Besides, her friendship with Wale was getting better. Wale as an individual was becoming more and more open with others, more honest, vulnerable and his nonchalant attitude was slowly diminishing. Dating Kind had a huge influence on Wale's character, and his connection with others. "Wale, it is insensitive of you to keep doing this to Todo, surely you must know his patience is running out dealing with you." Swalha cautioned, feeling like a mother of two boys.
"'He said I could ask anything as long as it concerns Kind's well being and my relationship with Kind is a major contributor to his well being"
"That was a month ago! I already took back my statement and if I need to check on Kind's wellbeing I'll do it myself! This is clearly about you!" Todo said in frustration. Looking back at Swalha, he added, "I'm glad my house is big enough otherwise, I'd have gone insane running into him all the time. I don't feel at peace around him anymore. If it hadn't been my mother who insisting he stay, I'd have already kicked him out Swalha. Whatever he says even now doesn't make any sense. If you want to do whatever you wish to with Kind, just do it instead of being all miserable about it and keeping us involved in your insecurities."
"I believe Wale is having trouble since this is a subject you are more oriented with and it doesn't have anything to do with Kind, you've always known you're gay just like Kind but he hasn't. Todo was feeling exasperated. If it wasn't for Swalha, he'd have left her office a long time ago. Maybe it was better that she was even here so she could help her find an end to Wale's nagging. Glancing at Wale, he said, "I've already told you much of what you seek but you seem insensitive to the fact that Kind and I dated. It'd be pointless to ask you to show consideration towards my pride so I'm stating infront of Swalha, this is the last time we shall have this discussion otherwise I will not hesitate to inform Kind of your nagging. Besides, you're only annoying both of us because Kind has denied you sex for a while."
Swalha's face shone even brighter than before. Apparently, it was not all heaven and unicorns between Kind and Wale as she had thought. From Wale's embarrassed expression, what Todo had said was true and as they exchanged words, she decided it's better to stay back and watch the boys fight until they become tired before she could step in.
"Stop denying it, the entire house hold noticed Kind's posture getting better and personally I'm glad for that." Todo had said.
"Even so, he has completely denied me sex. How can he allow me to taste heaven just to snatch it away from me? I admit overexerting him before but that was because Kind and I are good together and I love teasing him but denying me completely when all I want to do is just satisfy him? That is utterly selfish."
"And you are utterly shameless. He won't be comfortable doing it with you since you want him to top you and that was our relationship! I've always been a bottom even though I don't look it. I've never been a verse and I don't wish to be either. You have to understand that each relationship is different. Kind has already moved on and accepted you but you keep bringing him to the past so eventually, he will get angry and loose his desire for you since you kept pestering him about it!"

When Wale didn't say a word after a while, Swalha broke the silence. She was happy to have gotten entertainment early in the morning. Good thing Wale had prebooked his appointment with her otherwise, him showing up out of nowhere would have been a great inconvenience. "Wale, do you have something else to say? This may be your last chance."
"Thank you Todo, I genuinely accept your patience and honesty. I should do right by Kind and seek for information elsewhere considering that you're his ex and all. Sorry for being insensitive to your feelings. Kind and I are happy to move out whenever you like."
"That is not what I meant...you always interpret information as you please." Sighing aloud, he continued. "I honestly like having you guys around and so does the rest of the household. Besides, I moved on already, I got a rebound so you don't have to worry about me. I'm genuinely happy for Kind, so take good care of him, otherwise you'll answer to Swalha and me." Todo finally smiled then looked at Swalha. They both laughed. Swalha was relieved to finally see some progress between these two. Admittedly, she'd wanted Todo to stick around. Maybe he'd fill the spot that Cherry had left in them.
"Anyway, I'm glad that we cleared this up. I hope we can get along better from now on though I must admit it will take me sometime to understand your character. In the meantime, Kind informed me to find you a job at my company."
"He what? I didn't think he was that upset with me that he hated having me around tha much!" Wale exclaimed.
"That's exactly why. Besides, I believe it to be a good idea since your case is still going on with your uncle and will take some time. You need a distraction as you prepare to later face him incase this matter gets to court which I doubt it will considering how my mother is handling everything. You're lucky she took over so don't look so distraught, my job is exciting and besides, your parents were among the largest shareholders so its only fair you start looking into their many investments."
"I've been doing that for years keeping track of everything, including the place Kind and I used to work before. I'm exhausted from fighting with my relatives I could use a break before I embark on another journey."
"Kind needs a break too," Todo added. "Maybe you two should go on a vacation." Swalha agreed.
Nodding his head, Wale added, "Kind has become afraid of the dark since that unfortunate incident. He still has nightmares from it so you're both right. A change of environment will not only help him, it will also improve our relationship."
