"We're done with Amplifiers. Next, we'll teach you about Nullifiers. Like Amplifiers, there are also two basic categories of Nullifiers. The first category are generally referred to as Neutralizers. The second category on the other hand are generally referred to as Suppressors" Aileen I said.
"Neutralizers and Suppressors?" I thought deeply about the concept.
"When Neutralizers are applied to an element, the element's effects are totally cancelled out and the element's current form usually disappears. This can be achieved via Polarity or Synchronization" Face explained.
"On the other hand, when Suppressors are applied to an element, the element instead of being completely cancelled out still remains though its effects may be nullified. You can think of Suppressors as Seals or Sheaths as in the Sheath of a Blade that prevents the Blade from cutting or causing injury" Aileen I explained.
"When applying Neutralizers via Synchronization, all you need to do is match the Wavelength and Magnitude of the element you wish to nullify via a replica of the same element. The principle behind that is a principle of Adaptability that states that if one is able to alter one's body temperature to match the temperature of a flame, one wouldn't feel the heat of the flame. We feel heat when the surrounding temperature is higher than our body temperature. We feel cold when the surrounding temperature is lower than our body temperature. The implication of this fact is that if our body temperature were to match the surrounding temperature exactly, we would feel neither heat nor cold" Face explained.
"These are some examples of Neutralizers. Water quenches Fire. A direct application of Earth to Lightning nullifies Lightning via Insulation. Fire melts Earth and a very wide variety of its forms such as Metal. It can also burn Wood and melt Rubber which are variations of Earth. In the case of Fire and Metal, there is simultaneous deterioration and refinement. Light dispels Darkness via Luminescence or Luminosity. Fire can also nullify Darkness via the same principles. These are examples of Neutralizers" Aileen I explained.
"With regards to Suppressors, here are a few examples as well. When a Conductor such as Metal is sheathed with an Insulator such as Wood or Rubber, both Heat or Electricity can be suppressed and their effects can be contained within the Insulating Sheath, preventing harm by preventing direct contact with the conducting material. Water can deteriorate Earth via Erosion. It doesn't completely cancel out Earth but can deteriorate its form. It can also deteriorate Metal via Rusting. The Metal is not completely destroyed but rather degraded. Wind can also deteriorate Metal via Rusting. When Earth is refined into forms such as glass, it can completely seal Air or Wind. When the Wind is lighter than the Earth, amplification occurs and Flotation is achieved. On the other hand, when the Earth is heavier than the Wind, the Wind is sealed and becomes stale. It is not completely erased but gradually diminishes in quality. These are examples of Suppressors" Face explained.
