"
"Because you call me cute, and you say too nice of things you know. I get really embarrassed because you sound genuine when you say stuff like that."
Zetsu smiled and ruffled Shou's hair.
"It's because I love you."
Suddenly Shou's face turned bright red.
"How can you say things like that so easily," Shou thought while devouring his crepe.
Zetsu smiled and laughed a bit.
Shou's POV:
It was nighttime. Zetsu and I teleported back to the mansion, after a while, I figured out I could teleport to places I have been. We were in the front yard, where the flowers and fountains were beautiful. The lanterns on the walkway.
"It's really pretty here, I love it in this place."
There was a place to look at the stars. We were carrying bags of sweets and alcohol. I wasn't going to drink any tonight, although Zetsu seemed like he was ready to go at the red wine in my bag. Although I wanted to use it for cooking. I also wanted to use white wine for cooking. We continued walking as I looked at the sky.
"It looks like it might rain, " Shou thought.
We began talking, I was having a lot of fun, I really enjoy living in this world.
"It's quite amazing you can teleport this easily, considering it is an S-class rescue mage skill."
"S-class Rescue mage skill?"
"Yeah, there are different types of mages and warriors or adventurers. There are those that adventure to hunt monsters, while others that have special skills in recovery needs and healing are more suited to be a rescue mage than a fighter."
"So it's basically like balancing a healing class mage, a tank, a vanguard, and a long-range attacker in an RPG, " I thought.
"Hmm, so does our guild have any Rescue Mages, " I asked.
"We have 2 but they are two of the strongest in the guild, if your wondering who it's Kamiya and Hisami," He said.
"Wait, how powerful is Hisami-senpai, his mana leaked a little while training out there in the forest but, he was holding back so much magic force, it was like he was a ticking time bomb and soon enough he'll let loose an eruption of mana."
"Well, Hisami is Human, although he has more Magical capability than me, a high demon has."
"You're a high Demon?"
"Yeah, although I wasn't wanted, I'm also half Human."
"Half Human, although that doesn't surprise me."
"Why?"
"Because full demon bodies are supposed to be cold due to their blood temperature while you are full of warmth. You're not cold like the book of creatures and race described."
Zetsu stared at me his eyes widened. Suddenly I just realized what I had just said. I dropped my bags on the ground.
"Wah, " I screamed as reality hit me.
My face heated up as Zetsu smirked. I crouched down and held my face in embarrassment.
"W-wait, I was just saying that I knew you were a type of demon, although your body heat was a surprise, after all, you did k-kiss me you know, and you've hugged me too," I said very quickly to try to clear up a misunderstanding.
"Cebris-san, can I hug Shou-chan," Zetsu asked.
I stood up in shock as my face became hotter.
"Whatever, Shou-chan had fun today, and he seemed like he was falling for you, so depending on his reaction, I'll choose what to do at that moment," Cebris said.
Zetsu hugged me, and I didn't push him away. I heard Zetsu's heartbeat.
"Zetsu's heart is beating really fast, " I thought as I felt really embarrassed.
"Shou, I'm really serious about you, I've never felt like this before, " Zetsu said.
"Zetsu, I really like you, but I'm not ready yet, maybe, after a little more time. I feel something for you, you make my heart race with the things you say and you make me feel embarrassed all the time. You're so nice and kind. I really like you because you don't take advantage of people, nor do you make others suffer. You're even ready to accept someone like me."
Shou hugged him back.
"I love you, Shou, " Zetsu said.
"Zetsu."
"I'll wait for you, but if I flirt with you too much tell me to back off if you hate it, okay?"
"Eh, don't make it sound like I'm rejecting you, I'm not okay, I just want to wait a little longer until I can have that type of relationship," I said while looking up at him.
"So what I hear is that I'm not getting rejected?"
"Yeah, you're not."
"Then, I can keep trying to win your heart?"
"Yeah, I don't mind, just don't go too far," I said.
"Right."
Zetsu let go of me and patted my head.
"Why do you keep patting my head?"
"Because it's fun to see your reaction."
"You're treating me like a kid."
"Yeah but I think of you more as an adult than a child so don't worry."
"You're so weird, Zetsu."
"Heh."
Suddenly it started drizzling.
"Shit, it's about to rain, let's head inside, " Zetsu said.
"Sure."
I teleported us inside the mansion, after picking up my bags, and just in time because out the window, we saw it was pouring.
"So much rain, " I thought.
I yawned and stretched.
"When it rains it always makes me sleepy, I'm sorry, " I said with a smile.
I began wiping my eyes.
"Then, I walk you to your room and you should go get some rest, okay?"
"Yeah."
"Although first are you hungry?"
"A little bit, but I should be fine."
"No, if you're hungry you should eat first."
"Okay, thank you for the concern, Zetsu-san, " I said with a smile.
Zetsu suddenly backed away and covered his mouth.
"Damn it Shou-chan, you're way too cute, I was about to kiss you, " Zetsu said.
"K-kiss, eh, " I thought as my face heated up with embarrassment.
"Hey just cause I let you hug Shou-chan, don't get too comfortable with touching Shou-chan as you please damn you, " Cebris shouted.
"Cebris-san, " I said.
"That's why I backed away, " Zetsu shouted back.
"So basically you're a pervert that can't keep his hands to himself, you can hardly control yourself, is that it, " Cebris shouted.
"No that's not it, it's just, Shou-chan is too innocent. He doesn't understand how cute his angelic smile is, " Zetsu said.
"My smile, eh, that's the reason you wanted to kiss me, " I asked.
"Yeah, I almost did the same thing I did the other day."
"The other day? Oh, do you mean when you kissed me?"
"Yeah."
