Billie Bob Taylor
"I'll be fine Fofo," I pressed a kiss over his scruffy cheek. "Sometimes kissing you is equivalent to kissing a cactus."
I felt him deflate against me and I let out a loud laugh as he gave me an unimpressed glare. "You said you love it this way."
"I do," I beamed and gave him another kiss. We almost got caught up in our little bubble until Danilo let out a little whimper. We both looked down to him and a little snot bubble formed in his right nostril.
Benedito pulled out his handkerchief and wiped his little nose which made our baby giggle cutely before he smacked his lips together then closed his eyes, probably ready for another nap.
I had not spent more than an hour away from him since he had been born and even though I knew I wanted to accomplish something by leaving, I started to have doubts as I stared at him. Maybe I was rushing because I had something to prove to my family tomorrow.
