"Are you ready for a romantic weekend away at the ranch?" I cheered as I looked at Benedito then the two Yorkies who sat on his lap as they let their tongues loll out in excitement.
"Yes," Benedito answered with just as much enthusiasm as he held Bugatti's front legs up as if he was cheering which made me laugh.
"We didn't forget anything did we?" I looked to the back to make sure both our travelling duffel bags were still there.
"I don't think so," he shrugged, "either way we'll come back to get it if we did."
I nodded as I pushed the key into the ignition then turned it. The car let out a shrieking sound which made the dogs whimper whilst Benedito and I covered our ears. I let out a nervous chuckle once it stopped, "it does that sometime."
