Aren't I in front of you? I'm not a friend of yours, I'm your mother. Your sixteen I don't think that I'm supposed to discipline you anymore. -Queen Iris
You can't discipline anyone if you aren't yourself. -Darius
Watch your words, young man. You do have not an individual point to act this way, so contain yourself or I'm going to punish you. -Queen Iris
I'm not scared of you anymore, and I'm not going to listen to you anymore. -Darius
You should be, regardless of anything that happened. -Queen Iris
I really wonder why I was chosen to leave your womb because I don't want a mother a like you, and Leanor doesn't need a mother like you. You're a failing mother. -Darius
Go to your room. -Queen Iris
After all, you and father are just the same people, the only difference between you and him is that he knows what he's doing while you just move blindly. -
-DARIUS, I SAID GO TO YOUR ROOM! -Queen Iris
This is why Leanor cherishes every clarefeck with you because she never saw any of this, not the screaming, but the secrets. -Darius
He quietly bailed off, during that queen Iris was visibly angry, she walked a couple of steps and thwarted in position. Thought about something that pouched her lips, shook her head in denial of something then continued to walk in flexibility like there is not a puffy baby bluish dress that could be worn in a wedding for a bride.
Darius felt like the world around him was trying to crumble his life, but walking around your room slightly stomping wouldn't assist you in anything. He took a seat on his bed, tired and a tad bit exhausted, a tear went down his cheek. A sense of emotion? He clenched his fists, holding in all that was pressure. He opened a drawer that was by his bed's right side, there was a paper in there. Colored with vibrant colors, but it obviously wasn't a drawing drawn by someone that is aged, it was drawn by a young kid. A drawing of three people holding hands with smiley faces "COME ON! IF YOUR GONNA BE A PARTY POOPER THEN BE ONE, BUT WE DEFINITELY ARE THROWING A PARTY." Voices of a kid echoed in his head " I'll give you my cookies- if you're sad." He crumbled the paper in his hands and threw it directly into the garbage bin in his room which had the appearance of a wave of water. A flashback got into his head and dissected his submerged thoughts.
His memory seemed contemporary, he was on a balcony holding a sharp item, bringing it close to his wings, his focus was redirected to the other balcony on his left, Leanor speaking with Violet, discussing something that brought contentment to Leanor but not equally to Violet. She was as depressed as ever, the sight of her face was like staring at a grey sky, a grey sky warning everyone that the fall of water will be strong. Her hands were by holding tight enough on the balcony's fence which shields the dangers of falling "I'll GET THE SURPRISE, YOU WAIT HERE!" He saw everything, he witnessed the whole set. "What's she doing?" He asked witnessing Violet slowly aiming down "THAT IDIOT!" Why were his intentions well enough for Violet's sake? Why does he care?
He sat down on his bed to get up once more, stroking his forehead.
" I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU WOULD GO FAR ENOUGH TO GET HIM TO THIS CASTLE AND TO WHAT? SHARE HIS UNASKED OPINION ABOUT VIOLET BEING THE HEIRESS" Queen Iris yelled brazenly, her tranquil atmosphere was unexisting at that point. King Angun was unavailable, reading letters, all written in bold writing, and sighed, aggravated.
I'm not paying attention to an ounce of your words. -King Angun
Then hear. Angun what your doing is not unassailable to anyone. -Queen Iris
Violet was in a deep sleep. She was shifting between dreams like they were a phone to scroll through. On a road, with no cars ahead and no destination to reach, only a road with not even a living being to ask guidance from "Hello? Is anybody there." A figure hovered slowly, perhaps a man? "F-father? FATHER- DAD." She ran, getting ready to huddle the man who she saw as her father. The man stopped in position "Fall back, I'm not coming." The man said dizzily, he turned his back on Violet and walked away. "Again? Leaving again? Can't you stay for a minute? CAN'T YOU JUST HUG ME AND LEAVE? WHY DON'T YOU WANT ME?" She fell on the ground, with an expression that told an exhausting story "Not your father- not your father- not your father," A voice repeated away from Violet, that sound was torturing to hear, it was like sizzling lava into Violet's ear "Stop speaking, foul voice. I just want him back-"
He isn't an enemy, nor is he a friend. He is a partner to work with. How will I ever teach you to live this lavish life? -King Angun
When you admit everything. -Queen Iris
"*Giggles* Do you still care about the five of them?" He said hastily, he stood up and throwing the rest of the unchecked letters on his working desk "Jessica! Throw the rest of the letters into the bin." Queen Iris noticed the envelopes of the letters "We neep assistance" another "We don't have enough money to build a memorable grave for my father" another "My daughter is lost, and I can't find her" and another "My father is in deep wounds, and we need medications" there were tens of hundreds of other letters asking for help.
No, Jessica keep them on the table. -Queen Iris
Jessica throw them away. -King Angun
Jessica keep them. -Queen Iris
ENOUGH! Jessica burn them in the fireplace this instant, I don't want to see them near me. -King Angun
THE LETTERS ARE TO RESPOND TO, YOU HAVE TO READ THEM, -Queen Iris
I AM THE KING AND THINGS GO MY WAY, IRIS, MY WAY. -King Angun
NO! The name king was imprinted to you and the name queen was imprinted to me. -Queen Iris
IT GOES FOR ME ONLY, I AM THE ONLY KING, AND I AM INHERITED FOR THE THRONE. -King Angun
THE BOOK OF LREAKENS STATES THAT I'M THE RIGHTF-
Stop it, Iris, stop acting like a child. -King Angun
I WILL KEEP YELLING AND THAT'S BECAUSE YOUR DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR LED EVERYONE TO-
Her yelling was stopped right after she was smacked across the face, she had a disappointed expression on. Maid Jessica paused confused, she hurried to her and pushed king Angun that was much taller than her with no second view "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING, LAY YOUR HANDS OFF HER!" "Who dare you think to touch me? You all are peasants under my foot, YOU ALL FOLLOW MY COMMANDS STEP BY STEP!" He left the room with his knights, stomping like he has nothing to lose.
ARE YOU INSANE BY ANY CHANCE? -Maid Jessica
I just can't handle it anymore, he's leaving citizens starving. And I can't do anything about anything anymore, as a queen my words don't make an impact, it's either I listen or we all listen. I want to just spit it out of me, spit out that those kahilis are lying in his hands if they die- he becomes a murderer maybe not in the admirer's eyes but in my eyes. I don't want Darius to end up like him, I don't want Leanor to think good about this. -Queen Iris
You chose this, Iris, you chose this royalty life. We warned you, and you just ditched us like we were cans in a road. -Maid Jessica
I didn't mess up- I chose what's right, and I'm proud of the choice I picked, -Queen Iris
I think you can even tell that it isn't the truth, but whatever, you've always been like this. -Maid Jessica
How is Nidra? Do you know by chance? -Queen Iris
How about you ask her? And by her I mean Violet. -Maid Jessica
I-I don't think I can ask her, she's mostly busy doing something. -Queen Iris
Admit it, Iris, the girl is as sweet as honey, you can ask her anything and she wouldn't even scream. -Maid Jessica
Admit what? There is nothing to admit. -Queen Iris
Admit it, you're still in shame after everything. -Maid Jessica
N-no I promised her I wouldn't be, and would help Violet with everything she needs. -Queen Iris
I wish that was true enough for me to believe instantly, for all of us to believe. -Maid Jessica
"It is- believe it or not," Queen Iris said sighing to Maid Jessica. Maid Jessica was wiping the letters off the table, she seemed to be annoyed by every word Queen Iris was saying. There was some type of connection Queen Iris had with everyone, but something certainly spiked that connection. Maid Jessica exited the room and ignored the presence of the queen as if Queen Iris was absent, Queen Iris looked above her tilting her head as well in the process, pushing hard to hold the tears. "Sorry, Alita" she spoke unusually, no one was near her, it seemed like a personal conversation with herself.
Darius was still in his room, shaking his leg ferociously on the ground. He was waiting for someone to approach, he blinked his eye
To find the balcony door of his room opened and Garridan with his open wings standing right by his drawer.
What do you want? -Garridan
Didn't I tell you that we would work as a team? Didn't I tell you to pause for a moment and think clearly? -Darius
Oh, so you found out? Damn it, I actually thought for a moment that it would work perfectly. -Garridan
Using the clearery method is one of the worst methods, and you should know about that before I can even mention that to you. -Darius
Don't bother, I know that well enough. I'm sure we all know why. -Garridan
It's not the way we want her to gain back what she lost. -Darius
If you know better yourself, why'd you place that dumb book? -Garridan
Because that book is just a single step for her, -Darius
Wrong, it's her only step. Darius, Violet is smart, smarter than me, and more than you. -Garridan
I'd cut my wings if that's true. -Darius
Garridan's eyes slipped onto seeing the pot plant on Darius's desk and ambled towards it.
Still keeping it huh? Pretty shocking that you're taking care of it. -
"Until it wilts us apart" I'm not keeping the promise, I'll keep it here to wilt. -Darius
How come it's still alive though? -Garridan
I-I don't know, Not even sunlight I've given it. -Darius
"That is just one aspect of why" He zones out looking at the plant closely, his face speaks for itself of how many things It's seen. His brain popped up the randomly gotten questions
"What if none of this happened? What if we all remembered everything like bees keep the memory of their hives?" Still, Garridan was in the room, circling it like it had been some type of route. "Why are consistent on war? Why is it your mark" Darius asked calmly as if he was a tiny crowerlek which is a creature closely relative to a mouse. "Never thought you'd make this an interrogation, Darius. Because war solves everything, no matter how much anyone refuses the honest truth by the end of this world, we all know that humans, kahilis, and every living being in this extended universe survived to kill. I woke up to the real answer too late, we both did." He concluded frowning in disbelief at every word said, he turned away and then took off at midnight, with his navy wings matching the dark sky. The twinkling stars were big to see as if they would hit at any point like a meteor. Knock, knock. someone was banging on the door quietly, he quickly closed the balcony's door, before anyone could suspect that someone sneaked in from there "Come in!" It was Leanor, wearing cute pajamas, all ready for sleep, but there was a frightened expression on her cute dolly face "Darius? Can I sleep here tonight?" She said with a hesitant tone, shaking, squeezing a purple teddy bear that was in her hand. Darius approached her, looking down at her "I'm not switching rooms, just- go ask Jessica to prepare the room nearby." She disagreed moving her head
That's not what I mean- I just don't want to sleep in the room alone. -Leanor
Leanor if you aren't going to get any clearer with what you want then I'm not switching rooms. -Darius
B-BECAUSE IM SCARED. -Leanor
And from what? We live in a castle with more than Linsterif-trifinds (One-Hundred) knights guarding every corner and every room. Who knows what could've happened to you if you weren't the only child in the family? -Darius
YOU ARENT GIVING ME THE CHANCE TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING! -Leanor
Fine then, go on, notify me with what "You're afraid of" -Darius
B-but wouldn't that mean I'm not keeping a promise I should? -Leanor
No, It wouldn't, if you look at it from the logical angle which is mine, you would see that a Dereleck -year-old young girl is beneath my eyes. Therefore it's whoever's fault for overwhelming you, now tell me. What's wrong? -Darius
Promise that you won't tell father. -Leanor
I promise I won't tell. -Darius
Fizsy (Six) seconds later, Darius is walking through the hallway by his room pretty much stomping. Looks like his promise didn't age well as desired, Leanor running after him, trying to catch up with little body "DARIUS! YOU SNITCH." She yelled using her childish voice that felt so thin that its layers had been purely driven by the tones that were taken from light.
"I HATE YOU!" She screamed loudly, and a big bang from a door nearby splashed. She jumped in fear and tripped on the hard solid ground. Everything went silent for little Leanor, and everything was dark as if she was floating in space. "L-LEANOR!" Darius screamed flying over from the extended distance he had passed.
"SHUT THE DOOR!" Violet yelled with a shade of softness shaken by a nightmare she envisioned throughout a dream, drenched in sweat that was as if a bucket of water was poured over her in a daze. As she was in bed, slowly breathing the breeze that was scented beautifully like flowers gliding through as well. She paused for a moment, and smiled with the sorrow covering her face, smiling through the pain that was injected into her life, her hair was a tiny bit tangled, but the breeze seemed to do her a favour for that. While her head was put up, the tears focused, falling on the sheets of the bed and right into the palm of her hand. A voice in the back of her head was humming a fantastically relaxing rhythm
"Do not cry, my little child
I can't guarantee you a universal ride
But I need you to be my pride
If not then be my light
And if not then lead me right
Just lead me like the string on a kite"
