Billie Bob Taylor
It felt like I was seeing Benedito for the first time all over again as we stared into each other's eyes. His long thick eyelashes contrasted his hazel with the tiniest specs of green and light brown. I ran the pad of my thumb against his right scarred eyebrow as delicately as I could as he wrapped his arm around my waist to bring me flush against his chest.
He playfully planted a kiss on the tip of my nose which made me chuckle. He cast me a smile with his perfectly white teeth which made my face flush. "My beautiful husband," his deep voice rasped out.
"Benedito," I laughed as I held the side of his face. Whenever he said it, it only felt more and more like a dream.
"What? It's true isn't it," he took my left hand in his and kissed over the ring that now represented our engagement. "I think you should become left handed now."
"It only feels fitting," I beamed.
