Well this is really convenient.

He could now have complete peace of mind, so that he could only relax and give out techniques without worries.
Also, with research materials, he could have further and better skills he could make, which will increase his own strength in a loop.

In just one day, he made many different chakra control exercises, which were not that difficult, and fun to do.

With the childish thoughts done with, let's get to what he achieved.
Because shape transformation is just advanced chakra control, so he added in exercises which will help do both.
Apart from leaf sticking, tree and water walking, there were no other chakra control exercises, which was also one of the reasons for low strength of academy students.
The other reason being not enough motivation and creativity.
There were motivation to survive and get stronger, but no creativity due to the lacking entertainment, so kids did not have much other to do thus resulting in their slacking behaviors.
I am no parenting expert, but with so many applications of chakra, they could at least make something fun for kids so that they take an interest in it apart from just destruction.
They should at least explain and introduce the basics of all the places where chakra could be used and is being used, so that the kids have more motivation.
Anyway, so the first exercise I created, was the opposite of tree walking or any other chakra control exercises available.
The simple reason being that it needed focus and being at one place doing the same thing monotonously.
What I did was, instead of making chakra like an adhesive, what about reducing the friction so that they can skate and glide on the floor with chakra.
This will not only be a fun exercise for kids, as even adult ninjas can use it to stop when they are thrown by a force, distributing it evenly faster, or even glide faster to reach their intended destination in escape scenario.
The main thing being that kids will be interested in doing that.
Apart from that, coating chakra to hands and using water like a semi solid substance to make balls or ther shapes out of water, spin an object on your hand, finger or any body part with chakra there to spin it faster or longer, and the likes.
There were also chakra strings which will reduce in thickness the more the control, and make different shapes with it like towers, stars or basic shapes for starters.
This will not only increase chakra control, but also help them a lot in shape transformation in the future, so I was happy with it.

Well all is good.
The next day, I made the nature transformation exercises also more efficient and powerful in general by putting them against their opposite elements.
For wind style, I followed cannon by cutting a leaf and a waterfall, but apart from that, I also made an exercise to make a gust of wind flow to your face without handsigns and just chakra manipulations like a mini fan.
And blowing a fire source out starting from candle, to larger ones.
For fire style, Leaf burning, tree burning and water stream evaporating, from small to large, which will increase the temperature and potency of fire.
For lightning style, starting with a leaf, to cracking but not completely breaking boulders, to cutting strong winds which will not only make it sharper and faster, but also more controlled as lightning is difficult to control.
For earth style, starting with leaf, then onto splitting waterfalls, and finally resisting against lightning style attacks, as that will make the earth more dense and powerful.
And finally for water style, starting with wetting the leaf, extinguishing fire sources, and making boulders split. The finer the better, as that will increase the density and water current speed and strength.
I also wrote ideas for further advanced applications of all elements.
For wind, manipulating sound with the same process, fire, increase the temperature of normal chakra attacks without turning it to fire chakra, water, manipulating water vapor or ice with the water present in it, earth, same with sand dunes, and lightning, electromagnetism, with an example of a coin tossed with electromagnetic field will be very deadly and fast as lightning.
I got the inspiration from Avatar as further mastery of nature transformation of single element was not there in the show.

Now this is perfect, but further in my plans.
I submitted both my reports the day they were done, and left the rest to the bigwigs as I had nothing else to do.
Next five days were spent making a martial art that everyone could learn easy enough and it will be useful for setting the foundation as well.
The reason it took that long, was that it had another function which was to find the Elemental affinity of students.
It was a low level taijutsu but the advantage it had was it had different parts corresponding to different element based martial arts.
This was again an inspiration from Avatar, as I though to combine the styles for elements into one, and when practicing, whichever set of forms came the easiest to the child, was his Elemental affinity.
The reason being the affinity is already determined, and our body reacts to said elements better.
Even if they had more than one, the strongest element would come first, followed by second and so on.
This could be further confirmed by chakra paper.
The technique could also help the village develop specialists in element from the very beginning and increase combat power.
