"You know you could have just waited for me to pass out before giving me more medication," Benedito shook his head as he stuffed a blueberry pancake into his mouth. The man was starving and went through his breakfast faster than a fox in a chicken coup.
I had to give him my breakfast as well because his hunger was my fault after all. He had been asleep for almost two days and his dehydration was out of this world.
"Time was of the essence Dito," I winked before I gave him a fruit bowl.
He devoured that as well and by the time he was done eating his stomach was almost as round as mine. "What if you killed me?" he hiccupped then smiled, "didn't you think about that?"
"Of course I thought about that," I grinned, "but I wanted to pull a Benedito on you."
"And what is a Benedito?" he laughed.
