YOU ARE A DISAPPOINTMENT!" said Phantom banging her head with his. Fedyenka got pushed and fell on the ground.
"And what?" said Fedyenka calmly. Her head was bleeding yet she kept herself calm.
"Can't you feel anything?"
"I can but I have been hurt so many times since the time I woke up, pain isn't much of a thing to me now."
"HA HA HA! Alright then. Prepare for something more painful now. No one cares about you here."
"Except Yuri."
"Yes. Oh and another thing, this organization-" Phantom didn't say another word. He held Fedyenka's hand and started running. Phantom took the form of a giant bat and held Fedyenka's leg with his legs. Fedyenka closed her eyes out of fear of height. She opened it and found herself flying. The clouds were beneath her. She kept going as clouds touched her gently. She screamed out of joy.
In a short while, they reached the other side of the coast. Phantom left Fedyenka from his hands. Fedyenka screamed out, "OH MY GOOOOOD!"
She kept falling. She remembered, Bea flies by getting the air in the environment inside of her and releasing them all from one place. She flowed her energy through her pocket knife. She tried controlling it and tried sucking the air in it. For her lack of experience when it comes to energy flowing, the knife blasted which threw her up. Even though, it saved her from the fall, her legs got wounded.
"Ouch! Damn it. Phantom what in the bloody hell. You fricking liar!" said Fedyenka while slowly getting up from the ground.
Phantom clapped his hands and said, "Well done. I never thought you could do it."
"Well done my ass. Why did you bring me here in the first place?" said Fedyenka.
Phantom was going to slap her but she backed away using her energy. Because of her immature energy flow, she got backed away a bit too much.
"I brought you here to introduce you to someone and to tell you some truths." said Phantom.
"Yes keep telling me the truths. The day ain't far when I leave you to rot." said Fedyenka while giving him a death stare,
"I know. This is why I hate you."
"You made me like this towards you. I mean who am I even stating these facts to, someone who is the sage with the least good rank."
"You little brat. *sigh* Anyway, I'll let you go this time. Now come with me. Be on your guards though."
Fedyenka silently followed him. She got no other clue to find the meaning of the message so she thought maybe Phantom can show her a away. After some time, Fedyenka noticed someone who was wearing a navy blue jacket. The person was roasting some marshmallows.
"Ayo Qiang. What's up?" said Phantom.
"What's up? Done with the works? Oh and you have brought a special guest I see." said the person.
"Ah yes. Meet Fedyenka, the eyesore of my life."
"You are too old to say such thing." said Fedyenka.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!" said Phantom facing Fedyenka.
Fedyenka calmly replied, "You are too old not to have couple of eyesores. It is almost time to go."
"Shut up or else I'll make you go before me."
"Do it."
Qiang Li laughed seeing their behavior towards each other. Then he left the marshmallows on a plate on the ground, walked to Fedyenka and reached his hands out.
"It's a pleasure to meet you in person Fedyenka." said Qiang Li.
Fedyenka hesitated to reach out her hands as well. After all the things she has been through and been going through, gave her trust issues. Seeing her hesitation, Qiang Li laughed lightly and said,
"You have got trust issues? Man, Phantom, how do you guys treat her? A red dahlia like her deserves better."
Fedyenka stared at him with a confused face and then suddenly said,
"That was a mock in disguise."
"Oh I wasn't mocking you. Wait, you know what red dahlia means?"
"I do. It represents betrayal and dishonesty in many cases. But it also symbolizes the power to overcome any dark time."
"Hm...since you have realized that much, why call it a mock in disguise? Trust issues?"
"Um...yes." said Fedyenka with her usual stern face.
"HA HA HA. You are funny."
"Can you two shut up now?" said Phantom being annoyed by their 'pointless' conversation in Phantom's opinion.
"Okay so, what is the point of bringing me here?" said Fedyenka.
"To tell you some important things of course. Now you two listen closely. I won't be here for two days. In this time, Qi Liang will get you out."
"WHAT? Why?!?"
"Phantom, will you please explain her things a bit clearly? I doubt if you have told her a thing." said Qiang Li.
"Yeah you are right. I have to explain. This useless thing doesn't know how to guess a thing." said Phantom mocking Fedyenka.
"Okay now, the plane is going 200 meter per second now guess the pilot's age." said Fedyenka.
"Shut up."
"You only know to say that."
Qiang Li laughed again.
"Okay so here is the thing, OUTE is using you as a tool are you aware of this?" said Phantom.
"Yes." said Fedyenka.
"Yuri is trying to let you out of this and put an end to the things they are doing. I still don't know how much of a trustworthy person you are so I won't tell you about too many stuffs right now. OUTE was an organization created by humans. Humans are destructive creatures. They slowly took over the whole world and slaughtered many races. Your race was one of them. Even Yuri is one of the people who has done many dirty works. I was one of the people who formed OUTE. Yet look at me, I am now the lowest raked sage."
"I don't care what Yuri did. Get to the main point."
"Have some patience will you? The organization found an old relic. The relic could only be opened by vampires with golden blood."
"How does it work? I mean what does blood has to do with the relic."
"No one knows. I only saw the relic while stealing it. It is still with me."
"Why did you steal it?"
"You don't need to know so many things right now. You will get confused. You seem to get along with Qiang Li pretty well. Ask him when you can."
"Don't dump your works on me." said Qiang Li.
"Okay okay so, here is how it went like...You stole the relic from them because they betrayed you. Now you have the relic with you. I mean did you disguise them with a fake key to the relic or something? Why are they trying to throw you away now?" said Fedyenka.
"They still aren't trying to throw me away. They are looking for the way to the key of the relic. They used you for it. I don't know how but they somehow managed to send you back then. You re-incarnated as Princess Fedyenka who was just a tantrum throwing Princess with golden blood."
"Is re-incarnation really possible?"
"I don't know. But they somehow did it."
"What if it is something else..." said Fedyenka in her mind.
"Hey Phantom. What is the guarantee that they are not spying on us right now?"
"The guarantee is my watch. I sensed someone coming over to us that is why I moved you here."
"That sounds cool. Why did they make me time travel again?"
"Because the past is the seed of everything. If you know the past and the present well, future in yours and god's hands only." said Qiang Li.
"Okay..." said Fedyenka. Fedyenka didn't say another word due to her lack of experience.
"Let's go back now. Well we need an excuse now. Let's go to the field and fight." said Phantom.
"AGAIN?!?" said Fedyenka.
"Don't get worried, I won't hurt you."
"You will hurt me and I know that."
"Bruh..."
The headed outside the woods to go to the coast. Before leaving the place, Fedyenka waved at Qiang Li.
"Okay before we go, I will teach you flying." said Phantom.
"Um...I can't even get my flow right."
"Just try it you damn brat!"
"Okay..."
"Now listen, flow your energy into your ribs slowly. Then move it to your back. Don't get startled when it burns your dress. Now think of a wing and flow your energy through it."
Fedyenka did exactly what Phantom said. She emerged a pair of silver-white wings from her back. The wing itself was glowing. A small part of her dress got burnt.
"Aight your wings glow too much. Now don't flap it and fly. I'll take you to the training ground in the hibernation wing. They will definitely search the place after they are done with every other place." said Phantom. Qiang Li was seeing the sight from very far away. He was amazed.
"Can you undo it?" said Phantom.
"No..." said Fedyenka.
"Ughh... Alright we are going back to Qiang Li."
"Why?"
"Because he has the map of the underground."
"Underground?"
"Yes. Like the Hall of Giants you read in one of the story books in your room."
"How did you know that I read it?"
"You left a leaf as a bookmark. I often visit you when you are asleep."
"Wow so caring." said Fedyenka with a sarcastic tone of voice.
After a short walk, they reached a hut in the middle of the woods. The hut was filled with insects. They went inside the hut. Phantom opened a stairway and called Fedyenka.
"Follow me." said Phantom.
"Uh...what a surprise. You guys are back again." said Qiang.
"Stop fooling. You followed us and saw how she got her wings." said Phantom.
"Ha ha ha, yes. You guys want a cup of tea?"
"No thanks. Give us the map of the underground. We gotta move now."
"What a shame. Okay just a moment."
Phantom waited for the map patiently. Suddenly, Qiang pointed a gun towards Fedyenka and said, "Game over."
