Raven lay on his bed as he stared at the holographic screen in front of him. He only had one thought and that is, is the system trying to kill him?

"I didn't want this, you can't just come and dump some task on me, this is so wrong, you can't do this, you really can't do this!!!" Raven screamed as he grabbed his head, he would have accepted the quest if the pernalty was not death.
Elizabeth who just walked into the room, heard the last words of Raven's last scream and she frowned, she shrugged it off as she walked towards her own room, but her curiousity took a better part of her, she turned around and walked towards Raven's room.
She paused at his door, "I'm just checking for any irregularities"
As she was about to knock, the door swung open as Raven who was rushing out, bumped into her and they both fell to the ground.
Raven closed his eyes in grimace before he felt that his face was on something soft, "what is this soft thing?"
He opened his eyes, and saw buttons, which seem to have been forced to be buttoned together, he rose an eyebrow, until he saw white skin within.
"Eeh!!"
Raven looked up and immediately saw Elizabeth's blushing face, he gulped a mouthful of saliva and groaned inwardly, 'I guess I'm dead!'
"Can...you get...off me already?" Elizabeth managed to say as her face got more red.
"Uh...sure"
Raven got up from Elizabeth who immediately stood up though her face was still red, he stared blankly at her. Suddenly, Elizabeth's facial expression became serious as she stared at Raven who froze.
"Do not let what happened here, leave the confines of this room!"
Raven nodded furiously causijg Elizabeth to nod her head in agreement as she turned around and walked towards her room. Raven waited until she had entered her room before he release his bated breath, then he frowned.
"That was unusual" he muttered before shrugging and walking out of the room.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth stood at her door as she held her hand together around her chest level, her face was still bright red, she breathed out some air.
"Nemesis", She calmed her beating heart and walked towards her closet, just after hearing Raven leave the main room.

RRRRRIIIIIINNNNNGGGGGG!!!!
Raven jumped out of his bed and took a fighting pose, but when he found out it was the wake-up alarm, he sighed as he exited battle mode, "I need to get used to this"
He walked groggily towards the bathroom, as soon as he entered the bathroom, he looked at himself in the mirror, his hair was a mess, seeing himself, he smirked as he flexed his muscles. After admiring himself for some minutes he began to freshen up.
First Year, Class S
The class looked like the smaller version of an amphitheater, the seats were around the teaching stand, which looked like a duelling ring. There were already some students sitting around already, some in pairs and groups while others sat alone as they either watched the other students with interest or they just looked with disdain.
Zhang Que sat somewhere conspicuous as he held his chin in his left hand and looked at the door, some girls who were standing around that thought he was staring at them, they frowned in displeasure but Zhang Que didn't notice.
He had checked for his class this morning, conveniently the school had also provided the names of other students who were admitted to Class S, he had checked for Raven's name and he saw it was just below his and not too surprising, the first ranker was also just after Raven.
"Zhang Que?"
Zhang Que was pulled out from his thoughts as he looked at who had called him, standing in front of him, was an arrogant purple haired dude, who he almost mistook for a girl if not he heard his voice.
"Who are you?"
The purple haired guy flicked his head and struck a cool pose, as he looked condescendingly at Zhang Que. "I'm surprised you don't know this beautiful prince... I'm Antonio Lopez, the first ranker"
When the surrounding students heard him, they started to gossip amongst themselves, which caused Antonio to smile making look charming.
Zhang Que cringed but still replied, "Okay, what do you want?"
Antonio almost fell when he heard Zhang Que's bland reply, 'this isn't how the plot should go right... You're meant to at least have stars in your eyes'
He was about to reply, when he noticed that Zhang Que was no longer in his seat, he blinked then he heard his excited voice at the door, turning to look, he saw how Zhang Que was fawning over a ash haired guy who seemed quite ordinary. "Raven, hmm?"
Meanwhile, Raven who had left the residential area about 3 hours ago, but he forgot that they had sent the assigned classes to their band, he wandered around in search for his class until he remembered. So as he stood with Zhang Que, he was tired and just wanted to find a place to sit.
Raven just sat somewhere randomly and Zhang Que immediately sat beside him, which made Raven raise an eyebrow.
Zhang Que smiled, "I'm your follower from now on, I'm sure you'll be awesome later on, so I want my name to go down in history as the first follower of the great Raven Regina!!"
Hearing him say out his thoughts loud, and with the other students looking in their direction, gave Raven goosebumps as he covered his face with his right hand. He suddenly perceived the smell of blood, causing him to remove his hand from his face, as he stared at the purple haired girl in male wears walking towards him with a condescending grin. It looked creepy.
"That's the firat ranker, Antonio Lopez, and he is a boy" Zhang Que muttered which made Raven to turn towards him with an incredulous look on his face and Zhang Que nodded.
Raven looked towards Antonio who was already standing before him, the smell of blood was thicker. 'this guy isn't simple '
The surrounding students watched with interest, the uncommon showdown between the top 3 rankers of the first years.
"But Antonio is at a disadvantage, Raven and that guy, Zhang something, are together" someone said.
"What do numbers mean, do you think the person who could rank 1st would be scared because they teamed up" someone retorted.
"Raven, right.... I am..."
"Antonio Lopez, the guy who was 1st amongst us first years, what do you need with I who is ranked number 3?" Raven didn't allow finish, he just wanted the guy to say whatever he wanted and leave, the smell of blood was making him sick.
Antonio frowned in anger, but it immediately disappeared as he smiled and walked closer to Raven and bent over, making his face as close as possible, he saw how Raven wasn't even flustered by this, and his smile deepened as his purple pupils became dimmer.
"I was just curious about what the guy who came third was like, and I've gotten what I want, I did like to fight you soon, Raven Regina!" Antonio stood upright and walked past Raven and sat just opposite Raven.
"Is this the possible challenge of love??" A girl said as she squealed in excitement.
"Did you see... Antonio seem to have kissed Raven" another girl said as she stared with dreamy eyes.
"Who kissed Raven?!!" A girl screamed as she stood at the doorway, a dark aura was already emanating from her, the students standing around moved back in fear. She looked towards the girl who had spoken, and walked towards her.
She forced a sweet smile and asked, "who did you say kissed Raven?"
"It...it...was...the...fir..first..." The girl was petrified as she stammered, no one tried to say anything as they seem to fear the other girl, who seem to be at her brink.
"No one kissed anyone, Preeya, leave the lass alone, you are being too intimidating" Raven said as he sighed.
Hearing his voice, Preeya's aura changed as she smiled genuinely at the frightened girl and patted her hair, before she skipped towards Raven. Getting there she saw that the place besides Raven was occupied since, he sat at the seat close to the walk. She glared at Zhang Que who grinaced but had no choice but to move towards the seat close to his, creating a space between him and Raven.
"Yippee... How thoughtful of you Zhang Qui" Preeya smiled and was about to go seat there, but Raven just moved and sat there.
Seeing this, Preeya grumbled but still sat down at where Raven was sitting, meanwhile Zhang Que smiled.
Antonio who watched all this, smirked as he stared at Preeya, "things just got a bit interesting"
