Grey felt his body being dragged to the ground. He still felt weak and couldn't move a muscle. He's half-conscious.
"You are so heavy." Someone said while gasping for air. He also heard heavy footsteps of something big.
Then someone touched his face and forced him to open his mouth. He tasted a bitter liquid on his tongue.
He forces himself to open his eyes. He saw a dark entity in front of him. It's a silhouette of a person.
"Rest first." A soft voice of a woman rings his ear.
She touched his cheek with his warm palm and then hum a song. It's like a lullaby. Her voice is very soothing to the ears. It's like the sound of fairies.
Strangely, it calms him. He felt warm and all his worries went away. He falls back to sleep.

Luna falls asleep due to exhaustion. Coco and she dragged 20 bodies out of the dark forest last night. She made antidotes and force-fed them one by one. She also had to clean traces of Coco before she left them. When she woke up it was already the middle of the day and the soldiers have been long gone after they regained consciousness. She quickly prepared with Coco and tracked them.
She was able to catch up to them, after more than an hour. But she was surprised to see the wounded soldiers. Ahead is the black-hair man and his partner fighting the two head serpent monster. It's a high-level monster with thick skin. They were struggling to kill it or at least damage it with their sword.
They both look exhausted but still attack the serpent with force. She prepared her bow and arrow and positioned up in a tree near them.
The ginger-hair man attacked aiming at the neck of one of the heads when suddenly, the head docked and got a surprise attack from the other head. The move was so fast that the black-hair man was not able to anticipate it. Luna had no choice but to shoot her arrow aimed at the eyes of the serpent. The two men were surprised at first and looked in her direction but realized that it was their chance to kill the monster.
When she realized they were safe, she decided to leave. Although she saved them and fancy their beauty, she still doesn't trust them. She jumped from the tree and was about to run when someone stopped her. She wasn't able to leave when she felt someone grip her wrist. The black-hair man caught her. Her instincts kick in and apply self-defense techniques to escape from him. The man was surprised by her moves. He still tried to hold her down but she was fast. When she thought she was able to escape, the man caught her again and pinned her on the ground. He is on top of her and both her hands are above her head pinned by the man.
Luna looked at the man on top of her. She was able to see his face this close and he looked so attractive. Last night she couldn't clearly see his face due to darkness. His eyes looked straight at her, bewildered. She suddenly felt nervous.
"Calm down. I won't hurt you." He said in a manly voice but with a soothing tone.
She's very fascinated that she can't speak. She just stared back at him.
"I promise I won't hurt you so please don't run."
She slowly nodded.
The man smiled.

Grey can't help but stare at the young woman sitting comfortably on the ground in front of the bonfire. She's very quiet and wary. She looked savage. She has brown hair and muddy skin and she has black paint on her face. She wore small fitted clothing made from animal skin. He had to cover her with his cloak as soon as he realized how little she wore when he helped her stand up earlier after he pinned her down. She seems around 17 to 19 years old.
Sebastian brought her grilled meat which she ate hastily.
"Slow down. It's still hot." Sebastian said.
She listened like a child and blew the meat in front of her. She looks adorable.
"What's your name?" I asked.
The woman looked at me with surprise.
"Luna." She answered shortly.
Luna... Georgina has a middle name, Luna. I glanced at Sebastian who also seemed surprised to hear the name of her dead sister.
"My name is Grey Cornelius." I introduced myself.
"Grey." She murmured.
"And I'm Sebastian Randolf." Sebastian introduced himself.
She did seem not familiar with our names. Anybody would be surprised when they hear our names.
Sebastian brought another piece of grilled meat and gave it to Luna.
"Do you like meat?" Sebastian asked fondly when he saw her eating hastily.
"Yes, it's delicious." She answered while chewing the meat.
"Luna," I uttered her name.
She glanced back at me with those bright brown eyes. It looks familiar.
"I'd like to thank you for saving us last night. I know it's you. I smell the herbs in you. The one you put in our mouths." I said.
When we woke up after being poisoned we tasted the bitter taste of the antidote and we were already outside of the dark forest but I couldn't sense her anywhere. I clearly remember her voice. I didn't expect that the person who was tailing them is a young woman. What's interesting about her is she knows how to fight and use weapons. I struggled to keep her from running away earlier and she was also able to shoot exactly into the eyes of the serpents. Fascinating.
"Why did you help us?" I asked.
She paused. She bowed her head like she was embarrassed.
"It's because... you seem nice and I like you."
I was caught off guard by her answer. I'm sure she only means that she likes me for being nice. But, strangely, she saw me that way. When people saw me, they were scared because of my scar and dark eyes.
Sebastian looked at her with a surprised expression then he glanced at me.
"Ahem! You mean you followed us because you like..."
I couldn't even finish the sentence and started to feel embarrassed for even asking.
"Yes. I know this place is dangerous so I followed you... I don't want you to get hurt." She answered.
Sebastian was baffled by the exchange.
"Do you have a crush on the prince?" Sebastian asked.
"Prince?" Luna asked confused.
Luna is a savage woman who might not know about titles. It's a good thing that she doesn't know this thing.
"How old are you?" I asked. I am trying to change the topic.
"I don't know. Maybe 17 or 18." She answered.
She doesn't know her age?
Sebastian and I looked at each other.
"Where do you live? Where are your parents?"
"I live here. I don't have parents."
She's living in this place alone? A young girl? Who would dare to leave her here alone to survive by herself?
"I thought at first no man lived in this forest. It's a very dangerous place, especially for a young woman like you. How long do you live here?" I asked.
Murdoklan is a place that is covered by an invisible barrier. There is only one exit and entry door which is bound by magic. It only opens once every few years. In the history books, Murdoklan was closed for 20 years. But as time goes by, the time becomes less and less. But the gate open period is only ten days before the next full moon. Murdoklan is known as the Corbus. It's a legendary giant monster that wakes up every full moon. The barrier kept them from destroying the world.
"More than 3 years."
"Who left you here?" Sebastian asked. Anger is evident on his face.
"I don't know. I just woke up here and I don't remember anything. You are the first people I saw after many years, I feel so happy. I wanted to follow you."
She doesn't have memories.
"How do you know your name?" I asked.
"I named myself. When I first arrived here I was scared and the only familiar thing to me was the moon. So I named myself after the moon."
"It must be terrifying," Sebastian uttered in a low voice.
If someone intentionally left her here, it's very cruel. How was she able to survive?
"How did you survive here?" I asked.
"I'm lucky I guess."
Luck? But she clearly is very skilled. Did she learn it all by herself or did someone teach her? She even knows how to make antidotes. This woman is a mystery. She's keeping something from us but I don't know what it is. I have to observe her if she's a spy or if someone sent her to us.
