Draven grew even more ferocious, his rage fueling his power. Using the magic rings on his fingers, he strengthened his creatures. Each one became larger and more fearsome, crushing Adela's zombies underfoot.
Adela's dragon let out a mighty roar, spewing flames onto the battlefield, incinerating waves of Draven's monsters.
"Red Magic: Koth of the Hammer," Adela murmured. "I summon you—show your wrath."
The ground split open as new, monstrous creatures emerged, their arrival leaving the battlefield in ruins. From atop her dragon, Adela watched the chaos unfold below. Draven's rings glowed again, summoning flying creatures that began attacking her dragon midair.
Amid the pandemonium, Adela noticed someone running through the chaos. A man carrying a girl on his shoulder. Narrowing her eyes, she focused on the figure. Her heart skipped a beat when she recognized them.
"Richard!" she gasped. And the girl… it was Camilla.
