"Magic Theories are just one aspect of it and even if I agree that it is one of the most important things for anyone to learn, it is not always enough for them to grow. Tell them tips and tricks that they should know, and make them fight with each other using what they have learned. The thought that only nerds study Magic Theory is fucking stupid, Magic Theory is the pioneer of the world, the pillar, and it can be used in many other things. That is what I want you to make them learn, make them know that Magic Theories isn't just something like understanding Magic Circles like that, but it is something more, and you know that yourself." Yuki said with an indifferent look on her face as she looked over at everyone.
"Yeah… I guess I have completely forgotten about that, please forgive me, Master. I have no excuses for forgetting such an important aspect. But please enlighten me again as I have forgotten it…" Mio said with an embarrassed look on her face while she looked at her Master almost pleadingly.
"You…. What the hell have you been doing? If I recall correctly, you were just slacking off and not doing anything, so how could you even forget it?" Yuki said as she hit Mio's head with a stick she made using her Ice Magic making Mio flinch, but there was no real force in it. It was more like she was just scolding her for forgetting such an important aspect.
"Magic Theory isn't something like just a General Education, because as we all know it is the foundation of everything. Because someone is proficient in Magic Theories, their battle proficiency will soar high, now it may seem confusing at first. But it is actually not because once you are proficient enough… there's no longer a need to chant your attacks which is probably one of the most basic things you can do, and there is almost no counter against it. But there are still more tiers above that." Yuki said as she then asked all of them to cast a magic spell of some sort without telling her what it was.
No one knew why she was asking such a thing, but all of them did just as Yuki tasked them to do and cast a magic spell for each, but as they were casting their spells... She had already spoken and her words made all of them shocked, because she named all of their spell as if she already knew what was going to come out.
"See? This is probably one of the best things that you can learn in Magic Theory, or more specifically saying it's a Skill that you will naturally unlock once you are proficient enough. Its name is All-Seeing-Eye, and you cannot get this Skill anywhere apart from training it. Just as the name suggests, it can see anything, from the flow of Mana to the tiniest detail like what Spell you are going to use and how powerful and fast it would be." Yuki explained to all of them.
But before anyone could say anything, all of them saw that she was already trying to set up something to go to the next part of the lesson. Mio couldn't even speak up, not because she was scared to do so, but because she was so mesmerized by everything that she was seeing up close. Because in reality, she didn't forget but just lied about it.
Though she already knew that her Master knew that she let it slide because nothing simply escaped her eyes, she was just being nice to her, and she didn't tell her to lie to everyone, and she even decided to play along with it. But now she was even more glad that she lied because this was actually her first time hearing such a thing, but now that there was actually more to that, it was simply perfect for her.
"Actually… Before I go on to the next one… You guys know that you can use Magic Circle to enhance your attack mid-air, right?" Yuki asked all of them just to be sure and even though it was basic knowledge, the principle of doing such a thing is entirely different when enhancing a weapon or an object.
"I think… I'm the only one who actually knows that. No offense to Mio, but I haven't seen her do it even a single once. I actually just learned it, but I'm still trying to get the hang of it because I found that it is a lot harder than normal." Yang said as she looked at everyone and saw everyone confused, she just let Yuki do the explaining since it was still hard for her to do.
"That's good enough, just like what she said. She's probably the only one because I actually didn't see any of you try it. But it simply goes something like this, someone fires a small attack at this, and I mean it, the smaller and weaker it is, the better." Yuki asked any of them to launch an attack through the Magic Circle that she created that was aimed towards a random moon that she had found.
When Mio launched a small lighting bold that was the size of a small wire toward the Magic Circle, it went from being small and weak to becoming a hundred-meter-long dragon that launched toward the Moon, completely obliterating it to pieces.
"What the… that lightning bold has only about 1 mana which is like 10 volts or something… But it suddenly turned into that kind of thing. Master… what exactly did you do, because the Magic Circle is different from what I usually make…" Mio asked with a shaky voice because she completely didn't expect to see something like that.
"It's only natural that this is going to be different because this is something that is related to Pure Mana, so the Principles or rather the entire drawing of the Magic Circle is entirely different. That is actually the reason that you are failing I'm assuming, instead of your attack getting stronger, sometimes it's getting weaker, right? That is because you are using the same concept as the other one when you shouldn't." Yuki explained lightly as she gave them a piece of paper with the same Magic Circle that she had drawn onto the paper.
"Take this, it's not going to be my problem anymore if you don't learn it, it only means that you are not ready just yet because maintaining and controlling this Magic Circle is a ton harder. Just drawing it alone is at least 10 times harder than a normal one." Yuki added to her explanation.
