Hogan was still silent waiting for Bilbina to speak. Through his hands he tried to channel warmth into his granddaughter's heart. Without a word, he could feel that there was a doubt shadowing Bilbina's heart.
Hogan himself is still confused. He wasn't sure about letting Bilbina stay with him. He didn't want to take any chances. After all, Axell is a vampire. It is very dangerous for humans to be near vampires. Although, so far this has never happened, but it is possible that one day there will be another vampire who visits this house and it is not certain that this vampire is as good as Axell.
Hogan was so happy to be close to his beloved granddaughter. But, he doesn't want his family, especially Bilbina, to come into contact with the lives of creatures from the world of darkness.
Especially now, Bilbina has met Felix and the vampire is clearly far more dangerous to humans than Axell.
Hogan agreed with Axell's opinion not to let Bilbina get away from his supervision. They had to know why Felix, who usually looked down on humans, showed interest in Bilbina.

"Bin doesn't want Grandpa to get in trouble because of Bin's presence here."
"Bin, Grandpa just wanted you to know, in life sometimes we are faced with a choice, and every choice has consequences." Hogan gently stroked his granddaughter's hair.
Bilbina waited for the next words from her grandfather. Looks like he still has something to say. Even though they had only lived together for a short time, she could feel the great affection from the man before her.
"You have never troubled Grandpa! Remember it well. There is Grandfather's blood flowing in your blood. However, there are personal responsibilities that Grandfather cannot leave here, they are also for the good of our family."
Hogan stared intently at the beautiful face of his beloved granddaughter. He would never forgive himself if something bad happened to Bilbina. All this time, he has taken pains to keep his family away from contact with creatures of darkness.
