Subsequently, Dela said that Layla gasped at his words and looked around. It was indeed true. All eyes were on her. Both male and female. She wanted to yelled that she dressed like that for him but refrained from doing that
"Hey, Dela why are you covering her with your jacket are you her boyfriend in any way?". One of the boys asked as he walked closer to them.
Dale stood in front of Layla and faced the guy.
"Wow, I think this guy doesn't want to have peace today". Jonie said and Hosea giggled.
"And to say, I don't see her having a problem with it, so what is your problem?". Dela asked the guy and folded his hands across his chest.
"You haven't answered my question". The guy said and clenched his fist.
"Your questions do not deserve an answer ". With that being said, he turned and held Layla at the waist.
"Let's go". He said but the guy stopped them from going.
Jonie wanted to smash his face but Hosea held him firmly and told him to just watch, then she smirked.
"Where do you think you are going with her?". The guy asked.
The gossipers in the school gasped and gathered with their phones to take pictures if it going to be a fight between them. Jonie freed himself and told them to hide their phones or he will spoil it himself.
Dela looked at him and at his surroundings then took his hand from his pocket and said.
"I wanna be nice to you, so just leave". He said calmly but the guy chuckled.
"What are you gonna do.. beat me?". He asked and Layla gasped.
"Hey, stop that ". Layla snapped.
"Hi, beauty". He smiled and wanted to touch her but Dela slapped his hands away from her.
"Don't make me lose my temper". Dela was trying to be cool but the guy was proving stubbornness.
"Is this guy asking for his death just now?". Jonie asked and made himself invisible then frowned and balled his fist.
He headed straight for the guy. No one saw him turning invisible not even Hosea who was standing right beside him. Dela signaled him to stop but he refused, no one messed with Layla his future Queen.
The guy was about to push Dela but suddenly stopped and passed out, he fell and the student gasped, not understanding what had happened. Jonie looked at his hands and smiled. That was his new power since he got the pure wings, he could attack you in a swift moment and you wouldn't see him coming, he also got the hint that it was only Hosea who could stop him..but even for that is sometimes.
Layla and Hosea then saw what Jonie did and gasped. "Don't worry my queen, he isn't dead.. just having some more sleep". He smiled sheepishly and Hosea laughed. Some students including his friends came and rushed him to the clinic.
"Oh, my! Dela is soo cool".
"Did you see what he did"?
"Aww, he looks like a goddess".
"Soo handsome".
"I never knew he was going to be this badass".
"He looks hot just by standing there like that".
"Hey, I stopped the bad guy, why are they giving you the credit? Not fair!". Jonie pouted.
"That is because you look invisible ". Hosea said and laughed, Jonie groaned in anger.
"If you got nothing to do let's go". Hosea snapped at Jonie and he followed her away.
"Guys excuse us a little ". Dela said and took Layla to an empty room. He made her sat down and she bent her head. He squat to her level and raised her jaw with his index finger.
"Can you tell me what all this is about?". Dela asked.
Layla looked away for some time and bit her lower lips before saying.
" I did all this for you, Dela. I'm sorry about how I pushed you away from me yesterday. I didn't mean it". She said and Dela stood up and faced the wall. ( Really, is this how girls behave when their guy is mad at them?) Dela's thought was interrupted by a warm hug from his back. Layla hugged him from behind.
" I'm sorry, if you don't like it I will try not to do that". She said still hugging him.
Dela didn't know whether to hug her back or give her a deep kiss. They were in school and is not gonna sound good but his feelings were telling him something else. He turned his back and quickly drew her into a deep kiss. Layla's eyes widened and she also intensive her kiss. They finally break from it and hugged each other tightly then Dela said.
" I wasn't mad at you okay..and I would never be mad at you". He said and Layla kicked him on the leg.
" So, you aren't mad at me and you watched me do this to myself?". She asked and Dela whined.
" Ouch...I just wanna tease you small". He said and Layla hugged him more. Then they went out to their classroom.

" Why not punished her?". The lady with Mr. Ling asked.
" Why should I push her?". He asked her instead.
" You can make what happened to look like a fight and you will get Layla and the rest into detention. That way Dela would be alone ". She explained.
" And risk him getting captured by another vampires or demons? No. They are all useful to me now. I will dispose of all of them when they became useless, that is when Dela had mastered his powers ". He said.

Dela made Layla sat down before heading to his seat. Collins was already seated and smiled when he saw Layla. Hosea was still not in class just, so she also entered. He smiled when Hosea also entered and sat beside him.
" Good morning, Hosea". He greeted.
" Morning, Collins". She answered simply.
Dela stood up to give something to Layla when all of a sudden a girl hugged him out of blue. Layla's eyes widened and felt like tearing the girl into pieces.
" What are you doing?". Dela asked.
The girl pulled away from the hugged and smiled. " I'm Maya and I'm your huge admirer. I bought you chocolate.". She said.
" He doesn't need your chocolate or any gift". Layla said and stood up too.
Hosea just looked at them and laugh while Collins was busily smiling.
" I don't need it thanks". Dela said.
" Please, just accept it as a token of my love for you!". Maya yelled, drawing the attention of everyone in the class.
" What a witch! seriously". Layla muttered. She was trying to suppress her anger but the girl was pushing her to the wall. How dare she touch Dela and sprout thrush?
"Please, Dela I love you". Maya said.
" Okay, that is it". Layla faced the girl. " Aren't you being too cheap right now?". She asked.
" How dare you ask me that?". Maya also asked.
" How dare you throw yourself on him?". Layla asked again.
Dela tried to stop her but she shook her head.
" Throw myself on him? I'm only telling him how I feel about him. You are a bitch telling me that. Do you know who my father is?".
" Oh, shut it!". Layla snapped. " You are the bitch and you are trying to force yourself on a man who doesn't even know you exist. Hmm..but unfortunately for your information, he is not your type and you stood too low for him. Look at how your chest is flat and your butt as flat as toasted bread. I guess a mosquito even looks fresher than you". Layla said and Maya gasped.
" You!".
" Shut up! Leave before the winds blow you away". Layla said and sat down.
Maya was dumbfounded. She looked at Dela to see if he will say anything but he didn't say anything he just shrugged. The whole class burst into laughter, embarrassing her further. Maya left their side and went to sit down quietly.
Hosea couldn't believe her sister just did that.
" You shouldn't have done that you know". Dela said to Layla.
" I did what I was supposed to do or anyone in my shoes would do. She shouldn't claim what isn't hers". Layla said and took the book Dela was about to give to her and started flipping through it.
Dela smiled, she was jealous.
" Layla, were you jealous?". Dela asked Layla.
" Jealous? Why would I? What is there to be jealous about?". She asked.
" Are you sure?". Dela smirked.
" Yes". She answered.
Dela chuckled and went back to his seat.
" Hey girl, aren't going train me anymore!". Collins asked Hosea.
" Of course, I'm gonna train you. When will you be free in the evening?". She asked.
" But you are supposed to train me in the afternoon, what happened?". Collins asked.
" Yeah, but I would be training with my people this afternoon, so I don't think is possible ". She said and smiled.
Hosea rubbed her hands together.
" Why am I suddenly feeling chill?". She asked and looked at Dela.
" Is like something isn't right here ". She added.
" Maybe you should take good care of Dela. Perhaps somebody may be coming for him". Collins said and smirked when she saw her eyes on Dela.
" Hmm..I will look at that ". She said.
" Well, will it be okay if I come train with you guys or just watch you?". He asked.
" Oh, that is cool". Hosea said.

The Library of magic
Kelly was busily going through some books when suddenly the book they discovered the other day started flipping itself. He stood up and wore his glasses then went closer to it.
" It seems like a new chapter is about to form..but it looks like the things in this chapter are about to happen rather". He asked himself but to no one in meticulous.
He kept on flipping through it but he didn't even understand what the new chapter meant. The more he flipped, the more he get confused about what the chapter was about. He then mind linked Aunt Maggie.
" Hello, Maggie". He said when Aunt Maggie inclined her hearing to him.
" Yes". She answered.
" Are you home?". He asked.
" No, I'm at work why!". She asked.
" I need you to come here right now, something new has appeared here". He said and Aunt Maggie gasped.
" Something new?". She asked.
" Yes, you just come". He said.
" Okay, give me some minutes I will be there, I need to attend to someone". She said and caught the line.
A minute later, Aunt Maggie appeared there.
" What is it, Kely?". She asked as she approached him.
" Hmm..I find this new chapter in this book and I'm finding it understandable ". He said and turned the book in Aunt Maggie's direction. She looked at its closing and gasped in confusion.
" An owl?".
" The last of its kind". Kelly affirmed.
Aunt Maggie used her fingers to trace the picture of Hosea and Collins. " Why do I sense that there is something wrong with this character here?". She asked and pointed at Collins.
" Yes, I felt the same too. But I couldn't figure out anything about him". Key said and exhaled.
" You let look closely, we may find something about it". Aunt Maggie said and they both look closely to find something about it but they got confused rather.
" Maybe we should warn Hosea about him". Kelly suggested.
" I think so, we will do that for this is strange". Aunt Maggie said.
