I basked in the sun's warmth under the tree's leaves as they swayed from the wind that blew through them. The birds that had flown away came back flying around the trees and perched themselves on the tree's branches. I could hear the fish in the lake shyly touching the surface and quickly darting back down.
I rested my head in Alastair's lap with my hat over my face to block the sun. I could fall asleep however the questions I've had lingered in my mind and sleep was long gone.
Before I could ask any questions, Alastair asked, "Do you believe we have free will?"
