"I don't think I need to repeat..." Efthalia had pierced the little tart and left the silver spoon hanging. "The man was nowhere to be seen when he was about to be punished and," he leans on the table with his chin rested on top of his wrapped fingers. "I was informed that your brother, Gladys was seen walking through the side of the corridor."
'Is he lying or speaking the truth?'
She had a doubt. 'Why would he ask me about someone I don't even know? He could have simply asked my brothers, or does he doubt that I might be part of the missing person?' Her gaze narrowed. Her feet lightly tapped under the table.
"I don't see the reason why my brothers would do that?" She responded, surpassing the anger in her tone. 'They wouldn't actually do that, right?' She thought. 'There is nothing to gain though.'
