Chapter 78 - Chapter 78: I go to church

Another 2 days passed and we find are snake man in the front of new trainees who was both monsters and human and elf knights the duke left them in my capable hands to train them hell Echo is even in this group and I showed no favoritism towards her hell I was even harder on her sense she in the future she would have to experience a lot harder things its better to be hard on her now so she adapts to the shittness then me being nice to her and she gets her self killed but everything I ordered the trainees to do I did also so I suffered alongside them I believe in lead by example so that's what I did currently I was walking between groups I had them all pare up into groups of 5 and fight each other of course it was with training weapons and in my hand was a long staff that I used to correct peoples poster and stances and some times I used my staff to wack one of them who I seen disobeying my orders like if they want to far to harm their training partners that just what happened a red-scaled kobold just parried the training staff out of one of the elven recruits and with fast movements this kobold hit the legs out from under this elf and jumped on top of him swinging her staff down at the elfs face screaming you egg crushing motherfuckers die but before the staff could hit this elf head another staff blocked it the kobold hissed who the fuck dares to but when he looked up to see my cold eyes his long ears dropped and I thought I heard him whimper I moved his staff to the side and pushed him off the elf before crouching down in front of him and looked into his bright orange eyes saying control your self warrior this elf has done nothing to you or my people the kobold lowered his head as he nodded yes I know i just and his hands clinched in anger I pat his head and stood up saying follow me little one and I stood up yelling breakfast time yall go to Grane to get your food they all stood up and yelled yes sir and ran off to Grane cooking stall I looked down at this Kobold saying follow and I started walking away from the group the kobold hesitated but put his training staff on his hip and quality walked next to me we walked in silence for a bit but when he seen we was walking out of the training ground into the city he asked sir where are you taking me I chuckled I am taking you to a friend who I think you should meet if I ant wrong your name is Claw your Solly grandson right he nodded yes sir that's me I nodded well Claw you are the only family that poor women has all the rest of your family has been killed this includes your parents and siblings you was the only egg who survived the elves out of them all it was you who lived tell me Claw y do you think that is he thought about it for a moment but shook his head I got lucky I laughed luck can white and gold clothes on and the same cloth covering her eyes she looked towards me with a huge smile saying o death walker it ant like you to just show up at my churches gates I nodded hello sister and you are right I brought someone who could us your eyes and the priestess looked down at Claw who was straight backed at attention but I seen him shake slightly feeling this women look to him a huge smile spread across her face saying fate favors this boy similar to you Azmo I understand come on in you know my gates are always open for you death walker and she stepped away from the gates I bowed my head slightly and walked in saying thank you sister I glanced back to Claw who hesitated to walk forward I chuckled come on lad I promise the sister doesn't bite I can't promise for the other priestess though Claw side and walked in when he did the gate shut behind him when it did he jumped in fright I chuckled come on pup and I followed the sister into her church which was a church to Themis the goddess of law and order she was also one of the goddesses who had foresight the moment we stepped through the simple oak doors we walked into a huge prayer hall that had simple wooden benches that all faced forward towards a huge marble statue of a woman decked out in full Greek armor in her right hand  was a celestial bronze longsword and in her left outstretched hand was a gold scale there was a few people praying silently to this statue and I seen a few other priestesses moving around cleaning and doing basic chores but the sword priestess capt on walking and we walked to the left side of the statue and walked through a door this lead us into a hallway that had alcoves on either side of this hall that had minny statues and simbles to the other Greek gods I stopped seeing the last alcove it had a black obsidian pedestal and resting on top of it was a small gold statue of a bident that had a black helmet placed over the blades the sword priests stopped and looked to her left saying go pray to him if you wish Azmo when was the last time you did I side I hadn't prayer to either of my parents sense I came to this world 3 months ago and i probably should I looked to Claw saying follow sister I will catch up with you shortly and with that I walked forward into this alcove and dropped to one knee as my bident appeared in my hands I held it towards the statue as I bowed my head saying hello father, Mother first of all I am sorry father I know I am in front of your simble but it doesn't feel right for me not to pray to both of you so that's what I am doing I hope you don't get to angry hehe next I wish to thank you both for giving me the chance to come to this world it has been fun restarting my life at first I cursed you both for not giving me a human any changes done to the statue but I sensed they both heard me and was happy to hear from me I turned around my bident disappearing and I walked to the end of this hall and walked through the door when I did I walked into a huge library that had many priestess running around it there was plenty of table and comfy chairs to sit in but taking up a tables was several shadow birds 5 in total these shadow birds was reading the book in front of them before flipping the page next to them was a huge stack of finished books on there right wall the unread books was on there left that the priestesses would take the finished books and put them back and stack more books onto the unread pile these birds was of course mine and everything seen I did to so of course I used this to my advantage but 5 was my limit any more then that the information gets all jumbled up hell the fact there was more then 1 is astounding and very unhuman but I simply walked passed these to a side door and I walked into a private lounge room where the sword priestess and Claw was sitting opposite of one other in very comfy chairs in-between them was a low table that had 3 tea cups on it each tea cup was placed in front of the people but there was one that was placed in front of a empty chair on claw left and the sword priestess's right I walked over and sat down noticing Claws hadn't touched the tea in front of him I could also tell he was thinking hard about something wall the sword priestess simply sipped her tea silently I picked up my teacup which already had tea in it I took a sip from it and smiled at its taste the sword priestess looked over to me with a small smile and asked so what do you think Azmo? I side taking another sip enjoying its sweet taste I side with happiness saying again sister you have out done your self this tea is devine a huge smile spread her face as she spoke in almost a whisper I am glad you like it and I seen her cheeks turn red slightly I looked to Claw saying drink up pup it will calm your mind he side and took the cup and downed the tea that was inside of it but when he lowered his cup is when the taste hit him his eyes want wide looking at the cup saying by the ancestors was that the nectar of the gods I chuckled looking over to the sword priestess who blushed at his words but my next words made her blush more you hear that sister he thanks your tea is the nectar of the gods haha that's how heavenly it is hell the gods would fight with them selfs if they even got a taste of this tea hahaha her face was bright red as she shyly curled her hair with a finger as she spoke in a shy voice stop Azmo please anymore and I think I will die I chuckled leaning back in my chair saying come know sister if your profusely is right you will end up as my o what was it my third or fourth wife she mumbled fourth but that is different that was only a vision killed the priestesses inside it and they found a hidden tunnel that lead underground and were this hidden passage lead was to a small cave that had several eggs in it those eggs was your siblings and I know what your about to ask but listen and your question will be answered sister here killed the man that found the tunnel before grabbing a egg and fleeing the church she hid this egg before going back fir more but what awaited her was the emperor him self before the sister could run the emperor stormed in front of her and a mighty clash comments but in the end sister was defeated but the emperor didn't take her life as punishment o no he raped her before taking her vision the last thing she had seen was her self being violated just think about how that would effect some and after the priestess sisters was killed and the eggs taken for food the emperor and his knights left the sword priestess like that after a few hours Solly came and found the mess she weeped seeing the damage the elves did but when she found sister here still alive she rushed to her but sister told her of the egg in the woods quickly Solly ran and found this egg before helping sister away from that church I took a moment to take a drink before saying that egg was you Claw and it wasn't luck that chose you but fate sister here can sense the fates of other people and you had the thickest fate string so she grabbed you those graves you seen was to the 15 priestess and the 19 eggs that had died that night you ask me y you should care about those graves well that's simple those woman died to protect you and those in your clutch and most of those woman was elves when claw heard that his face seemed to go pale as his eyes widened in shock he looked to the sword priestess asking is what he said true mam the sword priestess nodded yes it is my sisters die but she choked up just thanking about that time and she started to shake out of fear as her hands tightened I reached over and placed a comforting hand onto hers she instantly took my hand and squeezed it tightly but I didn't mind I simply held her hand comforting she took a few deep breath calming her self down before she nodded yes they did I am sorry I couldn't tell this story it is still painful for me to think about Azmo here allowed me to show him my memories so he could tell this story sense you have every right to know but I must say and a sad smile spread her face as she looked towards Claw who was starting to tear up I must say seeing how much you have grown warms my heart you are the legacy of those who have fallen and I believe with all my heart that they would be proud of how far you have come and how far you will go you are becoming into a fine warrior and if you stick with Azmo and his tribe you definitely will surpass your grandmother and thank you Claw thank you for being the warrior that my sisters could be proud of Claw at this point had tears falling from his eyes but he had a cold ruthless expression he stayed like this for a few seconds before standing up and bowed to her saying thank you sister I promise you I will always carry your 15 sisters in my heart no matter where I go I will never forget those who sacrificed them selfs for me to live the sword priestess reached out and pat his head saying I know you won't little one but even so thank you but come on and she stood up and smiled yall better be getting back to training we got a war to win I chuckled standing up also your probably right I thank you sister she nodded your welcome Azmo come back anytime I nodded and grabbed Claw saying come pup hell awaits you and I shadow walked out of this room the sword priestess slumped into her chair as she raised the hand that she held mine with and mumbled he held my hand and comforted me that man sees himself as a monster but he gots such a good heart y do people not see that and she slumped I to her chair Claw and I appeared next to the stables Claw immediately through up ones I took my hand off his shoulder I chuckled stepping away from him saying yes that is a normal reaction to shadow walking your first time he quickly recovered shockingly be whipped his mouth before looking to me and bowed thank you Azmo for opening my eyes to the truth I nodded saying go run along and get some breakfast I am sure Grane gots something for you he nodded and ran off with a huge smile I grinned seeing him running towards the other trainees this is when I heard a familiar voice above me so how did the boy take it I looked up to see Solly sitting on top of the roof smiling down at me I shrugged see for your self but I still believe you should have been there she shook her head no the lat time I seen the sword priestess we both cried are eyes out over many glasses of wine we shouldn't have a repeat of that besides I got your orders to follow I chuckled dont play the orders card with me woman with your fire step ability you can be at both places I would know I have a similar ability she laughed far enough sir but dont act like you can but I shadow walked besides her and a blade was at her throat I tapped the side of her helmet before I appeared back on front of her she rubbed the side of her helmet saying damn did you need to hit so hard that bloody hurt I laughed yes I did how else will the message get through that thick skull of yours she hissed dick you dont got to be such a ass about it I get it you won far and square I nodded that's right so be a good girl and go see your big sister she misses you I can tell but if you will excuse me I got trainees to beat I mean train hehe good day and I walked away yelling breakfast is over form up.
