You know when things start to get heavy, when you start to hate the things you once liked, or when someone or yourself do things that you absolutely hate. When you want to refrain from something, want everything to just disappear or so and so forth.
When things get harsh write it on a piece of paper, examine it, and look it through. Write as much as you want, when you get tired of looking at it, simply burn it, and admire it as it disappears, invest in the page as it is your thoughts and emotions. Make a promise to yourself, and so on and so forth.
