Alfred sighed and answered calmly, "We will know if we do the ritual with her. If she broke the rules, it would be clear why she acted in that way. Otherwise, it would not. However, Francis, I don't think she breaks any laws."
Francis narrowed his eyes and folded both of his hands. He leaned against the wall and questioned Alfred in a curious tone.
"Why?"
"I noticed she had been acting oddly about Adela over the last few days. Even if we say something for her good, she reacts to it in a bad way as well."
Francis said something that made Alfred quietly disagree and say, "It is only my opinion that she wasn't in violation of any regulations. It's simply something."
Alfred inhaled deeply, stopped in the middle of his sentence, and pressed his thumb and index finger over his eyes. He seemed a bit exasperated.
"It's just something I can't tell you right now."
