Dolorblindness- It refers to the frustration that you'll never be able to understand another person's pain. Only, ever searching their face for some faint evocation of it, then rifling through your own experiences for some slapdash comparison wishing you could tell her truthfully "I know exactly actually how you feel".

It hasn't been half a day since Yuyan really decided to ruin it with her news. I called her again but her phone is turned off right after she cut the line.
"Yanni, It's okay. Take things easy" Xinran said while doing their shop's accounting, she is rather calmer than I am "But what she did is awful" I reasoned out but she rebated me with her "But it's reasonable. Look Yanni it's okay we can think of a solution soon" She smiles at me but her eyes tell me otherwise, I sigh and nod at her. I can't let her suffer because I dragged her into this mess first. I got up and gather my things.
