Zedon and Alednos rushed to investigate. As they do so, they encountered a group of soldiers rushing. An attendant saw the duke and informed him that the explosion seemed to have come from the chambers the Galmarans occupied.
As they reach the site, they see injured servants and a room that was almost burned down. One of the servants claim they were cleaning when they noticed some electronic devices that the guests left. When they tried to touch them, it sounded off like an alarm. Terrified, they started to run until it exploded.
As more investigators poured in, Zedon then tells Alednos to stay with Elzilaura and make sure she is safe while he will have a word with the Bealyx again.
After the incident died down and safety was once assured of all guests and residents of the palace, Yonanes requests his guests to gather at the great hall.
The Bealyx then arrived shortly after the Duke of Craiine. Not long after, the Crystal Princess appeared before the assembly.
"My fellow nobles, subjects, countrymen and all allies, you all know what happened to Prince Jarin of Galmar and how his royal adviser accused the Crystal Princess of infidelity and treason." Some of the guests murmured and Elzilaura couldn't look at anyone. Kanunia and Dazifae moved closer to comfort her.
Monandra began to speak. "You should have been more careful princess. You know the delicate situation you are in. Your alliance and upcoming marriage is necessary for peace to reign between your peoples."
Ovded defends the princess. "Pardon me your majesty, I feel the Galmaran's actions are way too odd. It's as if they are up to something.
Why would they blatantly accuse a princess and take off without proper investigation? They won't make fuzz out of an accidental encounter with the princess if they don't have an ulterior motive. They won't assume so easily."
Elzilaura glances at Ovded with a thankful look. Ovded returns with an assuring gaze that all will be well.
Zedon immediately seconds the motion. "Yes, it's true. According to intelligence reports, the Galmarans are trying to break off from the treaty that was already been agreed upon since the end of the Flisco-Galmaran war and they are trying to find fault and throw shade at us.
We all know that what transpired between the princess and her Marshal was accidental and had no meaning at all. Only someone with ill intentions can give meaning to what he saw. How convenient and coincidental of him to be there at that moment when the princess is in a very unfortunate position. I'm sure no sovereign wants to be seen being carried off by her security team.
Even if our crystal princess were to be meticulously cautious, they will still find fault in her just so they could break the alliance."
"Point taken Duke of Craiine." Yonanes says. "And I have come to converse with the King of Galmar immediately after Epirus left. He says that he will investigate the situation better once Epirus lands on Planet Havo. Though he and his council will try to salvage the treaties they have made with Fliska as a result of the Flisko-Galmaran war, he deems that he must recall his troops and support for the Fliskan cause due to the cancellation of his son's union with the crystal princess as these troops were originally promised to protect Jarin and Elzilaura." The assembly reacts again
"But the king has promised us that he has no intention to support our enemies as they too need to rebuild as a nation and heal from the loss of their prince." The reactions turn to that of relief. The crowd slowly tones down.
Ovded then makes a suggestion. "Best still to rethink our strategies and re-align or defenses just to be on the safe side. The Galmarans know too much of how we operate. Should they change sides then we must be ready. This is just a precaution."
Zedon agrees. "Indeed, we must."
Monandra asks." Do we have enough time to do that?"
Zedon responds. "Of course, there is time and if we work well together, there will be enough time."
Zyric then speaks up. "I have intelligence reports as well that RAXA tech has finally been split into two. The other half remains to be RAXA tech while the other half is now known as Invoris. They are controlled by the executives of RAXA who are against the Mudrogos Vel Empire. They are now teaming with Techton to work on massive projects to benefit our galaxy. One of the first projects they have is additional support for our cause." The assembly claps.
Zedon smiles. He sees a change in his brother. Normally, Zyric will not go into an argument with anyone. Now, he was being more assertive.
Yonanes regains command of the floor. "We truly need to think and act quickly as I am also getting reports that Kyron's men are fast approaching this star system. My general has something to say"
General Wrignim of Desdanin militia opens a communicator with charts and images that levitated in the midst of the hall. He then speaks out. "As of this point, our farthest moon Nozate is not in good alignment. Gladys is not in good shape either. However, our scientists say Vesyl, one of our outer lying moons with no inhabitants, is the best place to engage the opponent. Let Major Hevanes explain to you what we plan to do."
Everyone agreed to his battle strategy with added suggestions from the Pataran aide for Fliska, the Ludinians and of course Zyric.
The assembly of forces on Desdan left ahead of schedule for they received reports that Kyron's men where fast approaching. First to depart was a small group of Desdanin troops to lead the way.
A few minutes later, Ovded and Monandra and their respective fleets left. Yonanes then informs everyone using their communicators that the Mudrogite fleet bearing within the armed forces of the empire together with the Vel armada has been spotted within the interplanetary space. The Pataran Defense together with the Techton Galacore Squadron or Elitea is on their way and is expected to engage the enemy soon.
Zedon's fleet led by Craiinian General Lendania then took flight. Elzilaura's defense forces headed by Zyric of Craiine followed. Lastly, Yonanes' Desdan militia was on their way. Kanunia and Dazifae assisted Sabaria and the rest of the medic team. Both ladies had the privilege to attend Sabaria's first aid training. Zora originally wanted to join her brothers but they convince her to assist the other ladies and protect them from harm. She watched over them but occasionally assisted them with the injured.
They assembled all the forces at Nevnin, the moon nearest to Desdan where most of the Desdanin forces and leaders for the medic teams are stationed. They waited there for a while as another meteor shower was expected to come. It passed by quickly and soon they descended towards Vesyl.
They reached the moon and found that the war had started. Ovded and Monandra are already using their power gems against the power stones of Bartava and Herran. Ovded used his Ruby Ring against Herran's Storm Sandstone while Monandra used her Sardonyx Square against Bartava's Grease Granite.
Bartava and Lenron combined their powers by unleashing a storm of sandstorm and grease that was forming into a big boulder heading towards their enemies. Ovded and Monandra defend with fire and ice slowing down the boulder until it disintegrates completely in the blink of an eye.
The troops of these people were engaged in combat as well trying to cover for their leaders. War machines, loaded with heavy artillery and other specialized equipment, rolled onto the surface from both sides of the battle. It was indeed a display of technological advancement for each military unit present in this war.
Bartava and Lenron then speed into planetary space. Ovded and Monandra followed quickly. They continued the skirmish while floating in the space above.
On Vesyl's surface, Lenron and Mortezia's men have encountered Alsuva and the unified Seravdi reinforcement troops. The Galmarans came in with the RAXA tech fleet to aid their allies thinking they would overwhelm the enemy. Luckily, Tergiel 6 defense unit which were mostly comprised of Lem and Enna's friends arrived just in time to help Alsuva.
Zedon and Yonanes rushed to help their allies while Elzilaura remained levitating above as she was waiting for Kyron.
The two cousins used their power gems against the two other generals with their power stones. Zedon was on land with his Sapphire Sphere fighting Lady Mortezia. He threw rain bombs when the lady unleashed shale shards at him. Lenron threw marble boulders at Yonanes but the latter quickly evaded them. The Desdanin stood at the edge of the waters and sent fountains of them towards Lenron who also avoided it.
During their encounter, Zedon was trying to convince Lady Mortezia to return to the Fliskan camp and denounce Kyron. He offers amnesty and explains that he will motion for the Queen to have her pardoned if she returned to them. Mortezia says she is loyal to Kyron for Fliskan cruelty has turned her into someone vile and vengeful.
Lenron then goes to Mortezia and convinces her to combine powers. He lets lose terrible mists growing into a figure of a human skull while the lady follows through by unleashing mud positioned like a big hand with sharp claws reaching for the enemy. The cousins act quickly. Yonanes brings forth a tsunami while thunder and lightning follow and encases the water pressure which then erases the mists and eliminates the mud sent by the enemy.
Colossal Nybian space carriers released sea vessels dropping them into the bodies of water. Nybian navy had new vessels intercepted from a Techton cargo ship. They were met by the Desdanin navy which launched their latest marine technology innovations together with their traditional war crafts over and underwater.
Gigantic submarines with drillers of the Nybians met with the Geleamora, the Desdan underwater vehicles shaped into glowing corals with fins of marine animals. The Nybians launched their drillers aiming them at the Geleamoras. The Desdan war machines glowed brighter and unleashed sonic power that crumpled the drillers. The smaller Nybian navy vessels shot torpedoes which were met with neutralizers launched by the Desdan Gkatonima, water vessels shaped like arthropods operated by the Mrindakiri led by the Bealyxelle Polini. Once they finished off the enemies, the Gkatonimas proceeded to the shores helping out their comrades. Each machine walked on land smashing enemy units along its way.
Zedon's men were on the terrain counterattacking the invading Nybian fleet. The Craiinians used lightning charged weapons firing at the enemy who raised their shields to protect themselves. The Nybians backfired with lava grenades which the Craiinians were also able to deflect. The soldiers of both parties also engaged in hand-to-hand combat.
Elzilaura did not wait long for Kyron soon came with his fleet. His troops met with the Fliskan forces while Kyron and Elzilaura settle their own fight. Zyric boldly lead the troops into Vesyl airspace and set their enemies into a wild chase. The enemy planes soon decreased in number. Though Zyric lost some of his men, the enemy lost more than they did. Aside from that, Zyric was able to eliminate the traitor Fliskan officer, Tovas, and his followers.
Harrion and his men are pitted against Princess Josula and her team. Though it seemed she had the upper hand, Harrion eventually gives her fleet a might blow leaving the princess' vessel to crash land on Vesyl's terrain. The vessel explodes but a pilot escape with an injured princess and is rescued by a Mudrogos Vel soldier on land. They were immediately brought to receive medical attention. Soon a Mudrogite medical shuttle leaves bearing the unconscious Princess Josula leading her to safety.
In the distance, wormholes opened up with transporter comets coming out. Latched on the comets were reinforcements speeding towards the battle.
In the space above Vesyl, the Pataran Defense and Mudrogos Vel engaged into combat. Elitea and the Vel Areon meet once again. Some Pataran troops land on Vesyl as they battle out the monstrous mutant army that Mudrogos Vel has unleashed on the battle field. The Pataran air carriers were led by Lifolo who stepped out of retirement to be of assistance. Whilst she was giving out orders in the main vessel, Jade and Syfdin were right behind assisting her as part of her crew. She coordinated with the Chrysmons Defense Unit who were unleashing their Noonan jets. The squadron spreads through the skies eliminating their opponents.
More colossal vessels developed by RAXA came in from deep space. The scans show that there are thousands of people aboard. Sabaria views this from the monitors in her work station. She informs the commanders that RAXA has succeeded in completing their work. The bio death ships were meant to be used as suicide bombs and perhaps are now being tested. They will be set on collision courses with other vessels to impact damage. She then offers a solution which she prepared with the Invoris team.
Baltarion, the new head of the Invoris team, sends the newly developed antidote infused into missiles. They send it to the battle cruisers being dispatched. Upon firing at the bio death ships, they become immobile. The antidotes deactivate their capacity to cause havoc. They end up as floating debris in space until there is enough time for Invoris rescue ships to tow them to safety.
Out of nowhere, the monstrous robot abominations of RAXA technology appeared. Daris, Sogros, and Avdam jetted towards the space battle scene and brought down as many enemy troops as they could. As it continued to cause havoc and pillage the Pataran forces, the GLX1, GLX2 and GLX3 robots rushed to the rescue. The robots met and were pitted with each other displaying their amazing line of weaponry.
Avdam opens fire with its mutant missiles and bombards its enemy. GLX3 manages to evade and uses its astroboosters to defend itself. The shields of both war machines slowly weakened leaving both damaged.
Sogros unleashes its tiny spacesweepers which look like minesweepers that bring about heavy damage. GLX2 is not well finished as a project hence the reason it was easily damaged upon engaging the enemy. Since the pilot who operated it was skilled, he maximized its weaponry. When the enemy tried to hit it again, it unleashed its boomerang blitz eliminating the spaceweepers.
Daris takes on GLX1 with solar flare bazooka. The fires ignited from the machine spreads about like solar flares on a star's surface reaching its enemy. Luckily GLX1 was able to activate its shield on time. It launches its space torpedoes with both warm and cold elements neutralizing the force of the solar flare. It somehow inflicts damage upon the enemy.
To save up power, the two sides decide to unleash the greatest of their battleships. Daris, Sogros and Avdam build up to unleash a super robot called Darsodama and the TGS vessels merge to form their own super robot, the TGS-Galaxis. The two super robots are neck and neck until they end up ruining each other. The two robots are requested to retreat by their respective bases in order to save what was left of them.
Meanwhile, Elzilaura was holding on to the crystal cross as Kyron attacked with his blood basalt. They required no space suits only their powerful minerals in their hands. They levitated on the planetary space and battled each other there. At first, both of them were holding off against each other. However, a beam from Kyron's blood basalt almost hits Elzilaura which causes her to lose balance and fall into Vesyl.
Kyron followed her and as he eas gaining on her, she was able to regain control of the gem's powers and luckily shielded herself. They continue the fight on land and eventually the crystal princess gave Kyron a strong hit which injures the Nybian badly. He then calls for his men to help him.
Just before the battle finished, Monandra and Ovded and their fleets have re-entered Vesyl as they were chasing their enemies. Herran and Bartava had the upper hand for they somehow caught the two gem bearers by surprise by throwing out a supernova bomb. Quickly, Ovded tries to catch it and throws it away as swiftly as possible. When it went off, the explosion was so massive, it affected most of them. There were vessels that were damaged or lost control from both sides.
Ovded was thrust into deep space due to the impact but sped back to his point of origin once he regained control with the help of his ruby ring. Monandra tumbled back into Vesyl airspace with Bartava and Herran. As they were descending, they try to attack the Queen of Ludin but she defended herself with her pen sword. The enemies could not touch her now as she aggressively used it against them. Not for long, the two generals heard Kyron calling for backup and they speed to him.
Yonanes sees Monandra in trouble so he tries to help. He estimates where the lady would land. The Ludinian falls into the ocean and tries her best to swim to the top. Yonanes got to her fast. She noticed that he had been transformed into a half man half shark. When they resurfaced, he brought the queen to the shore shortly after reverting back to human form. He then explained that this was the gift he received after taking the trials to become worthy of the turquoise triangle.
Zedon calls on Yonanes and Monandra telling them that Ovded calls on for help. He sees Elzilaura being ganged up by Kyron and his most trusted who wield power stones. In the blink of an eye, they speed towards the Fliskan princess.
Kyron is rejoined by all the stone bearers. They held out their power stones and prepare to unleash power. Deep within Elzilaura was scared but she stood against them intrepidly. They combine their powers to unleash a massive ball of power sending towards the crystal princess. Elzilaura prepares herself tapping into the full power of the cross when a massive force-field enveloped her. Not for long, Elzilaura was surprised to see her allies coming out of nowhere backing her up against her enemies.
The Nybian allies give all their energy the harness and throw dark power to their enemies. The Fliskan allies defend with all their might using the light power of their gems. Soon, each of them experienced fatigue and all their gems and stones were already weakening. Some of them were already cracking. Their bodies were experiencing physical injuries as well. They all drew back and were forced to retreat. All their troops and allies follow their lead once again. Both sides withdrew their forces and regrouped back to their bases.
