We had just come back from Bologna, Italy and Molsheim, France. Both the meetings with Bugatti and Lamborghini were very exciting for Benedito and his team. Both companies and owners knew Dito extremely well because he was their number one customer after all.
He had not only introduced me as his business partner but boyfriend as well, which truly stroked my ego because he was not scared at all to tell his business partners about our relationship. Plus I had a feeling they were more scared of him than anyone else. They were kissing his ass throughout both meetings.
It was the first time I saw him that happy during meetings as both companies explained their separate visions for what Benedito was to design. He was hanging off their every word and I could practically see the sparks in his mind as he looked at different sketches.
