It was a very cold day; the snow was falling continuously.
A girl of around 15-16 y/o could be seen roaming in street, she had a very dejected expression on her face her gaze wandered here and there from time to time she would rub her hands together she didn't had many clothes on her body and she was shivering but she still moved forward.
A man who was smoking a cigarette at corner of the street he was searching here and there like he was searching for something then his gaze stopped on the little girl. A crooked smile bloomed on his face then he moved towards the girl and stopped near her.
The little girl was shocked when she saw someone stopping in front of her, the man bent a little till his face came as same height as the little girl's, he had a smile on his face he said "Little girl are you lost?", "No, I am just going home" she said immediately, the girl knew that person must have something crooked on his mind as her mother told her to remain far from such kind of peoples.
The man's face lost color he wanted to say something but before he could the little girl ran from there. The man ran after the girl and caught up to her and grabbed her hand before she could run further. The girl started struggling, the man scrutinized her and after seeing her ragged clothes he thought of something "Little girl do you need money", the girl suddenly stopped struggling, after seeing her reaction a twisted smile came back, he again bent in front of her and said, "I can give you some." after saying this he took out a 500 C note from his pocket and started circling it in front of the girl.
The girl looked like she was in dilemma, she bit her lower lip her eyes became teary she looked like she was about to cry but she refrained herself, the man seeing her reaction was smiling inwardly. But before he could stand up a hand came over his shoulder and stopped him from doing so, when the man looked behind, he saw a boy holding him with one hand and other hand in his pocket.
He was wearing a black hoodie and white shorts, he had his hood on. "Does it feel nice to tarnish a little girl." When the man heard those words, he looked towards the boy's face and what he saw are those dreadful blue eyes staring back at him, fear rose in his hear the boy tightened his grip and a cracking sound came from the man's shoulder, but the man can't even scream, how can a mere mortal face a peak 2-star martial artist.
"Leave!"
The man after hearing those words didn't even think of anything else and just ran out of there while screaming. The boy then gazed towards the little girl and said, "Why are you roaming around alone in the streets?" The girl lowered her gaze and said meekly "My mother is sick and I need money to buy her medicine."
The boy said "That doesn't explain everything. How can you think that someone will give work to little girl like you." tear came out of the girl's eyes she said "I know, but if I stayed with my mother there will be no hope." The boy was little surprised to hear those words, he looked at her and said "You are talking unlikely of your age. Ok, then what about working for me?" The little girl looked at him, and hesitatingly said "C-Can you really give me work?", "Yes, I have ability to do so.".
"What kind of work?" the girl asked.
After pondering for some time, he said "You can work for me as my personal maid."
The girl was still a little doubtful, seeing her hesitation the boy snapped his fingers and a man in black suit came over running he said "Yes Master."
Bring the car, the man nodded and after some time he brought the car. The boy along with the girl entered the car and went to a restaurant, the boy went forward the girl followed him from behind.
A staff came forward and said "Young Master the table is prepared"
The boy nodded and went to the designated table, after he sat down, he pointed to the chair in front of the girl sat on the chair, after they sat down scrumptious meal was served on the table, the girl's eyes sparkled when she saw the food and saliva stared dripping from her mouth, when she realized her mistake her face became flushed and she lowered her head, the boy said "I don't mind, start eating the food."
After the meal ended the man who brought them here came forward, the boy said to the man "Give this girl some money and send her mother to hospital. Note her address and bring that girl to our mansion, she will be my personal maid from now on." The man was shocked and wanted to refute but the boy stopped him from doing so he said, "Now, I have given her my word so do what I say" the man lowered his head and said "Yes Master.", "Now go with her I will return alone." after saying this the boy turned back and disappeared from their sight after some time.
The man sighed and said "Firstly we have to admit your mother to a hospital." The man came out of the restaurant and moved towards the car parked a little distance from them.
They went straight towards the girl's house and took her mother to the hospital. When they were in the hospital the man said to the girl "From tomorrow onwards you will be under training to become young master's maid. I will come to pick you up, your mother's bill will be paid when you are under training you will also get salary for it."
Next day in a large mansion,
The girl was checking the surrounding buildings, she was very astonished when she saw the large mansion. Then a woman in maids clothing came forward she calmly gazed at her and said "So you are the new girl Tanishq told me about, I am the head maid of all the maids here from today onwards you will be training under me to become an ideal maid and will be personal maid of Young Master Kayasth. Do you understand?" the girl nodded her head and said "Yes, I understand"
"So, tell me your name."
The girl answered, "My name is Angela Fernendez."

While Kayasth was on his way to the Moon restaurant, a Black Sedan was zooming towards the Moon Restaurant on the way the even passed through Kayasth's car. Inside the Sedan a person was seated in the front seat, and he was scared to death as the car was moving very fast, he said, "Young Miss, the car is moving very fast it might crash, and we may not reach moon restaurant but can reach Heaven" the girl who was driving faced him she was looking very excited she said, "Sebestian are you questioning my driving skills?" Sebestian hurriedly shook his head and said "No, Miss I am just saying that the world nowadays is very bad, who knows someone might hit us". The girl just humped and continued driving.
After some time, they reached the restaurant, she along with Sebestian went straight to the topmost floor where only noble families dined. After the went inside the restaurant Kayasth and Angela reached the restaurant, the staff was already there to welcome him as he was the future heir of Kayasth family, and their future boss and they wanted to give him better hospitality.
The Manager of the restaurant came forward, bowed and said "Welcome to Star restaurant, Young Master" the manager was a fatty man with sleek hairs, he had a smile on his face, he looked like a happy man statue which is placed in front of door the only difference are the hairs and clothes.
Kayasth entered the restaurant, Angela and the manager entered together with him. He said to the manager, "Prepare a table for two at top floor" the manager called someone hurriedly and cleared a table at top floor. After the sitting was arranged a smile appeared on manager's face, he came near Kayasth and said to him "Young Master the table is prepared" the manager bowed and started leading the way to their tables.
After they reached the tables Kayasth signaled the manager to go back, the manager bowed respectfully and then left the room. It was a large room from where one can see a beautiful view of city through the glass panels. He neared one of the two seats and sat down, he then faced Angela and said to her "Angela take the seat". Angela thought she heard wrong but when she came to realization, she became flustered and said, "M-M-Master how can I s-sit together and e-eat on same tables." He opened the menu and said while checking the menu "I don't repeat twice."
Angela was unwilling to sit, but she still sat down, when she sat on the seat, Kayasth said to her "Order something for yourself, you have not eaten the lunch, do you?" Angela was hesitating but she still nodded and then she took the menu from table and started her search. Sometime later a waiter knocked the door, Kayasth told the waiter to enter the waiter bowed and said, "Master have you decided the order".
Kayasth nodded and then gave his order to the waiter, Angela only ordered a cup of hot coffee. Kayasth sighed and told the waiter to bring the food he has ordered for Angela also, she wanted to retaliate but Kayasth raised his finger and said "We have been to many places, and you have not eaten since morning so do lunch with me. You must be starving by now as you are not a cultivator who don't need to eat for energy."
In this world the cultivators are the only people who don't need to eat food on regular basis as they can get energy from the surrounding qi, even martial artist can't do that. This was one of the advantages they have over martial artists as they can go without food for a long time but they still need food in lower cultivation levels.
About ten minutes later the food arrived and was served on the table and the staff went outside, Angela was surprised by the food Kayasth ordered, he said suddenly said, "Angela do you remember the first time we met?"
