This skill, Magic Enhancement, was initially developed by Kael to bolster his physical attributes—it was considered a special Magic Technique used by the majority of Mages in his past life.
Interestingly, this magic also relates to the players.
The magic was developed more than a year after players arrived on the continent by a Necromancy Master who was researching body transformation. He spent a bit of money and used a large number of players as "low-value consumables" to develop new Magic Techniques. After half a year of research, he developed the initial Magic Enhancement skill.
