"Your ring is beautiful Benedito," Ma marvelled as she looked at the ring I had gotten Benedito for our engagement once again.
"There was not a doubt in my mind that you two would not get married," Clyde smiled as they both gave Benedito a hug.
I could tell Benedito wanted to stay but there was not a minute that passed without his phone ringing. He really felt bad for not making time for family the first day of me being back in the house but I knew I had taken up way too much of his time already.
"Maybe once I've overcome the large amount of work we can have a celebration dinner," he smiled as he wrapped his arm around my waist.
"That will be lovely," Ma beamed, "And Clyde's two daughters will be flying down in a week or two so it will be the perfect opportunity for you to meet them."
