In the ball room a lot of noble
end came with their young daughters hoping to get their little daughters betrothed to the crown prince all of them talking and making alliances in a corner Li luli eyes shone bright as she saw her sisters in every corner of the ballroom she smiled smugly she had been feeling uneasy since the beginning of the day but seeing her fellow sisters put her mind at rest.
"Announcing the arrival of His royal highness Emperor Zhang muchen" And slowly the huge door to the ball room was opened. And Zhang muchen came in looking all handsome and ravishing. Most of the women and when I say most I mean including the married one couldn't help but blush behind their fan giggling like little fan girls.
Li luli looked at Zhang muchen with a sense of longing. Her life was filled with the same routine before she met him her high detest for demons changed after meeting him.
He made her crave for him. She still remembers the day they first met like it happened just yesterday.

Mei lien and Li luli were walking side by side in the forest of the greatest empire in the whole of the country. It was night time and the moon caused the trees to cast a scary shadow on the floor, but the teenage girls didn't seem to mind they were simply talking about the new demon king
"What do you think of the new king Li luli" Mei Lien asked
"Hmm what will I think of him his bad luck like all demons I don't even know were the former king met his mother I...." she rambled on and on about what she knows about demons and the kind of bad luck they bring until Mei lien decided to interrupt her
"OK that is enough you sure don't like him why?" She asked
"Mother says demons are the reasons our kind are not accepted in the kingdom" She answered shrugging her shoulder as if what she said was worth it
"So you hate him because mom hates demons you have never met a demon before" Mei lien asked rather astonished
"Why are you surprised of.... wait a minute what is with all this talk about demons" Li luli asked as they got to a clearing Mei lien walked behind a huge tree grabbing a mat to spread on the grass it was obvious they were familiar with the place.
"Well I met...." the rustling of leafs made them stop their discussion it didn't sound like one man was coming it sounded like an entourage in the speed of light they both packed what they laid and they hid in a quiet corner
"Your Highness we can rest here" Wang Li said
"Ok" a deep voice sounded from within the litter

The thin sheet covering the litter was slowly raised revealing a pair of red eyes
Li luli gulped staring at his beautiful enchanting eyes his face was shining under the moon she could see burst after burst of colours and beautiful fairies flying around him
"Wowwwwwww is he a demigod or a fallen angel why is he so handsome" She thought inhaling sharply
The sound of ringing bells brought her back to reality
"Silence the King is about to make a speech" An eunuch said causing the whole hall to turn silent Zhang muchen might be a good king but he is still feared by others I mean you don't just meet a demon king overnight
"Evening to you all today is a great day for the whole of the kingdom my children have grown older ten years ago my little children well not so little anymore were brought to this world bringing good luck along with them today is the day of their birth and I want you all to celebrate with me today I would also be crowning my first son its high time that little imp learnt what it means to be responsible" he said causing the guests to throw their heads back in laughter.
"okay the the fun is just beginning let us party and drink while we all wait for my beloved son and my beautiful daughter and I might be announcing the Queen today you guys are in for surprise" Zhang muchen said smiling happily all the people cheered happy they were finally getting a queen
Li luli was shocked looking at the bright smile on his face she felt something was wrong he had not smiled so brightly in years she couldn't help but doubt his motive for suddenly announcing that. she knew the court official were on his neck but was it the pressure that made him say that suddenly but what about the bright smile she thought.
She was so lost in her thought completely forgot where she was a certain court lady suddenly tapped her jolting her back to reality.
"The king is smiling at you luli his he finally going to acknowledge you" the court lady said
Hearing this Li luli looked up only to meet his smiling gaze she smiled back and he looked else where she thought
"He must be feeling shy I caught him staring"
But oh was she so wrong if she looked very well she would see Zhang muchen was not smiling at her his eyes were a little distant looking right behind her
A few minutes later the sound of the drum made the whole hall turn silent
"Announcing the arrival of the first prince and princess" The entrance guard shouted
The door was opened slowly revealing four children all in royal regalia one of them was blind folded but he walked so smartlyyou could think he wasn't blind folded
Li luli"s breath hitched staring at the children while the crowd began to murmur in confusion. The four of them looked at each other and formed a circle around the blind folded boy
"You all want to know your crown prince" a Zhang xi asked her voice carrying strength ".....this is your crown prince" she said and the Zhang feng removed his blind fold the crowd gasped in utter amazment at his eyes Zhang nuo hasn't raised her head since the beginning of the fiasco
"Meet my brother the eldest and your crown prince also meet my sister the 2nd princess and the youngest Zhang nuo"Zhang bei introduced holding the two of them the crowd let out another gasp looking at Zhang nuo's eyes why do this children have such beautiful pair of eyes they all wondered.

Li luli dropped the glass she was holding color drained from her face when the boy revealed his face. She looked at Zhang feng with so much fear and anger in her heart.
That was when the crowd snapped out of their trance murmur soon filled the hall
"Who is that?" one of them asked
"I don't know but his eyes is scaring me" another said
"Do you think he is also demon" another asked
