"You sound like you know me too well," Emma asked.
" Who me?"
"Yes?"
"Hmm... I don't want to answer that."
"But I deserve to know and if want us to work together from now on, or to trust you, you have to clear some stuff, don't you?"
"Well, I did share some information."
"I don't consider them as information, that was bribing me, like creating suspense."
"You know that I won't tell you." Shawn stole a side glance. She was looking outside. and as if she could tell he was looking Emma turned to him and asked," What?"
"What?"
"I thought you were looking."
A few minutes of driving later, Shawn noticed that a car is following them. He looked closely when he saw Smith Darwin.
Emma and Shawn sprinted down the highway as the HIVEtech agents closed in on them. Emma's heart pounded in her chest as she felt something similar happen, her mind racing with questions about her past life.
As they approached a sharp turn, a black SUV screeched around the corner and blocked their path. Shawn grabbed Emma's arm and pulled her to the side as the agents emerged from the vehicle, their weapons drawn.
"Emma, we need to fight our way out of this," Shawn said, glancing over at her.
Emma's mind was still foggy, but something inside her shifted as the agents closed in. Suddenly, she remembered the combat training she had received as a spy, and her body moved on its own accord.
She charged towards the agents, dodging their bullets as she landed a swift kick to the first one's gut. She spun around and delivered a powerful punch to the second agent's jaw, sending him reeling backwards.
Shawn joined in the fray, taking out the third agent with a well-placed kick to the chest. But more agents were closing in on them, and Emma knew they had to keep moving.
As they ran down the highway, Emma's memories began to flood back to her. She remembered her training, her mission, and the people she had once fought alongside.
With renewed strength, Emma fought off the remaining agents with precision and ease, her mind now fully aware of her past as a spy. She and Shawn managed to escape, but Emma knew that her journey to uncover the truth about her past was far from over.
As Emma and Shawn run through the woods, Emma begins to have flashes of her past as a spy. Memories flood back to her as she dodges trees and jumps over fallen logs. Emma starts having some flashes of memories, but they are fragmented and unclear, making it difficult for her to piece them together.
Emma and Shawn run through the crowded streets, trying to shake off the HIVEtech agents who are hot on their trail. Emma's memories are still hazy, but she's starting to have flashes of her past life as a spy. She remembers bits and pieces of her training and missions, but it's still unclear why she left the agency and ended up being brainwashed by HIVEtech.
As they turn a corner, they come face to face with Agent Smith, one of HIVEtech's most skilled operatives. He grins menacingly and pulls out a sleek, deadly-looking knife.
Shawn quickly pulls Emma behind him and takes a defensive stance. "You're not getting past us, Smith!" he shouts.
Agent Smith chuckles. "You don't stand a chance against me, boy. And as for you, my dear," he says, turning his attention to Emma, "it's time for you to come back to us where you belong."
Emma's heart races as memories flood her mind. She sees herself in a dark room, strapped to a chair, with a group of HIVEtech scientists standing around her, injecting her with some kind of serum. She screams and struggles, but they hold her down.
Suddenly, she feels a surge of energy and power coursing through her veins. Her eyes glow with a bright blue light, and she breaks free from her restraints. She fights her way out of the lab, taking down several guards with her newfound strength.
The memory fades as Agent Smith lunges at her with his knife. Emma reacts instinctively, blocking his attack and countering with a swift kick that sends him reeling backwards.
Shawn moves in to finish the job, but Agent Smith is faster than he anticipated. He dodges Shawn's attacks and lands a brutal blow to his stomach, knocking the wind out of him.
Emma jumps in to protect Shawn, using her newfound abilities to take down Agent Smith with ease. As he falls to the ground, defeated, she realizes that she still has a lot to learn about her powers and her past as a spy.
"Come on, Shawn," she says, helping him up. "We need to keep moving. We can't let HIVEtech catch us."
"How did you? WOLVE's memory erasing isn't something easily washes off."
"I don't know what you are saying. For some reason, I am getting vague memories. You have to tell me everything."
