Maribel is running around town picking up the uniforms, and the band director ordering them outfits for the donor's ball.
She is excited to get this over with. After she finished running around town, she headed back to campus.
Maribel parks her car and heads toward the band hall.
"Syd, are you in here?" Maribel calls out
That was when Syd walked out with the phone in his hand. Maribel walks toward him," I need you to get the uniforms out of my car."
"Mari, Raymond is on the phone." When he said this he pass the phone to her and goes out to Maribel's car, which leaves Maribel to talk to the director
"Hey Raymond, how are Ms. Anderson and the kid."
"They're good, Maribel, and thanks for picking up the uniforms for the band."
"It's not a problem, do you know when you are going to be able to come back."
Maribel
Okay, now you may be confused about why our director is out and not helping us with the donor's ball. His fiancé living across the world and he went to go visit her and his kid, we all miss him. I wish he was because Syd is slipping I can just feel it.
After a moment of talking to him, Syd came back with the boxes of the uniforms.
That's when Syd comes beside me and I look at him, "Where do you want these?" I looked around and point over where the table was and then walked beside him as he reach the table I turn the camera around so Raymond could see everything and Syd left for a second to get the chart of who needed to pay or has already done so.
We basically did inventory on outfits and make sure we had all the right sizes in everything.
Later, we got off the phone, and I went through and picks out make-up and hairstyles I loved for the ball.
While I worked, Syd hung around it, there was an unfamiliar feeling in the air the whole time but was not quite brought up to discuss, when I start to get tired. Syd came to me, put one hand on my shoulder and one in my hair, and started to play in my hair and I think he knows that does something to me because when I moaned, he chuckled lightly.
I turn back to look at him, my eyes buried into his.
Syd leads forward, brings his hand to my face, he caresses her "Stay." he whispers to me as if we are the only people in the world.
"I can't... w-we can't" I bite my lip as I tore my eyes, but his hand guides back to him.
"I'm sorry about Thursday," he tells me, I know he is, but something in me is telling me I can't let him off so easy.
I nod and smile at him, I press my lips together "I want you to know that you're the good in my life." He explains
Syd brings his head to mine, we look at each other as time went to a still.
