"There ain't nothing more rewarding than having a tall glass of beer after dealing with three screaming babies," Delilah happily grinned as she came to stand next to me whilst I looked out to the stairs from the porch of Rob's house.
We had just finished dinner with everyone, Bobby's parents, JD, Delilah, Abigail, Evelyn; who for once seemed happy to see me, Rob, Cody, Willie and Ben. We had decided to sleep over at Robs in Bobby's room and it was an experience to fit in a portable crib in a room that was already the size of a shoe box.
Rob was helping Bobby give Danilo a bath and by the loud happy screams coming from upstairs I took the opportunity to get some air outside. The stars were absolutely beautiful tonight and after such a good day I just had to thank them for giving me some luck.
"It's a good day to have a beer," Delilah stepped out holding a bottle of beer and a happy grin.
