Chapter 5 - Chapter 5 : Bandite

Lucia turns into an azure blue dragon with more perfect scales. Different from the previous appearance, more pale seems brittle with a single push.

"Boss… boss… Looks like she's from the dragon race. We can't possibly fight it!" Kishma said.

The three crooked looked at Lucia in her hideous, majestic, yet majestic form. It's as if these dragon creatures can only be found once in 100 years.

"Coward! Why would there be a dragon race in these lands? If he sets foot in here, I'm sure he's on the run or lost. We must use this against her!" The bald - headed man pointed his sword at Lucia.

Lucia breathed right out of her mouth. A strong wind pushed the three men almost to the ground and was also helped by driving their weapons to the ground to prevent them from falling.

"Stand still, all of you! I'm sure she can't sustain her dragon form for too long!"

Kishma runs, circling around and trying to avoid the breaths of Lucia. He picked up a rope, swung it for a few seconds to throw it immediately at the dragon.

"Are you stupid! With her breath like that, you'll never be able to tie a rope to her neck!" Bagul thought that he had figured out what Kishma was up to.

Cory's just sitting there, still feeling the pain of the previous attack. He's still denying that everything that's happened here in here was real life.

I'm not much of a fighter. But why do I get the feeling we're gonna die soon enough ?

"Master! Stay away!" Lucia shouted with her dragon voice.

"Hahaha! You guys are really smart! I never regret my choice to hire you all! I've got it now, let's do it!" Said the bandit bosses now.

The three of them split, each circling around the dragon's body, making it difficult for Lucia to attack the three of them at the same time. And all of them, carrying a rope in their hands.

"Your strategy is just a narrow one. Take that!" Lucia attacked one of the bandits with her dragon claws. He felt that the bald bandit boss was a real threat to being kept alive.

Lucia's dragon compared to that bandit boss is huge. It's almost impossible for Lucia to miss her attack. But somehow, without fear, the bandit boss didn't even flinch at the menace of Lucia. He's still holding his sword tight.

The strike was made, the dragon's claw was stopped using only the cheap sword of the bandit boss. Makes both Lucia and Cory wonder how something like that could be happening right now.

Lucia simply walked away, feeling there was something strange as well as perhaps the bandit boss will retaliate with a dangerous attack.

"Hahahaha! You think you're going to win so easily! Don't expect that to happen!"

Kishma and Bagul just threw the rope at Lucia. Hit the dragon's legs at the same time. They somehow gained stamina or strength, but the pull of the rope put Lucia off balance.

"Lucia!!" Cried Cory frantically as he ran into the dragon.

"Boss… Boss… = Do you see a jewel in the middle of her body? I'm sure that's her weak spot. Hurry up and attack it!" Kishma shouted to his boss.

The bald head man is the only one who does not restrain the dragon's foot, so he must also assault Lucia. Smirking horribly, the bandit boss drew his sword to get ready to stab Lucia.

"Hahahaha! I never thought beating the dragon race would end up this easy. Take that!"

Clang!

The bandit boss's attempt bumped when he realized something was holding his sword against the crystal.

And surprisingly, the guy that's holding him down is Cory. Ruthless as well as cruel, carrying a sword in his right hand, though the sword itself quivered.

"I won't let you kill a girl like her!"

"Master… "Lucia whispered in a voice that was so weak.

"Why are you still here? I thought you're gonna cry and shit on your own pants. You had an easy option, but you chose a hard way. Then, I will grant your wishes..."

The two men clash their swords. No, it was more like Cory retorted and parrying every attack the bandit boss had on him.

Cory's never been in a fight his whole life, holding a sword so heavy like that was the first time. He had no chance at all to kill his enemy with such meager skills now.

"How long do you intend to fend off my attacks? Do I give you the chance to kill me, huh?"

Cory's stamina has become depleted, and he's only survived to this point probably because his luck factor was so high with the ole. And as such, Cory has to find another way to survive this.

"Master!" Lucia went on a rampage, as it turned out that the ropes binding the dragon's feet were not strong enough to keep her attached. Lucia may soon be free of her shackles.

"All right then. Take that!"

An attack so quickly launched by the bandit boss. In fact, a cross scar is really felt by cory today. The sword that Cory's holding fell, his consciousness slowly began to fade.

"Masterrr!"

A single flame flew in a large direction toward the top. The fire evidently consumed everything around her, including the ropes that the bandits held.

"Boss! The tether has come loose! What should we do!"

"Don't worry, I'll beat him myself, maggot."

Lucia's giant body glooms brighter than the sun behind it. However, the bandit boss still felt confident that he could defeat this giant creature on his own.

"Take that!!"

Still running with his sword. The bald bandit's body was torn apart during Lucia's one attack. The blood on his body spread as well.

Boss boss No way!!"

Lucia had an aura of fire. Suddenly it grew, and it just targeted the bandits. Turning over without leaving Cory in front of him as a target.

The three bandits died, with the great power Lucia had in the shape of her dragon.

Lucia returned to her human form, embracing Cory as the unconscious and severely wounded.

"Master, forgive me. I'm too weak for not being able to protect you."

Lucia wept over her master. His breath was still there, but it might not be long now.

The sun is so warm it covers them both in tears and fragrance. Only fate could possibly save them both.
