Thinking about things can be though as u can't control it but when u can master it, you have unlocked the book to ur self.
It's not easy being stuck in your head at moments in the end u blame ur own self or thing of the what if's that never will happen
And slowly you start to be little your self cuz u should have thought of these things then why now? Are u dumb? People feed them selves these words and become sensitively numb to actions.I hate my self, I wish I was better, why did I have to be like this, what even am I, why can't I stop hurting people, even tho the reason they are hurt is because they can't see the beauty in you, or they find your boundaries hard to climb over to use you, or they can't accept the fact you are more unique than them or so and so forth
Obviously it's like that unless the person is actually toxic, but what will u do after thinking all this through and feeling it and feeding yourself sharp words?
Learn to sympathize? Feel, understand people? Or just forget everything in the end and move on.
It's your choice if u wanna take that over thinking, anxiety, panic, and put it as a lesson or a past book in a shelf that u will never touch ever again.
