After Sebastian was summoned to the Lupin town, he was provided with all the information and soon began to work in his way. It was until he found an unfamiliar magic which was particularly teleportation magic. He was aware of Lucien's magic, and he doubted she used it since it was unfamiliar to him.
It was simply an assumption when he thought that Lady Wilma could be one of the accomplices who was responsible for Lucien's disappearance, but it wasn't so. She was either related to Lucien or not.
