We decided to take a bit of a break while monitoring our people's food supply. By that time some serious renovation was occurring in them prison cells to make them cells more uh-um-how-to-put-it…homey. The cells were pretty much a palace now and the situation had reversed. Our people were gradually becoming lords of the fortress while the Weaver Of Calamity's Army was becoming more and more allergic to their own fortress.
"So it's true after all. Our army is indeed at the mercy of felines and birds of prey and our brother was killed by his own fangs. Fangs held by the Dreamweaver!" the Basilisks began to panic.
"Why are you panicking? This isn't even the best part. The real clincher is what happens over the next four days" I said with a smirk.
"I have just witnessed an unspeakable brutality" Ciella commented.
"Congratulations on successfully recapturing enemy territory. Finally, it's time to fish! All fishermen are by default Weavers since they weave nets. However, they also utilize boats, hooks, lines and baits! You get what I mean. You've already guessed what the final skill is. It's Pisces! The Symbol for Antithesis, Synthesis and Immortality! It's finally time to put everything you've learnt to use via…Integrated Signs! The season of Pisces is the only season where the year makes a time leap!" my Dad's voice said.
I checked the Pisces Skill's notification.
"The Pisces Skill integrates all previously learnt skills to show all affiliations of your Peristylium including…enemies. Allies not listed in any other System also become visible. It's a very efficient Contacts List. Block your foes with the help of your friends!" the Skill's notification read.
"Let's see if our Peristylium has any alliances with a Town Of Builders" I checked the Pisces System which had assimilated all other Systems within itself.
"Yes, there's a town called Gaya that specializes in construction. Time to pay their Chief a little visit" I informed Ciella and we headed towards their Village.
I arranged a special greeting between us both so that the Chief Of Gaya would be able to avoid possible attempts by the Weaver Of Calamity to infiltrate his Town. After a day, we made it to his Town.
"Who goes there?" his sentries asked.
"The Ancient Guardians of the Sky Gryphon Peristylium" I replied.
"I've been asked to pose a query which you must answer or will be apprehended on the spot if you fail to answer correctly" the sentries said.
"Fire away!" I said.
"On the Seventh Day Of Christmas,
my True Love gave to me…"
the sentry asked.
"Greetings written on Hailstones,
Bowls of Ketchup with Ash,
Chopped Blocks of Ice,
Many Chicken Fries,
Innumerable Nuts in Shells,
Tons of Boiled Eggs
And Lemon Aid from a Pair Tree"
I sang.
"You truly are an Ancient Guardian. Only a Guardian Of The Sky Gryphon Peristylium knows the answer to that riddle" the sentry said.
"They understood all that?!" Ciella exclaimed in awe.
We were led to the chief.
"It's been four hundred years since the Guardians were last heard of. When your Peristylium fell, we were forced into hiding to protect ourselves" the Chief seemed regretful.
"I haven't come to complain. Actually, I have come to request your help in freeing my people. I need your best diggers and builders" I said.
"Whatever for?" their Chief asked.
"We're so tired after travelling all the way here. We'll rest and tell you the answer tomorrow" I said.
"The following day, we assembled before the Chief Of Gaya.
"We need the help of your diggers to redirect the Sea's flow through secret Sewage Systems in the form of underground tunnels straight into the Weaver Of Calamity's Fortress. For such a risky job, I will understand if you feel hesitant so here is my proposal;
"'On the Eighth Day Of Christmas,
My True Love Gave to me,
Discount Percentages,
Greetings written on Hailstones,
Bowls Of Ketchup with Ash,
Chopped Blocks Of Ice,
Many Chicken Fries,
Innumerable Nuts in Shells,
Tons of Boiled Eggs,
And Lemon Aid from a Pair Tree.'
Simply put, you'll be given a discounted percentage of all earnings gathered from our harvests as well as a percentage of our technological capabilities and we'll oversee your people to ensure that none of them get captured or injured" I explained.
"That's a good deal. We accept your terms" the Chief Of Gaya agreed and we shook hands to seal the deal.
To begin, we ensured that all the diggers involved in the venture were equipped with our Protective Gear. The Chief Of Gaya and I monitored our people. We were only allowed to view and utilize the resources of each other that were included in the agreement. All resources not included in the agreement were completely invisible to the other party.
The Diggers got to work and built tunnels all the way into the Weaver Of Calamity's fortress. When they connected the tunnels to the Sea, tons of Sea Water filled with Phoenix Tears flowed beneath the Weaver Of Calamity's fortress further amplifying the range of Debilitation for its army. The army had to abandon the fortress and now monitor it from a distance.
"We've done our part. The ball is now in your court. If you need our help again, you'll need to widen the Terms Of Service by a fraction as well as our percentage of earnings" the Chief Of Gaya said as we observed the Weaver Of Calamity's Army through the Gemini System's Ver. Feudal States Era's Spyglass Functionality.
