"When will the samples be arriving for me to look at?" I asked one of my managers, Fred, through the conference call as I wrote things down in my journal.
"I checked them just a few minutes ago and they'll be there in two days. It's a large sample box therefore they often take a lot of time," he explained.
"Excellent," I nodded, "I approved some of the designs for the winter collection and emailed them to you so make sure it gets to them as well."
"Yes Mister Taylor," he smiled.
"Thank you for the hard work," I smiled. We said our goodbyes and I leaned back in my office chair with a groan.
Running a company from the other side of the world was a lot harder than what I thought it would be. The time zones were an ass and because of that I often had to schedule meetings on my side at the afternoon and at night.
