*one hour later
me, Katie, and Hailey walk into the trailer. I sit down on the couch and Katie sits next to me.
Katie "will you be alright?"
Andrew "perfectly fine."
Katie "so your not gonna heal tell tomorrow then."
Andrew "you know me to well."
I look to see the expression on Haileys face. pure anger. I've never seen anything like it.
Hailey "Dada why do they have to hurt you?"
Andrew "it's the price I choose to pay for my actions."
Hailey "why do they hurt you if you save people?"
Andrew "it's not because I'm saving people, it's the people I save."
Hailey "you've saved GDNA's to."
Andrew "they look past that."
Hailey "it's not fair."
Andrew "lisson and lisson very closely I never wanted to tell you not to do anything, it's not my place to tell you what you have to do with your life. but please don't make the choices I do."
Hailey "but Dada all you do is save people and work."
Andrew "exactly I want you to have a life where you can just sit down and relax. not have to save people and work."
Hailey "I want to save people Dada."
I surely hope she doesn't mean what she said. I love to save people but it's not what it's made out to be.
Katie gets up and sits down infront of Hailey.
Katie "don't lisson to your dad. I absolutely hate seeing him injured and beaten to death, a whole lot more than I let on. the reason why I get so mad is because I hate seeing your dad get hurt so I try to convince him to stop. my power is useless in a fight. I know I'm not your mother and you may not love me as much as your parents but lisson I want you to save people, if that's what you want. help your dad beat those guys and make sure your dad don't get hurt."
Hailey hugs Katie. I decide I should join the group.
*12 days later
I head to the dojo to pick up Hailey and see the leader of that rug bunch who tried to rob that store.
man "your not allowed in."
Andrew "why?"
man "Beth says you need to stay away from her daughter."
this dojo messed up this time. that whole entire 12 days I've been training my ass off.
I've manage to unlock 166%.
Andrew "fine then. 100%"
as fast as I said it. I dashed towards him, hitting him in the stomach with my fist, he flys through the glass door, hitting the wall. the man hits the ground. either dead or knocked out.
I look around to see the whole dojo here. but Hailey, they must have her in that room.
Beth "walk back out. this time we will kill you."
Andrew "try."
I dash towards her. hitting her before she could prepare herself. she hits the wall. also hitting the ground either knocked out or dead.
the ground comes up and ties itself around me. a long leg comes out of nowhere and hits me, sending me flying through the wall.
blood trickles down my head.
Andrew "they managed to hurt me. I must not be trying hard enough. 135%!"
I walk out of the room I had been blown into. my muscles are expanded far and my veins are popped out.
Elizabeth "your so strong now."
Andrew "I really do hate that I have to use this power on you and the others but you will not take my child away from me."
Elizabeth "you've grown so much since I've been training you."
*flashback 11 years ago.
I turn a corner of a building, immediately I'm pulled to the ground and four figures start kicking and punching me. I squirm around trying to escape but fail miserably.
when they get done I'm soaked in blood and dirt.
Person #1 "stay away from my girlfriend."
they all walk away. I lay there. everythang hurts so much.
random women "get up."
I look over a little bit to see a women with slightly gray hair stairing at me.
random women "are you death get up!"
Andrew "damn women it's hard."
random women "how are you gonna get beat up and not get back up. are you not a man because I have a daughter who could take a even bigger beaten and still get up."
Andrew "good for you women."
random women "Elizabeth."
Andrew "women."
Elizabeth "I was going to consider letting you join my dojo you can become powerful enough to fight back. but I caint invite someone who gives up."
Andrew "a dojo?"
Elizabeth "yes and there are plenty of people there your age to."
Andrew "I can become strong?"
Elizabeth "anyone can if you put in the work and believe in yourself."
*current day
Elizabeth "you've become powerful enough to fight back. you must believe?"
Andrew "I do. I know that I was crazy. saying stuff like I never want to have kids because of the hassle and I'll never help a human life if it meant I would put mine at risk. I've changed now and it's made me stronger than ever, this is what I'm meant to do, if that means I have to take on all the GDNA's than I will."
I dash towards Elizabeth. sending a right hook her way. she blocks with her right hand then trys to hit me in the stomach with her power.
I quickly dash backwards.
a leg is coming right towards me. I put my feet on the ground then bounce upwards. sending me crashing into the roof.
I crash out of the roof and into the top of the building.
concrete shards are flying straight towards me. I punch the area infront of me and all the shards of concrete get blown back by the force.
Keith "what the fuck."
I very quickly dodge a fist coming straight at me.
Beth "your dead."
blood is gushing from her head.
Beth dashes towards me. jabbing towards my face. I block. this continues until Elizabeth joins.
Beth trys hitting me with a uppercut I dodge then jab with my left she dodges but doesn't realize her mother is right behind her.
I hit Elizabeth straight in the stomach sending her flying about 40 yards. smashing through every building.
Beth screams angrily then attacks me with a flurry of attacks. but there all disorganized. I dodge a jab then attack with a right hook but I get hit with a huge boulder of concrete.
the boulder of concrete sends me flying back smashing through one building. I land on a car and get myself back up.
a foot smashes into my belly. sending me flying backwards again. I smash through this building.
Beth comes out of nowhere and trys to hit me with a huge right hook but I dodge then kick her in her left leg. her left leg goes completely limp then I hit her with a huge uppercut sending her flying into the air.
I smash my feet into the ground sending me flying into the air, towards Beth.
I hear wind whistling to my right. I look over to see a whole apartment flying towards me. I quickly punch Beth in the back, sending her smashing into the ground.
the whole apartment hits me dead on. knocking me out.
*five minutes later
I jolt up. surrounded by rumble. I realize that I have been dropped to 85%.
Andrew "well if Baby and Keith are all that's left I'm fine."
I punch the rumble sending it flying and breaking into pieces.
immediately all those broken pieces come flying towards me. I punch the air (like last time) sending all the debris flying backwards.
I quickly look around and see Keith on top of a rock, flying in the air. I don't see baby.
I smash my feet into the ground sending me flying towards Keith.
he quickly uses the rock, sending it flying my way. I punch the rock and for the second that smoke was in my face I hear something whistling in the air again and
*boom
I go flying back into the ground. blood gushing from my mouth.
Baby "right on target. good thinking."
Keith "this is not the time to be celebrating."
I slowly get back up. blood gushing out of my forehead and mouth.
Baby sends another kick my way but I grab his foot and squeeze till I hear the Crack
Baby "aughhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!"
I dash towards him, picking up a huge piece of rumble. I smash the piece of rumble in his face. sending him flying back. banging into a car.
concrete flys towards me and I quickly dodge all of it then jab with my right hand, he dodges and opens up his palm. a bunch of the rumble fly around his hand, surrounding his hand with rumble. Keith attacks me with the hand field with rumble. I attack with the same hand. all that debris destroys on impact and I quickly kick him with my right foot while we are still locked with our right hands.
this was the finale blow for them. Keith smashes into a building.
I slowly walk my way back to the dojo. people start moving around trying to find survivers.
I enter the dojo and am immediately met with a hug and tears.
Hailey "Dada. mama wasn't going to let me stay with you!"
Andrew "your good now honey."
I look at her face and see a fist imprint on her cheek.
Andrew "who did that?"
Hailey "mama. she said if I dint shut up about It she would beat me to death! I don't want to ever see her again Dada!"
Andrew "okay."
I put her over my shoulder and slowly walk past all the rumble.
